An excellent amount of variety and options for fresh authentic Chinese food, all halal too, definitely worth a visit :)

45 minutes late is generous, 90 minutes expected from order confirmation then a further 45 minutes for cold food to arrive, when the takeaway itself was quiet throughout, with no updates provided. appalling service

Excellent food as always. The vegan options are varied and always tasty!

I’m giving the food 5 stars because we know it well and have always enjoyed it. However, today’s experience with the service was very disappointing. We arrived with a person in a wheelchair—not expecting special treatment, just the same level of service as anyone else. There were only a few customers when we came in. We were given the menu right away, and since we already knew it, we were ready to order almost immediately. We tried to get the staff’s attention, but were ignored. As more guests arrived and it got busier, we still hadn’t been acknowledged—10 minutes passed, then 15. Other tables that arrived after us were served, while we were still waiting. A kind couple sitting nearby noticed what was happening and pointed it out to the staff. The response we got was that the server would come “when he had time.” At that point, we decided not to wait any longer. We left, disappointed and honestly quite disheartened. It’s unfortunate, because the food is excellent, but the service we received today was simply not acceptable.

I don’t know what has happened to Maharani. The Butter chicken tasted like spicy Heinz tomato soup, and the aubergine dish lacked the flavour it usually has. Unlikely to order again.

East z east is the best restaurant in Preston ,owner mr Jay is very friendly,makes sure you get the best food and service.my experience of going every week enjoy the food.well cooked food,either right spices.can’t go wrong.would recommend to anyone , staff also friendly give best service every time.

Me and my daughter (10) had a lovely overnight stay. I'd booked the swim wine and dine option. On inspection it seemed i had to pay 10pp to use leisure facilities and also didnt state breakfast inc only dinner but after speaking with reception realised was all included and made our stay more enjoyable. Leisure facilities OK, small pool children 7yrs + can use steam and sauna with adult supervision which is unusual in most places but i found to be a nice touch while solo parenting gym had everything (also child friendly) under supervision. Breakfast was buffer style and beautiful. All staff was amazing throughout. Highly recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Writing this as my mum had a fall as she was leaving the cafe. Staff, in particular, a lovely man called Daniel was so kind and helpful in sorting my mum out. Good to know there are good people out there. Hopefully if Daniel’s managers read this he will get some recognition. Easter Monday over lunchtime

Just travelled here for breakfast but was told by the lady at the door they are fully booked until 12:30 even though the restaurant had a lot of tables empty. Checked online to make a booking, and they do have tables to book available in the next 30 minutes.

Always great vibes in here, great drink prices and service and my kind of music!
