Please don't order from this takeaway they are permanently closed but still have the site up and running to steal your money so please avoid.

Practically a fake company! Order online and they take the money, but food doesn’t show up. I’ve tried phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, the lot…but they don’t respond! I’ll be reporting the scammers

tge app was saying that it was on the way then to ring the takeaway and they said it wasn't not happy 😤😤

Keep giving this take away a chance, but when you pay for food and it doesn't turn up, and the take away, ignore the complaint by hanging up the phone, that's the last straw, won't be ordering anything from them again

Chips were cold, chicken wrap made a mess, and ordered garlic mayo this was more just water not garlic mayo. Ordered onions on the wrap didn’t get them, only thing what was right was the drinks

The food was made fast but I came home and ate the hotdog and I threw up the same night and felt rlly ill I wouldn't recommend the hotdog it make me throw up everywhere and got food poisoning

Love Chicken Lane.. The Food is always great the delivery is always quick. and I think there pizzas and the fries are the best going and the Chicken beats the pants off KFC .. especially the Hot Wings.

This place used to be really good but it's fallen from grace in the past several years. I keep trying to give them a chance and every time it's a let down. Food is almost always late by atleast 40 minutes, and when you ring up the only thing they ever say is "It's just left the shop now" Order is often wrong (Including this time) and feels like it's been sitting under a heating lamp (Which it probably has) until they get a call complaining about a late order and then just bunged it together. There's 0 communication from the restaurant on ANY of their delivery apps, and if the order is going to be late they will never update it so your only option is to call up to complain. Won't be ordering again and nor should you.

We ordered 2 Tex Mex Meals last night 23/12/23 only the Burgers turned up!!! Rest of order was missing no chips & no Drinks so cost us £17.48 - I’m requesting a refund for this

Awful everytime ive ordered its been late the wrong pop and ive order gravy as a side and got coleslaw fuming. Ordered a few times and everytime been same not be ordering again

Order here often, love their donner kebabs and fries! However the last 2 times the garlic mayo tastes different? It seems watery and not as creamy, and has a spice taste to it which lets it down. Also miss the tomatoes on the kebab. Fries are the best fries around and the dinner meat it always lovely.

The food as still not arrived after over 2 hrs and 30 mins we have called the takeaway several times and they keep saying it's coming but never arrives I would like. Full refund please

it was 2 an half hours late an it was cold

3 and a half hour wait for food. They stopped answering the phone. Refused a refund through the website had to go to the shop for it. Believe all the reviews your reading.

it was 3 hours late kept ringing up and all they did was give excuses and the worst part is it only takes 5 minutes to get to my house from chicken lane absolutely terrible

Two hours late. No offer of a refund just a discount next time we order and when the food came it was warm. The shop is only a three minute drive away but im disabled so coukdnt get to the shop

Our food took 1 hr 50 minutes to arrive and when it did eventually arrive the chips was hard and undercooked. The food was very poor quality

Donner and garlic bread were cold we were offered a replacement but over an hour later we were still waiting for it Not happy with the service at all

I used to order here all the time but the menu is broken and you've done nothing to fix it. Can't order pizza without being forced to add extra toppings I don't want for 2.70 extra. Won't go back to being our regular till its sorted unfortunately

We ordered food at 6:15pm and got our food at 7:45pm , delivery time was meant to be for 7pm , when the food arrived everything was cold and the pizza was wrong , rang up and said they would send out new food then took up to over an hour again for it to come , when the new food arrived it was even colder than the first time we ordered had to ring up about 4 times to get it sorted and kept getting phone put down on us , will not be ordering again from here

1.5hr wait food arrived cold pizza was not what be ordered phoned up they resent food out again it was worse than the first order they delivered cold once again we will not be ordering food from here again £30 in the bin thankyou for a fantastic finish to a working week

Ridiculous waiting times for delivery

Food was late despite being marked as delivered 35 mins before it actually was. Item missing didn't impress me but the quality of what was delivered varied hugely! The milkshake lush and chicken kebab was delicious, spicy but delicious and fresh. The burger tasted like cardboard and I've never seen transparent ketchup before!?! The garlic breads and pizza had good toppings but the base/dough was really naff. Chips were soggy and cold and my tub of red salt was missing completely..... Not impressed tbh.

Order from here alot but recently ordered a garlic bread with cheese that had an inch and half long bit of snapped sharp plastic in the middle. My 8 year old nearly ripped his mouth open. Rang them up and sent pictures but didn't seem overly concerned to be fair. Offered a free garlic bread but i refused as i wasn't telling them for free stuff, and the fact they just didn't seem bothered. Anyway won't be going back that's for sure

No food delivered and restaurant not answering the phone FULL REFUND

Walked in here politely asked if they was closing… they said no clicked the heater lights on I asked for a chicken burger (if they had it) with jalapeño onion chilli sauce and lettuce tomato with red salt Chips….. I got a bun with chicken 3 jalapeños smothered in hot sauce no salt… my chips and when I say drenched and I mean that they was soggy in hot sauce they gave me the food after 20 mins and laughed at me…. Thanks for the joke because I said I like spicy. Ugly to.

