It's sad that in this day businesses don't give a damn about their customers... After regularly (weekly) spending over £20 on dinner at Taco Bell Wigan, the Manager refused to let us have a cup for some ice-water for my little girl (age 10). I guess that 2p saving he made, cost him a regular customer - well done! Adds insult to injury after putting up with the slowest fast food service in the world - especially the drive-through. I'd rather drive to Liverpool than give them any more of my business.

Visited here with my daughter who had a massive obsession to try Taco Bell after I lived in Canada before I had her and told her about all the places I used to eat at including Taco Bell. I was in Wigan visiting friends who just happened to mention Taco Bell. I was apprehensive of visiting as I had been to one in Manchester and it was awful. I took my daughter so she could experience it herself! We ordered our food and did wait a while for it to be cooked which is usually a good sign as you know it’s fresh. I asked if I could add a dip onto my order but was told no unless I ordered it on the boards again and there was a queue of 5 people for 1 menu board and my food would have gone cold. The only reasons I didn’t give 5 stars was purely down to one machine working and I find it slightly over priced for a fast food outlet but I do understand the cost of living crisis and these businesses would run if they didn’t pass on their extra costs to the customers.

Best Tacos in Wigan. You don't know Tacos is you don't like this place. Brilliant food this. I’ll be buried one day with a bean and cheese burrito in me coffin.

We went about a month after this location first opened, which could explain why it was so crowded. We waited 20 minutes for 3 tacos and 2 drinks. Once we were able to find somewhere to sit, the food tasted off almost like chemicals. I've tasted Taco Bell in the US and UK (Manchester and Liverpool) before and I've never tasted something this awful before. We didn't want to complain since they were so busy so we just left and got a pizza.

😡😡 I am absolutely disgusted by this restaurant....every time I have ordered from this restaurant I spend an average of £35/£40, I have nothing but issues with the delivery and quality of the food ....taking an average of 2 to 3 hours for the food to be delivered, and the only response from them is " I'm sorry for the delay" never has given discount for the delays or any attention when ordering......they are tight as everything , the food always comes a mess, stone cold and disgusting.......I will not order from this restaurant ever again, and I will spread the word around to let people know of the situation....

Ordered chicken, bacon, cheese and mayo panini expecting them to have a piece of chicken, rasher of bacon and cheese. Service was slow and we were very disappointed when the food finally arrived. It was a soggy bottomed panini filled with mayo, chicken and ham slop which smelled and tasted processed. I couldn't eat the soggy bottom and complained before we paid the bill. I showed the Supervisor/cook the floppy Panini and her response was 'Oh sorry about that' but we were still charged £19. At no point did any of the staff ask was all okay with the food. Several tables needed clearing whilst staff were stood around looking bored and we saw a group of three sit down at a dirty table but get up and leave. We have eaten there before but won't be returning.

Sugary desserts offered every day to primary school children doesn't make Metro Fresh a healthy caterer. There should be at least 3 days out of 5 where only healthy snacks are offered as dessert and not 0 out of 5
