Order never arrived. Has to ring up and they gonna send another but it isn’t the point. Currier probs eaten it on the way

My order never arrived and it says I should enjoy my food?

Ordered from here on the app, after 1 hour of waiting I tried multiple times to contact the restaurant with no answer. After 2 and a half hours the pizza finally came. This was a suprise, as I had no confirmation on the app or anyway to contact the restaurant. The pizza was burnt, the fries were cold and soggy. All of the food that came was inedible and had to be thrown away. I have requested a full refund and still awaiting contact. Never ordering from there again, avoid at all cost.

food should have arrived between 9:40 and 10. nothing has turned up tried to call them and no answer. 1 hour late now

Delivery took over 2 hours!!! When the food finally arrived it was stone cold and half the order was missing! Tried ringing the store and kept being told "mailbox disabled" as if they'd disconnected their phone. Waste of £40 and will not be ordering from here again!!!

Rare I've ever had a problem with this pizza hut but after tonight they won't be getting my custom again. Order has said for the past hour that it has been packed ready for delivery, no attempt to deliver and constantly been trying to ring to speak to someone and no one is answering. Shocking service. No idea what is going on but if they are short staffed then surely it's courtesy to answer the phone and let customers know, or just put a hold on orders. No option but to try them again tomorrow or go in there to try and get a refund, alternatively I will contact head office if I get nowhere. Based on recent reviews, I wish I had read them first before ordering. Will go back to a reliable Domino's instead moving forward.

Ordered from their website and order was confirmed. An hour later checked and was still on confirmed. Rang restaurant. No answer. Now have to send an email to support to get a refund which will take up to 48 hours for a response. Avoid.

Staff are not friendly, there is some poster outside about the meal offer but not available inside! They said no pizza below £10! No one was available on the front desk. Staff looks like angry!

Taking this Pizza Hut out of the takeaway rotation for good after our most recent experience. Our order was missing the dessert, and the box the side was supposed to be in was completely empty! Hilariously, the employee we spoke to on the phone tried to blame the poor Uber driver for stealing the side (!), however it was abundantly clear that no food had ever touched that box. This was the final straw unfortunately, after several other bad experiences. Currently awaiting a response from customer services and yet another full refund.

order place at 7.15pm got a message from just eat to enjoy otder but no order. Rung pizza hut and said will have to cook and send as problem with just eat not working and didn't get order. Rung at 9.15pm and told driver on his way. Not acceptable if order doesn't arrive I want compensation as well as refund as I have to go to bed for uni tomorrow.

Normally this branch is great but felt I had to review tonight as the past few times we have ordered its been wrong. This is the second time that I have ordered a specific side and they had subbed for another side. They have not called to offer an alternative (if they are out of the product) and the side they have subbed is less in value and in quantity than the one ordered. Tonight I ordered a half and half pizza (two totally different pizza halfs), however I recieved essentially one pizza but with an extra topping of chicken on one side only? Not all the toppings for both pizzas were on the pizza either. Its a shame as this branch normally rules over the other brands in Leigh but the service is currently letting them down.

Pizza was wrong again... I rang the store at 10:15pm, to be told, they've run out of toppings 😂 there's nothing they can do because there is no manager in. Also, not many toppings on the pizzas

forgotten my water and mixed leaf salad, did come back with it however it isn't the first time it has happened it is a regular acurance.

Made an order through the app, and had an issue with it, spoke to the restraunt and they resolved my issue straight away! Food is always delicious and delivery is always fast! 👍

I went in on a busy Friday night and was greated by Siobhan who took my order and made sure to get my order in as fast as possible even on a busy Friday night. Lovely service !!

Literally never had any issues with this store. Always order direct, either via phone or web. Everyone is super helpful and friendly and delivery on time with hot food. Would rather pay for the brand than some of the dodgy independent places around here. Can't recommend enough

Ordered food at 8:30 pm it’s now 10:00pm the app saids it’s been delivered which it hasn’t I’ve tried ringing the place 10 times no answer, will never order from Pizza Hut again, god knows how I’m gonna get a refund cause no one will pick up the phone. Very frustrated and disappointed.

