Took 2 hours with my order then when i rang he said yeah we busy takes piss i got bad customer service they should shut it down

I would 100% recommend this place, the food is fantastic and staff are friendly. I ordered a peri peri chicken, the amount of flavour was just phenomenal. The king khan kebab is delicious as well and plus it’s huge, definitely worth it! The onion rings were crispy and not soggy at all, they had the perfect taste to them same with the cheesy fries, the fries were very cheesy not like those other restaurant cheesy fries with barely any cheese. Pizza was also good. Plus I didn’t have to wait a long time for my food.

First and last time. Delivery was on time..order half chicken & chips (cold) boneless box 8 chips 2 strips and 4 popcorn, should be 3 strips 10 popcorn . Rang to complain was hung up on 3 times..got in car and took food back! Extremely rude and no customer service at all…Will not go again..and I’ve never left a bad review before!

we are in 2024 and they are not accepting to pay with card... only cash.. and a new way to prepare the food touching the food with no gloves ... disgusting

Definitely the best kebabs you can have. sizzler special is a must, chilli sauce and garlic mayo sauce. Chips are always bang on Garlic bread is mouth watering

I'm sorry to say we had an awful experience last night (Nov 30th). We have been ordering from Sizzlers over the last couple of years and never had a problem. However last night was a joke. We placed an order, order number 939528165 via their website at 8pm. I rang them at 9:30pm to check how long it would be, only to be told they didn't have in stock the peri wings we had ordered. Why hadn't they contacted me to tell me? I was then told we were next to have food made and it would be another 20 mins. I asked them to please hurry. We ordered a chicken tikla and peri sizi wrap, a peri wings meal and a chips and gravy. Anyway a further 45 mins passed and as I was ringing again it turned up. What a disaster. The chips and gravy were stone cold and the chips were uncooked. The now hot wings they replaced the peri wings with were like they'd been fried 4 times as you literally couldn't bite any meat off. Tough as my shoe and the chips that they came with were stone cold and not cooked properly. The tikka peri size wrap came without the wrap, and was just salad with 2 small pieces of each meat. The tray was half empty. I've contacted their customer service for an explanation and hopefully a refund. 2hrs 15 mins for awful food, not what we wanted, awful service is a joke. They have lost our regular custom for good.

Gone down hill massively . Waited nearly 2 hours for food to be delivered. Chips cold . Burger was burnt & donner meat over done . Won’t be ordering from here again!!!

Been ordering from sillzers since 2015 till today the way they keep consistency of their place from last couple months is embarrassing donner was dry, shawarma felt like was undercooked, lack of sauce and salad wasn't fresh at all unbelievable how this place could change into something like this... Sad never gonna order again.

Food is so so... probably about 4/10. Ordered online and went to collect. Went in to check they had out order. Owner barked "we have only been open 5 mins it take longer to cook your food" and not very welcoming. Donner meat very tasty. Salad was brown and on the turn. Chicken kebab and burgers very dry. Pizzas were okay. Probably won't be back and given another place a try..nothing special

Sizzlers used to be good but today I ordered pizza they was like soggy cheese 🤢 and wedges was burnt this place used to be good what's gone wrong! 🙄 Won't be ordering again....

Ordered 2 large doner meat garlic and chilli sauce 1 large chips at 7.12 pm on Monday at 8.30 checked where my order was it just getting bagged it arrived at 9.06 chips looked like a small chips in a large tray and cold doner meat didn't look like large portions last time I will use only 1.6 miles away from the shop

Excellent food just a little slow and staff didn't appear to understand, but the big lad sorted everything out great customer service from him

These don't deserve one star staff are useless. I wasordering food at 8.10pm and still not received it by 10pm so I went in the shop and he laughed in my face DONT ORDER FROM HERE SPENS ELSE WERE PIZZA PIER IN LEIGH IS A BETTER OPTION AND BETER FOOD QUALITY

Stunning best Donner kebab I’ve had in ages bread was soft & warm the meat was fresh & spicier nicely yummy 😋

Absolutely awful all mest was soaked in red sauce nan bread soggy as hell and loded with salt on top of that charged extra for asking for sauce in separate tub really gone down hill and won't be returning ,used to be really nice take away not any more 😢

How on earth can a pizza shop not take card??? Tried to order from here 5 minutes ago to be told ridley we do not take card payments. I go here regularly and have never been turned away. Am really disappointed.

We ordered about 9.15 pm and rang in for delivery, we waited about an hour and a half and when the food still hadn’t arrived we rang in to see where it was and it was still in the shop. Another one or two hours pass and we rang again to see where the food was and we were told that the delivery driver had gone home and our food was still in the shop. By the time the food had arrived it was about 12.30 am. Shocking!