Changed hands. Absolutely terrible. The food isn't the same. We ordered and we got loads of free stuff because they didn't have what we actually ordered. Everything was covered in garlic mayo which we didn't order but the food is horrible. How can you take an order for a variety meal have no chicken pieces or wings and replace it with nuggets, fillets and chips with garlic mayo & a free donner meat. Horrible

Ordered on Uber eats. Rang after 90 minutes still no order. People on phone didn’t know if our order had gone out or not then told us it definitely had. Rang back. 20 minutes later now over an hour and a half to be told “the driver is due back in 6 minutes and we will send your order straight out”. So it hadn’t gone out when they said it had. 2 and a half hours waiting for an order an absolute joke.

We love this place and have been going for years. The food came, and it was nothing at all like what they usually make. It's completely different. We couldn't finish it, sadly. Gutted as their good is usually gorgeous.

2 hours late and freezing cold called several times and was told it was on its way won’t use again

No communication from the restaurant about why the food was late, or even updating the delivery time to match an estimate. Had to phone up at which point they said it was on its way, to which it took another almost 20 minutes for it to arrive despite living a 5 minute drive away. Chips were also more or less cold.

Ordered via just eat. Food came 15 mins earlier than the time stated. Lovely and hot, and tastes bloody good. I am still currently eating it. Cheers guys.

Ordered our usual variety Saturday order to find out we got an extra 10% off I rang in just incase I got someone else's bill but I was told its under NEW MANAGEMENT and it was complimentary. Great food great customer service... Defo keep ordering!

Food was great as usual. Really lovely fries, even better hotdog! Unusually, this time our order was missing both of our drinks, however, this is a rare occasion, as this has never happened for us before from Chicken lane! We will definitely order again, cheers!

Order from you very very often and usually food is amazing.. however tonight the donner kebab was so burnt it was inedible. The donner meat was burnt black and crispy, and the naan bread also burnt black and inedible. Surprised it was allowed to leave the shop tbh, disappointed. Sons chicken and chips were perfect as usual.

Absolutely disgusting! Ordered a kebab with salad and mayonnaise, and large chips and cheese. I got - small like 4 stands of Donna meat no salad no sauce, chips where small with hardly any cheese. Delivery drive was nice though

They forgot our garlic bread with cheese and a fruit shoot for the children's meal. Phoned them to tell them and they said they would get them delivered but they hadn't got any fruit shoots so would bring a can of tango. We said that would be fine. Nearly 3 hours later we are still waiting.........

Food took 2hrs to get here after me calling twice and being told it would be 10 minutes. The last time was “another 20mins” and I told them this was disgraceful and cancel the order. However 15mins tea later the food randomly turned up and poor quality and not all items were as ordered. Shakes were nice but not worth the money or the wait and not doing what I was ask them to do. Won’t be going back there again. ANGRY EX CUSTOMER

Been great every other time I've ordered think it's changed hands. Fries was bad they was all bits burger was ok,granted garlic bread really nice but the one that topped it was delivery guy added his own tip..... I would normally give one but to add on the bill when challenged he said i was wrong.....

Food was due 6.10-6.30pm and arrived at 7.20pm. Food was cold and greasy. Not good!!

I’ve ordered from here a few times and it’s always been nice but tonight the food was dreadful. Food arrived almost an hour late, Pizza and garlic bread had been over cooked, Donner kebab was tiny, the burgers were the only thing that actually looked ok but everything was absolutely stone cold. The majority went in the bin.

I asked for no red salt on my food because I can’t have it and they still put it on there so I couldn’t eat majority of my food

Chicken nuggets very dry and kebab meat not cooked proper price for kebab in a small pitta bread shape of your hand 4.95 not value definitely not buy from them again asked for salad got only lettuce a joke

Ordered food which got delivered then noticed the order was wrong so I've rang up straight away and was told he will send 2 new hot dogs, an hour and a half later we've had to ring the restaurant to find out when we will get them only to be fobbed off with excuses and then hung up on. Disgusting customer service. Don't think they realise they wouldn't have this problem if they didn't get it wrong in the first place

Ordered cheesy chips, cheese smelt like it had gone off. Was late being delivered as usual. Won’t be going here again. Gone down hill majorly.

Ordered at 5.40 food arrived at 7.45 after several phone calls to the place and various statements and excuses from them saying the food is on its way. Food arrived Luke warm eventually by this time I couldn’t be bothered listening to anymore excuses.

It taken a long time to receive the order and when it got here it came in wet soaking bags.Also the chicken wings where very pink inside.
