OMG!!! How bad is the food at this Domino’s. Absolutely appalling! If I could give minus stars I would. Pepperoni chips undercooked and cold. Chicken kickers had been cooked then reheated as the texture was like biting into raw chicken and again cold. The pizza had 2 tiny pieces of tandoori chicken on and was mostly pepper and jalapeño, undercooked and once again cold. When you pay good money for food you expect a certain standard and this was so below standard. I will never ever eat at Domino’s again and will tell anyone and everyone to avoid!

I visit this dominos quite frequently and the service, food, speed and friendliness of the staff is always amazing. There’s one young man with a nice mullet who serves me the majority of the time and his service skills are top notch!! Dominos Wigan is so good, highly satisfied

After living in Italy for many years this is not somewhere I would order pizza but my 10 year old great niece and her parents do enjoy them. My great niece loves their cookies. I twice had a tuna wrap which, though rather thin, was acceptable.

Christina makes the best pizza and always knows my order when I call. Perfect food for after a long shift and great service every time!! You’re all amazing!!

pickup from the store on Friday at 22.25 Pizza chicken fest !! The same pictures sent to head office to Milton Keynes!! Very poor quality and staff

Didn’t get the pizza I wanted I asked for pineapple and ham but got pepperoni i phoned up but they said they can’t do anything about it plus it was dry and greasy I ended up throwing it away I don’t like wasting food but there was no way I was eating that I won’t be ordering from there again so if u order from there be careful ❗️

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Made an order recieved a text that it was out for delivery at 16:53 I live 10 mins from the shop at 1730 I rang to see where it was to be told the driver was 4 mins away. At 1736 I rang again asking where my order was I was told the driver wasn't contactable a new order would be made free of charge ( how kind) and would be sent out with the next driver. In the meantime my original order arrived! Hooray! The drive blamed the traffic..10 mins drive takes 1 houf ( hard to believe) then I open my pizza to find a piece missing!! Unbelievable zo as you would I rang the manager to ask for a refund think its the least I deserved to be met with an arrogant women basically accusing us of lying!! Just avoid at all costs will never go here again and a complaint will he made with head office

Offer is buy one get one free. So buy £14 pizza so you want £21 🤔. Maybe someone can explain why it's not £14

I honestly don’t know why I order from here, chicken pizza with 6 pieces on! Really? Half the cheese was bubbled up & rock hard Also I had to cut the slices myself…maybe it was because the pizza was that hard the staff couldn’t actually cut through it? Sure it was dug out the bin re warmed and delivered

Was an awkward order but the girl on the phone was good didn't get her name but it was Friday night and was really the best pizzas we have ever got from there

Went to Domino's in Wigan today and asked about Defence Discount as it states on there the Wigan branch accepts the dicount, to be told they no longer accept this in branch and is only valid via the app however stated in the terms and conditions it can be accepted instore and online. I have previously been to this branch and they have had no issues accepting my defence discount until today. The staff serving had no understanding of the defence discount and had very little customer service skills. Disappointing to say the least!

Used to enjoy a dominos, treated ourselves to having one delivered every month or so. For some reason, we've been unable to order recently as every time we want one delivering it tells me 'unable to deliver to your address due to exceptional circumstances', yet put in a postcode down the road in WN3 not WN2 and delivery is available. No idea why they stopped delivering to WN2 as they are literally only 3 miles and less than 10 minutes away. Hugely disappointed with this pointless change.

Ordered online. Pizza arrived stone cold, when called in been advised that this is because of traffic roadworks which wasn't notified before order. They offered to replace food if we haven't touched it, which we already waited for an hour and 45 minutes. The store supervisor was rude and unapologetic. Will not be ordering again.

Typical Domino's. An absolute and utter rip off. You can get much better for a few quid at ASDA (and more of it)

I've just ordered absolutely beautiful pizza certainly was in pizza heaven the cookies was lovely and chocolaty the wedges was cooked perfect and the chicken strips was it was all nice and warm the price was good and most of the driver was a very pleasant young lady and we was waiting only 5 minutes thankyou dominos pizza 😊

Ordered 2 large pizzas and 2 garlic breads at 2 in the afternoon for 6 pm delivery, turned up cold, a topping missing off 1 of the pizzas and a garlic bread missing when we phoned they asked for the pizza back as long as it was a full pizza but one of the kids had already had a piece (what are they going to do with this pizza once returned?) So said we could have a coupon, after this experience I won't be having domino's again!

Tonight for the first time ever, ordered a chicken and mushroom pizza. Deliver was good, pizza was Awfull. You may have well sent bread and tomato puree You do know there is meant to be cheese on a piza? Hardly any mushrooms or chicken. Will NEVER use Domino's again. 1 star be a use I can't rate any lower

Dominos food is great, although expensive. Unfortunately had a very rude encounter on the phone with a worker that was dismissive, uncaring and lying.