Only giving one star because I can't give any less, waiting over an hour for our order, called them and they said they were making it, another hour later, no order and tried to call again and they have taken their phones off the hook so you can't call, no way of cancelling either because you have to call the restaurant to cancel which I cant do!!! It's a shame really because the first two times I ordered it was really quick and really good. So definitely won't be ordering again.

Can’t stick to a delivery time, poor communication, poor customer service, false promises, lied on the phone saying food was on its way, took another 35 minutes to arrive, it’s a 5 minute drive! waiting over 2 hours for my food! Never again

When they are good they are really good but every now and again they take the mick and leave you starving wishing you could have your money back for hours and hours 😩

It's good depending on what day it is

Food is lovely. However the staff are extremely rude, ignore you and occasionally look up to give you a dirty look. Found it very uncomfortable to stand in a shop and give money to people for food yet they deem us an inconvenience. Will not be returning to a takeaway where the staff make you feel awful, are ignorant and throw dagger eyes at you. Always loved the food but the food ain’t worth the feeling of being uncomfortable and confused of why people are so rude for NO REASON.

I always used to get the £7.50 sizzler kebab, 1 because it was big enough for 2 people and secondly it was packed with different meat, it says the kebab is a mix of 3 meats but these days they pack it full of donner instead of chicken and shish, the last one I ordered it barely fed two people it was quite disappointing to spend £7.50 on a standard size kebab, sizzler it’s your customers you are letting down and without us you won’t have a business, if you want to down scale your food portions or quality the cut the price to reflect that.

Order a kebab and garlic bread and took 2 hours 30 mins . When it come I was told its weekend would help if they did not use taxis from Bolton and give them multiple drops and no means to keep food Warm.. so I received the food was stone cold . I open up the kebab it was like spot the meat shocking. So I rang up.to ask for a refund and was told to bring it bck . Imagine if you dnt drive or live a distance away .so I brought it bck and argued for 10 minutes as he tried to say its cold because I brought it bck . They said I would get refund but I made sure I got an message of the company first as I knew they would not do it . I would not feed my dog here. Bad attitude even worse food and I could of got a delivery from London quicker. Fantastic achievement to be worst take away 1 . Would rather starve than go to this dump again

Waited 2 hrs 30 mins for a kebab and pizza that was freezing cold and I was told its weekend . I rang up the shop to complain and I.brought it bck for a refund. On going bck to shop he tried to say it was cold because I went from my house to shop . After arguing with them for 10 mins I got a refund and I would not leave till I got confirmation. The service here is horrendous. The attitude stinks and they have achieved the ranking of being the worst takeaway in leigh . I would not feed my dog from this dumb .

Do not order if you have allergies of any sort completely ignorant with regards to information on allergies. Put on order, called as soon as order placed and still arrived as if I said nothing!!! Completely spoilt our evening and no refund when i called them on receipt of order and no apology weren't bothered at all!!!!! So fed up with takeaways 😞

Best kebabs in town by far and very polite staff

Each time i order here i have had excellent service. The food is delicious, and always arrives hot, the delivery time is very good. Overall it well deserves a 5 star rating.

The best take away in Leigh for kebabs and pizza. The wraps are my favourite.

Turned up after 3hours after a 2hr estimate, would give and hour and half for a delay but 3hours is a bit ridiculous, even on a Saturday night. If they’d let us know it would be late then that would be okay. Food was good anyway! Just a shame about the wait

Ordered it on the app , waited 2 hours for our order , rang up and they lied and said it will be 25 minutes we asked him repeatedly have you started the order and he said no he has not started it yet and he said have you ordered and we said ye and he said I’ll check and said that he’s not started it yet after 2 hours of waiting and said it will only be 25 minutes , ye right it takes you 20 mins cook chicken and pizza and then kebab and then delivery gonna take another 1hr 30 mins ABSOLUTELY NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN HORRIBLE SERVICE AND DISGUSTING RUDE TONE ON THE PHONE ASIF HE DOESNT CARE

Very tasty and very good value for money

Me and partner visited tonight around 10:30pm, walked home from the shop food still piping hot! Absolutely delicious. I had donner & shwarma kebab and partner had double cheese burger and shared garlic bread cheese and mushroom. Definitely recommend this will be my regular now! Definitely 5 stars.

