Food order was late the cherry coke I ordered with my meal the restaurant just decided to replace with tango which I don’t like and food was stone cold

I order from this Pizza Hut regularly and have to say that the food is always delicious and well cooked. It is definitely the best place in Preston to get a pizza. The staff are always friendly; especially Zubair who is always very welcoming and really cares that his customers are happy with the service and food. The shop is always spotlessly clean and the waiting times for your food to cook are not too long and there are even a couple of seats to sit on whilst you wait for your order. Best pizzas and best service in Preston!

This Pizza Hut was so good. The service was lightning fast and the waiter (who was called zubair-shout out to him) was so nice. He even gave us a free Pepsi. I certainly would recommend this shop. The pizza was fresh and piping hot and the atmosphere was chill and friendly.

The order was incompletely delivered. On pointing it out to the delivery agent, he took it upon himself- without being asked - to go and get the missing items and came back within 20 mins to deliver. Kudos to the nice Sikh gentleman.

I ordered the veggie Pizza from Pizza Hut, and it truly lived up to its name. The combination of fresh, vibrant vegetables and the perfectly crisp crust was a delight. Avoid!! The Cheese & Jalapeño Loaded Wedges were falsely advertised, containing no jalapeños and instead including bacon. As vegetarians, this was highly disappointing and unacceptable. Online order, didn’t arrive on specified time, but they also don’t answer the phones!

Waited over 2 hours for my delivery and the order was only actually sent through Pizza Huts system an hour and 15 minutes after ordering. This shouldn’t be the case at all

I recently ordered take way from Pizza Hut and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The online ordering process was smooth and user friendly, making it easy to customize my pizza. Exactly how I wanted it. When I arrived pick up my order it was ready right on time and the staff was friendly efficient. The menu offered a wide variety of delicious pizza options, and I was impressed with the quality and taste of the pizzas I tried. driver knocked on my door and asked me for a code. I didn't have any code, I gave my order number, the app receipt but he still refused to give me the order, he refused to ring the store he just stood there for over 5 minutes saying I can't have my food without a 2 digit code. never needed a two digit code before. I eventually got through to the store and problem resolved however by that time food was cold, for a near 30 pound order it was very dissapointing

I had visited this Pizza Hut today and it was delicious.. There is nothing more romantic than this wonderful Pizza, Chessy Garlic bread and BBQ wings. And the main credit goes to Ajay, his politeness, service to customers was awesome. Great customer service

We had an issue with the delivery of our food so we went into the the store, Zubair helped us so much, he gave us our food that hadn’t been delivered and remade us fresh ones as well as giving us loads of dips for free. He was very reassuring and the best customer service, thank you!
