No volverá.

Went there for 2 take away bacon and sausage barms. I ordered them and immediately heard the microwave so obviously have been cooked previously and then warmed up. The bacon was really tough. I ordered a latte, I saw the lady get Aldi branded coffee out of the cupboard, then poured milk in the top and put it in the microwave. They are also selling multipack Aldi cans separately. It looks lovely from outside and it’s such a good location on the high street, sadly I won’t be going back.

If you are looking for good, home cooked delicious food, in my opinion Humble Pie Cafe is the best not only in Standish, but the Wigan area too. Jacquie, the owner, offers an excellent choice of meals and snacks at very competitive prices. You can choose to eat in the cafe itself or order take away food and beverages. Waitress Debbie is polite, efficient and very helpful to all customers, and makes fabulous coffees. You can pay using cash or card, so don't miss out on visiting Humble Pie Cafe when you are next in Standish. Simply the Best!

I really like this little cafe on the High Street. The owner is really pleasant and she serves the most tasty sausage barms in the area.

This is a small cafe but big on quality and service. In my opinion they serve the best cooked breakfast in Standish. Great value for a good breakfast.

Called in for breakfast on a saturday morning, for £3.95 you can have a small breakfast complete with a drink and toast. Comprises bacon, sausage, egg, beans, mushroom and tomato. All cooked nicely in a friendly little cafe.

Small cafe on the high street. First visit but enjoyed. Had a very tasty bacon sandwich with freshly squeezed orange juice for under 4 pound. 4 tables all full with builders having large breakfast. It looked excellent and less than a fiver. Everything is cooked fresh to order.

Me and my partner came for Valentine’s Day and it was lovely, portion sizes were huge I could barely finish it, the staff were relatively quick until around the end of our meal where the people around us were being served and empty plates taken but we were basically being flat out ignored, other than that everything was perfect

My wife and her friend visited the Crown last week for an afternoon tea and both loved their experience. This was a treat for me from my wife today as I am recovering from a heart attack. The manager warmly welcomed us and the waitress guided us to our table in the conservatory. We were delighted with our table placement in there and we dined in gorgeous March sunshine. The waitress, Ella, explained how the tea would unfold and was very attentive throughout. A tasty cupful of pea and ham soup made a tasty start. The sandwiches were sumptuous, tasty and well stocked. There was a mini sausage roll, small but in a lovely pastry, and a good selection of cakes and ample cream and all rounded off with scones. I treated myself to a pint of Neck Oil, my first beer since my op, what a treat All in all a super experience and we look forward to taking friends there for a full meal. Ken H.
