Don't know what you have done to your mixed kebab. In our opinion you have spoilt it. It used to have the nan soaking in mango.now dry nan and loads of kebab meat we like the old way

My 14 inch ham and pineapple pizza was cold and the chips were soggy and when I opened my bottle of coke it went everywhere like it had been shaken

I’m not happy, everytime i order from here it is late.

Ordered kids meal pizza 2 toppings Double pepperoni had 4 pieces on it no chips no drink over 35min late not a happy kid ! Sky scraper buger crappie chicken like rubber no salad no sauce Calazone poorly packed half of it empty AVOID!!!!! 1ST TIME ORDERING NEVER AGAIN RUBBISH

Food was amazing, chicken strips were done in batter which gave them a nice fluffy crisp and was juicy and tender, enjoyed my burger and cheesy chips and gravy, could of been slightly bit more gravy but really enjoyed it and their was plenty of cheese which is nice when having cheesy chips, and went with Brooklyn Pizza so good, nice amount of toppings, friendly and polite delivery driver but overall food arrived nice and hot, will be ordering again for sure!!

Ordered from here for the first time as it’s very close to my house (less than half a mile) and we wanted something quick. Walk past most days with the dog and always thought it smelled decent. Food arrived early, fair play. However pizza was lukewarm, chips had gone soggy and disgusting. The dog liked them🤷🏻

ordered the food at 20:15 food delivered at 22:05. Food was great but the wait was ridiculous. Our son went to bed and didn't get to eat his chocolate cake treat.

We ordered at 5.45, Al Capone confirmed at 15.46 est delivery between 6.45 and 19.05. At 19.15 I clicked on 'not arrived' and got a text to say they were busy and it would arrive at 19.25. At 19.45 still no food so I spoke to Al Capone eventually as they didn't answer for ages. They said driver was minutes away. 20 minutes later still no food so I rang again. They said driver was in the area. He finally arrived at 20.10 with cold food. Temp probe said 35 deg on chicken. Not impressed.

we've ordered here a few times and I always have the chicken Kebab, lots of chicken and salad on it but this time the chicken was so chargrilled the whole Kebab just tasted of burn, wasn't great

Disgusting. Why give the option of choosing a pizza and extra toppings when you only put the extra toppings on the pizza. Waste of money easting a onion and cheese pizza. Not worth the time this place food did arrive just only luke warm!!!

I have always had good delivery and food. Tonight, however, the garlic bread was hard and overcooked. It is usually light in colour and soft and tasty. This has happened for my last two orders. The pizza was not as good either...this is a shame as usually everything is very good.

Rotten, pizza dough bland as, tasteless, had the eartha kitts at 4am the following morning aswell to add to the misery. Saw uncooked pizzas left on the side uncovered aswell with flies buzzing round in the baking weather which probably didn’t help matters.

1first time ordering recommended by a friend didn’t disappoint will be ordering again 👍

Waste of money! Chicken tikka kebab - not chicken tikka, burnt, hard and inedible. Large kebab - not large hard dried out meat Curly fries over fried hollow Chilli sauce more water than sauce.

Probably the smallest Calzone (i ordered large meat feast) and minimal fillings I've ever had, my partner ordered the donner meat and chips and threw all this away (both the chips and donner was honestly terrible) shame I've been using all the kebab shops around hindley including this one more than the average person for 15+ years and all consistency as gone (I'm stupid for ordering i know, it's just too easy) for £26 I wish I went the chippy.

Ordered donner meat with mayo on and chips, the mayo came looking like someone hadn’t washed their nob in years and had used my donner meat as a tissue, safe to say I won’t be ordering again, personally don’t even want to give it a star but I have to, to post this review

One of my children’s keebab was stone cold rand the restaurant they said they send another one out wich didn’t arrive so won’t be going here again poor food and poor service

Food seemed fine but order came wrong, ordered a chicken burger with garlic mayo and it came with mint sauce instead, there was no saving it. Also waited an hour and 30 plus in total from order to actual delivery so took a while

Blamed the weather for slow delievery when the snow in the area was not even sticking to the ground. Ordered at 8.17pm and delivered at 10.10 pm nearly 2 hours to deliver food.

Normally good but tonight the calzone we ordered had no pastry on top had tomatoes in which we had not asked for and green peppers and very soggy

Food was good would have been better if one of the pizza with extra cheese hadn’t been dropped and stuck to the cardboard box it came on.

Asked for the chips well done they come undercooked cold and pale and mushy like they had been dropped in the fryer for 20 seconds same with the curly fries.

Now I remember why I stopped ordering. Tiny potions for massive money. But then they're all at it now. Food wasn't all bad just not value for money

A genuinely groovy meal just now

Over 2 hours waiting on a Monday evening, rude staff every time I phoned, the food was cold and soggy when it arrived. Disgusting.

Our order was late, when it did arrive we found our food to be cold and the chips and onions rings to be very soggy. We had no kofta and only received one naan bread when it says we should get 2. It's a shame because whenever we order kebabs, we get them from Al Capone, but sadly after tonight, we won't be in a hurry to order again. We were left very disappointed as this isn't usually the service we receive from here.

Asked to remove the chillies 🌶 DIDN’T

Wasn’t the best really pizza base was slightly undercooked. Gonna have to try other places I think as this seems to be a reoccurrence