Nice food waited a bit to get served even though there were plenty of staff but once served food came within 20mins

Ordered vegetarian supreme which had hardly any vegetables on it. It was more like a margarita pizza with too much tomato sauce.

Great place to order a pizza, the delivery is always fast and it always arrives hot. 9/10 times your order will be right which is more than I can say for a lot of other places in Wigan. The staff are all really polite and helpful too. I just wish there was more consistency in the pizza, by that I mean sometimes you get an over powering amount of sauce one time and the next time you get next to non. The same goes with the cheese. I'm aware you can add extra but half the time this doesn't seem to make much difference. Set portion measurement would definitely go along way here.

Back in Mobile again for another round. Could not decide on the type of oysters I wanted so I had the sampler and was not disappointed. My server, Heather, was outstanding and really added to my dining experience. Highly recommend requesting to be seated in her section.

My 17 year old daughter ordered from Wigan Dominos tonight.. (t&c state they need be 18!) She ordered 2 of the winter deals and is a dental nurse trainee so has a blue light emergency services card. She asked if this could be used on the order and the young man said she could. We got all the way there from Ashton and was told it wasn't allowed to be used... I asked to speak to the manager who said his name was John Paul... he was very patronising and condisending... Waving a leaflet at me to show the rules, which are not in the t&c on site we used. I asked to speak to the lads who took the order who admitted to putting it through... I felt for this poor lad Mike who obviously hadn't been given correct training by the management... If the manner of John Paul had been decent I would have bought the food but he needs customer service training as he was very rude....

Tiny portions for scandalous price.

Never had a problem till now, first the driver days my orders more than what it is it was £25.97 and he said it was £27.97, then the pizza wasnt exactly the best 😡 not happy

Purchased a medium pizza from here I was told it was buy 0ne get one free and when I was told the price couldn't believe it over £20.00 for a takeaway pizza consisted of extra ground beef fresh tomatoes onion and extra cheese where the extra was I do not know! it wasn't good a sloppy bottom even though it was thin crust so only ate top half of one pizza the other was binned will never buy a pizza from here again!

How on earth this place survives. Ridiculously expensive, local takeaway is far better. Oh, and the wedges weren’t done.

Very disappointed. Was told that our order, for a business meeting of 8 people, would take 40 minutes. After a number of phone calls and false promises from the staff the order didn't arrive after THREE hours! Spoke with the manager to complain and was told there was nothing she could do. I requested a refund which they said they would process and this hasn't happened either. Unbelievably poor service. We'll be using Pizza Hut delivery in future.

Rude staff. Tried to insinuate I was a liar after I informed them i had received armed forces 50% discount a few weeks prior. They said it was impossible as it had been reduced to 30% over s year ago. Well Taylor (I think that's is the female assistant name) I have no need to lie about receiving 50% discount and i certainly don't appreciate being spoken to like something from the bottom of your shoe. Whoever is the franchise owner needs to retrain certain members ofstaff in customer relations and customer retention. I certainly won't be using your services again. Merry Christmas 😐

Ordered a delivery to work for 11.30 the order was made at 9.30 at 11.55 it still hadn't arrived, when we rang we were told ni driver and didn't know when it would arrive. Only having 30 mins fir dinner we were then left with no lunch no apology etc. Defo won't be ordering again!!!!

Two for Tuesday and other good deals.

Domino's pizza is the best kind of pizza. Everybody knows it. the prices are pretty extortionate which is why i only really venture out when theres some kind of 50% offer on or another good deal. This branch did well to deliver the 6 pizzas and all the extras we ordered without a problem. Muchos respectos.

Order from here a bit too much to be honest. They're that good. Never any issues and the food is top quality.

The last two times have ordered from Dominos Wigan i have been disappointed with the food, sending wrong chicken pieces and topping on pizza being very sparse. However tonight they have excelled themselves!!!!!!!!! 40 minutes after ordering i get informed they have no sides available all sold out, i will be refund for this but it will take 3-5 days.They will still send me my pizza a meator and my garlic bread. After a further 40 minutes my food arrives. we tuck into the cheese garlic bread which had no chesse on it and a tomotoe base!!!! Then go to start on the pizza, well they must have also run out of meat and topping because one side of the pizza just had jalapenos on it and the other half had a total of 4 meat balls, 4 pieces of pepperoni and approximately 6 pieces of sausage and bacon.This was also made on a tomato base and not a bbq. Plus if i was to say the cheese was extremely sparse i would be being generous. I contacted the shop and was told they had also ran out of bbq sauce and i should have been told this and that they where sorry about the toppings. I am being refunded for all food after complaining however have to wait 3 - 5 working days for this and still now have to order food from elsewhere 2 hours later than when i first started.