Waiting 2 1/2 hours for 2 kebabs and chips is completely unacceptable. It isn’t like the food is cooked from fresh, put the bread down, slice the meat chuck it on the bread, add salad, squirt sauce, done. While you’re doing that chips have cooked in the frier, let’s say that takes 4-5 mins in total and literally a 5 minute drive to my address, a 10 minute job, give them the benefit of delays, being busy etc and I’d say up to 40 min would be acceptable. Was my first order from them and is definitely my last.

We are repeat customers here. The kebabs are the best in Leigh. The Kings Khans special kebab is delicious. I agree with some of the other reviews. The waiting time is excessive. We waited 2 hours and 15 minutes today. We called the store and they apologised. When the food arrived I told the driver that I was checking the food was fresh before he left as i would have returned it. Very fussy about fresh food, however it was fine. Still warm, fresh and delicious as always. Portions are large, donner meat is so tasty and the shish is so tender. As I say we have become regulars here since moving to Leigh and would highly reccomend. Only reason my review is not 5 star is because of delivery time

Best kebab in Leigh. King Khans special kebab is delicious. We are repeat customers here and will not order from anywhere else. Only reason I gave 4 stars is that delivery is very slow. Waited 2 hours and 15 minutes tonight. We called the store and they apologised. When the driver arrived I asked him to wait while I checked the food was warm as we are really fussy when it comes to food being fresh. Had the food been cold i would have sent it back.There was no need to worry it was warm and fresh as always. The donner meat is really tasty and the sheesh is so tender. Really large portions and very tasty. Highly recommended

So didnt want to do this but felt 2hrs 15min is far to long to be waiting for a take away order. Had issues a couple of times since weve been ordering from here but food was really nice so let it slide. This time ordered at 6.10pm online was told 90min for delivery, rang at 7.50pm was told it will be out on next delivery, rang again 8.15pm was told waiting for delivery driver to come back finally arrived 8.29pm. No offer to compensate just 1 thing after another. Il give it a pass next time, not like Leigh's short of take away these days

Good choice of food and plenty of it mix kebab fantastic. Shame the delivery time is too long easier to collect.

Ordered a takeaway 2 hours ago and still not received! Will not be using this take away again! Phoned 45 mins ago to be told it will be 15 minutes, still waiting!

Good quality meat and lots of it, in fact I couldn't finish it all. This is a takeaway only. I had the large kebab, not sure what they call it.

Fast service. Pretty good food.

Never let them put sauce on your kebab they drown it but when you say you want it seperate they want to charge you 50p for a tub the cheek of it i never go there anymore.

Used to be the best kebab house in Leigh by a country mile. Seems like there is new owners and have resorted to cheaper/ less quality ingredients. Such a shame but now just like everywhere else

Not been here for ages, anyhow rang last night at 5.50 to order two kababs for delivery. Rang back at 6.20 to see how long they would be, was told he was now cooking them. Waited another 20 mins for delivery - when opened what a sight. It looked like they had charge for two Kebabs and then split the kitchen etc between the two. Only 4 pieces of chicken on each one and the other meats I would not have bothered. What a waste of money and we will NOT be going back, TERRIBLE

We've been visiting here every weekend as its so local to home, and although it was the best things lately seem to have changed, smaller portion sizes, even the Donna meat has got thinner, come on sizzlers, apparently a change of management but you'll lose our custom if things don't improve and that's a shame your the best in Leigh. We now just have a 1.99 Donna calzone from Buzz, that's a bargain if your near.

Great kebabs but disappointed to find that Wigan council awarded them only a 2 in their hygiene inspection in Aug 2017. I hope they will address this and raise the score to 4 or even 5.

Think this place MUST have changed hands.The food used to be brilliant!!Plentiful and tasty...now ...hardly worth eating.They don't seem to LISTEN.No chilli sauce and hardle any salad on my burger. Been dissapointed twice now...will never return...so many others to choose from.

Kebab estaba bien. Patatas fritas horrible, muy antiguo y tibia. ordenados lata de coca cola, pero no lo logré. Me dijeron que sólo pagas 10 libras en vez de los 12. 50 que debería haber costado. . Pero ni siquiera la pena de 10 libras. No volver.

Fuimos a este lugar, ya que hemos tenido un kebab desde aquí antes, así que fui y pedí un pollo en donna kebab en nan esperó unos 15 minutos como afirmó que estaba bien. Nos la comida hecha perfecta y buen sabor. . aquí nuevamente como era buena comida

Muy decepcionada con aquí que realmente no entiendo lo que ha pasado. Este fue probablemente uno de los mejores en leigh comprada pero parece que han dejado sus estándares de antes. Si quieres pizzas sosa, entonces este es tu lugar. En el mejor de los kebabs están bien y sin embargo solía ser increíble. Es una pena realmente.