They told me it would be 45mins I waited 1hour and 20mins for my food to be re heated which infact was Cold when received I’m not happy about the fact it was reheated when i was told it would be remade tastes very bland and the wedges are soggy

Dreadful, ordered online. Didn’t deliver. Then accepted the order after 1 hour! Failed the delivery time. Then refused compensation once they had not delivered. Don’t answer the phone. Won’t use again

Ordered pizza went to collection and no one in the shop waited waited waited 13min inside and called on phone ringing no one there to pick up it, I went out they were chatting i asked if they work here they came handle me it we check in the car it was cold and it hasn’t been cut properly should be cut to 10 pieces we found it 8 customer service is really really bad. They should be respecting their work and the customer.

I have not received my food and I have contacted the shop and spoken to someone who works there they said they left the restaurant at 8.00 pm and yet when iv just try to ring again no one answers i would like to know where the food is that I have paid for and I would like a full refund as it is probably going to be cold when it arrives to me when that is thankyou

only downside is chicken side stated 8 in description but only got 5

1 hour 20 minutes for 2 pizzas to be delivered. One was meant to be a deep pan and they sent thin base instead.

Got my food about an hour late, had a talk to the manager, before hand, he said I would get a free pepsi, because they missed my order, my order finally came, no free soda. will never order here again, it will be faster just to make it from scratch.

Order took 2.5 hours to come (1.5 hours after delivery estimate time). No update from restaurant except when we rang, each time we rang they said 20-25 minutes and just kept saying that. Stated issue with drivers and the food has been ready for ages, no doubt will arrive cold, when it eventually turns up. Will never be ordering from here again.

Ordered food at half 6 didn’t get food until 8:10 after being told it would be delivered by the latest 7:05. Then got told on the phone it was due to me living to far away. If I live to far cancel my order and give me my money back. Don’t happily take the money then blame me for where I live

Amazing take away pizzas. The service is always amazing as, they have never got our order right, however, they have always sent out the correct food along with a freebie to apologise.

costumer service was on point the members are very polite pizzas where on point nice and crispy definitely will order again and the new product cheesy tear&share and cinnamon were brilliant my kids loved it😅would recommend thank you

Shocking service, I'm not going to rant, but they obviously don't have enough staff to fulfil the orders, pizzas not made correctly, items missing from delivery, guy at shop was apologetic but didn't really make up for being told I had to contact the website for refund, but chat not avaliable. Ordered 2 pizzas, one being a half and half, we took 2 items off and substituted them for 2 others, they took the original items off but didn't replace with substitute. Cookie dough was completely missing.

Well the topping on the pizza had stuck to the card board so it wasn’t to its usual standard. However as it’s Xmas I wanted to give the driver a tip and forgot! I’d happily give a tip though.

Do not waste your money! Pizza dough was raw and soggy, definitely not crispy as you would expect from pizza hut. As other people have said called to complain and bring it to the manager's attention, only for her to be dismissive.

this is the second time its been insanely late, last time it got "left in the over" this time it got "sent back" and not only was it late this time, they also sent me the smallest pizza rather than the medium i ordered, i wouldnt complain normally but its like £8 extra for a medium from a small, extremely annoyed

Unfortunately, as much as I like Pizza Hut restaurants, the delivery service was bad. Firstly, they put pepperoni on my veggie pizza and the base was deep pan instead of classic, (and overcooked) but they also did not deliver the two large dips I paid over £3 for. I won't be ordering again.

Horrendous cusotmer service, took my order (Mackenzie?), let me pick it up, got home and it was wrong. Called to ask rectification, but 'computer said' can't change topping. Siobhan (manager) not interested at all, even though I've ordered the same thing over 20 times. Absolute joke, they really have no idea. Surprised rating is as high as 2.9...

Driver was lovely, and early. Food was good and hot. Would order again from these guys.

