The best restaurants serving Default food in Douglas Wigan North West

Normally it's good food when we order but recently it's being poor yesterday it took over 1hr and 45 mins to deliver the food , also the kebabs was dry and tough , I've asked for plenty garlic mayo and chill sauce on both kebabs but only added small amount of chilli sauce was added forgot our chips. I've called them they said they will send someone back with free drink which he never showed up .

La comida era terrible y muy cara. En realidad era asqueroso y en parte no podía masticarlo. Las patatas fritas donde las pieles se secan e insípidas. Para un pollo doble original con una rodaja de queso, sin ensalada ni salsa nada de lo que esperaba. Después de que antes, inmediatamente, la cerveza estaba plana. Ojalá no me hubiera molestado y asombroso, la espera y la cola no era razonable.

The last 4 times I have been 3 times the order has been wrong. On 1 of the occasions I had to go bk to pick my food up that was not put in my bag. This week's dramas includes another wrong order. Chilli jam all over the burger. The salad looked like it had had a bucket of water thrown on it and the chicken wings were still alive. Absoloute disgrace

Encontramos este lugar inesperadamente y preguntó acerca de la comida y si el perro sería permitido. . . . . Que nos informaron de que estaba todo bien. Se admiten perros, en el plomo, en la zona del bar. La señora vino y se presentó y me dijo que soy celiaca y me preguntó si estaba bien para comer. La cocina estaba informado y fue puesto en algunos cosas especiales. La comida estaba riquísima y verduras perfectamente hecho, suficiente y no demasiado cocido. Mi plato de socios se veía genial y antes las verduras llegamos. (tuve un medio) El personal es amable e informativo, también ofrecía agua para el perrito. La clientela era muy amable.

La mejor pizza en Wigan! Recomendaría a todo el mundo para probar. Se puso caliente. Los fines de semana muy ocupados así que comprensiblemente espera más. Nunca me ha decepcionado. gracias Munchies

Gran café, larga espera en períodos ocupados y el piso a menudo se deja con tazas y platos en las mesas, aparte de eso genial para hacer una reunión de negocios rápida

Personal agradable , limpio , comida servida caliente y rápido . Pedido para nuestra familia de cuatro y comida servida dentro de los cinco minutos de pedir

The staff in there on Wednesday the 5-2-25 at 12.30 were brilliant! So friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Good very tasty and fresh. Enjoyed our dinner very much.

Despite ordering before 6.:15 and a very long estimate of 7.30 for delivery it was still almost an hour late. The food however was authentic, generous portions and very tasty. The delivery person was polite. The food is a five star, managing expectations a one. If you want great food delivered at a random time, this is your place. Alternatively collect.

Don't listen to the negative comments as this place is amazing best kebabs in wigan and even better burgers can't wait to try more of your stuff, your kebabs bring me back to when I was little kid and one of my favorite places used to serve like you guys amazing food 11/10 !!!

We ordered from here 2 times now and both times waited over 2 hours for a simple order which was probably pre made ages ago. When we rang they are always on there way! Not even worth waiting for that long, the boxes are dripping in grease, wont be ordering again

I don't often write reviews like this but like to give credit where it's due. Went in to Greggs in the Big Asda in Wigan. Only wanted a sausage roll. During the transaction I was greeted with a warm, friendly welcome and a big smile from Ryan. He answered my question about the allergens in the sausages used for the sausage rolls with patience and clarity. He also complimented my favourite sports team because of my hat bearing their logo. When delivering the sausage roll to me, he transferred it swiftly but delicately in a manner that would benefit the Team GB relay squads at the Olympics. I have written to Joanna Adams (CEO of UK Athletics) to suggest taking Ryan to Paris as a coach but part of me wants him to remain at Greggs, where he serves as an example of everything their staff should aspire to be. I left the store feeling reinvigorated in a way seldom achieved by a sausage roll purchase and would recommend anyone to try it if they ever need cheering up.

Pedí una entrega a través de su propia aplicación para facilitar las cosas con el trabajo hasta tarde en la llamada, y arruinó la mitad del pedido y lo que conseguimos fue frío! La aplicación no te da la opción de rectificar o darte un reembolso. Traté de llamar al restaurante varias veces para que no contestaran en absoluto, como si el teléfono estuviera descolgado. No entienda cómo puede arruinar un pedido simple pero luego no estar disponible para rectificar esto. ¡Inútiles muchos de ellos!