I've ordered from pizza hut loads of times and have never had a bad experience and the foods always been hot on arrival and the drivers are polite mannered

Although my order was late I can appreciate that a Friday evening would be busy so was more than happy to wait. What I'm not happy with in any way was when my pizza came with the wrong topping, chicken instead of steak. When I called Pizza Hut in Leigh I was originally told by the first gentleman i spoke too that they couldn't understand why I recieved chicken and I asked him to read out my full order. He confirmed my order as per my receipt. Eventually I was put through a Manager who explained that I had ordered chicken instead of steak. Obviously this was a brush off to put the fault at my feet. I'm afraid this is not acceptable and I will be taking this further until I recieve a full refund.

After placing an ordr with ubereats we were given a delivery time of 21:00 this was then given a revised time of 21:20 the next message was order being wrapped this was followed by a new delivery time of 21:45 tben order cancelled payment returned. We were then given the option of 're ordering which was done and new delivery time of 23:45 then cancelled again . Disappointed we rang pizza hut direct upon answering the phone I explained to the young man that we were disappointed that my fiancee was a acute stroke nurse and had just finished work that the order had been cancelled twice .the young man then explained that the order had caused problems for their system . That they were prepaired to switch the system back on to try and put the order through the till. I politely declined since the last message from ubereats stated that pizza hut closed in 11 minutes. But the most disappointing part was being called mate numerous Times and the have a nice evening and attempt to mislead myself . as I informed the young man i will not be using their services . VERY DISAPPOINTED ALROUND ...

Food was due at 6pm, it said it was delivered even though it wasn’t. Had to ring up and query it to be told they driver is minutes away’. It came 30 mins later (45mins late in total) and was stone cold. Avoid at all costs. Not worth the money at all.

Simply awful. Delivery was 1 hour later than booked (what is the point in booking a time when they don’t adhere to it!), and the pizza itself was poor. Had to chase up at the time, mentioned it to the delivery lad when he finally arrived, who was sorry and said he'd let management know as I should receive a reply or possible refund... However, we've not had any contact/discount or apology from them since... worst ever - Avoid.

We ordered 2 pies: farmhouse and vegetarian. The toppings and sauces were great. The pizza crust, however, was quite soft. Being that we are Americans, we are used to a certain crispness and a yeasty flavor that we have not found in pizza crusts around here. We aren't complaining--we understand that tastes vary from country to country and multinational franchises modify their recipes to cater to their local customers. So far, it's the best we've had. We loved their fried cheese triangles, too! All in all, pretty decent food. We'll order from them again.

Ordered two flatbread pizzas and a side salad on 1st Feb online from the Leigh Pizza Hut for delivery at 12-45. They arrived at 12-40, the pizzas piping hot and delicious, the salad crisp and fresh. Covid safe delivery, polite delivery guy. Impressive service, quality and good value for money.

Driver delivered to the wrong address, had even placed our order on the floor outside on someone else’s doorstep - by the time it arrived it was cold and I didn’t appreciate paying as much as i did for food that had already been left on the floor. Very poor service and very disappointed! Won’t be ordering again

Ordered a stuffed crust chicken surpreme pizza, bbq steak and chicken flatbread, bbq wings and a bottle of tango. For £40 worth of food we were NOT impressed. Could get better at the dingy kebab shop down the road for a tenner. First of all the tango didn’t show up so had to ring and have it sent back out. The food was 45 minutes late and barely warm. The pizza itself had an inch or two of just sauce around the edge before the crust and no cheese or toppings. The veg on the pizza was undercooked and in massive chunks which was just sickening, there was barely any cheese, too much sauce, and the “stuffed crust” was not stuffed at all; there was a tiny layer of cheese in the bottom of it. The bbq “steak” and chicken flatbread had beef balls on it instead of the chunks of steak as advertised, and the chicken had a strange metallic taste to it. The only decent thing about the whole meal was the bbq chicken wings which were lovely... but definitely not worth £40!!!
