Typical Pizza Hut nice environment and as always good food.

Ordered food which got delivered just before 6pm with a few items missing. The driver was lovely and said he would come back with the missing items in a few minutes. After half an hour I called to chase up the missing items and got told the driver would be arriving soon. I called again at almost 2 hours after the initial delivery mentioning the driver still hadn’t come back. The person on the phone had an attitude and swore I had received the items (I didn’t) and finally agreed to send the driver out. It took 2 hours since initial delivery to actually receive the items that were missing and the driver once again was lovely and apologetic. The drink which was missing had to be substituted as they apparently ran out of what was originally ordered and didn’t tell me until I finally received it 2 hours later, and the driver mentioned people at the shop miscommunicated with him which resulted in dropoff being severely delayed.

ORDERED VIA THEIR WEBSITE, I DID A CUSTOM PIZZA FOR MY CHILD AS DOESNT EAT VEGGIES AND ONLY WANTED CHICKEN AND BACON. CUSTOMER SERVICE DISGRACEFUL, ARGUING THE TOSS WITH ME OVER THE PHONE SAYING I ORDERED A CHICKEN CLUB WHICH I NEVER AS I DID A CUSTOM PIZZA!!!! REFUSED TO REPLACE THE PIZZA AND THEN REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND NOW LEAVING A SMALL CHILD WITH NO MEAL!! GOING THROUGH THE BANK NOW AND I WILL DO IT FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE ORDER DUE TO BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DISGRACEFUL ATTITUDE AND REFUSING TO REPLACE INCORRECT PIZZA! NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN, STICK WITH BLOODY DOMINOS!!!

This is the best pizza hut place out of every pizza hut I've ever been to, the food is delicious, the service is great and the staff is wonderful especially Zubair! I'd recommend visiting this pizza hut.

I order from this Pizza Hut regularly and have to say that the food is always delicious and well cooked. It is definitely the best place in Preston to get a pizza. The staff are always friendly; especially Zubair who is always very welcoming and really cares that his customers are happy with the service and food. The shop is always spotlessly clean and the waiting times for your food to cook are not too long and there are even a couple of seats to sit on whilst you wait for your order. Best pizzas and best service in Preston!

This Pizza Hut was so good. The service was lightning fast and the waiter (who was called zubair-shout out to him) was so nice. He even gave us a free Pepsi. I certainly would recommend this shop. The pizza was fresh and piping hot and the atmosphere was chill and friendly.

The order was incompletely delivered. On pointing it out to the delivery agent, he took it upon himself- without being asked - to go and get the missing items and came back within 20 mins to deliver. Kudos to the nice Sikh gentleman.

Avoid!! The Cheese & Jalapeño Loaded Wedges were falsely advertised, containing no jalapeños and instead including bacon. As vegetarians, this was highly disappointing and unacceptable. Online order, didn’t arrive on specified time, but they also don’t answer the phones!

Waited over 2 hours for my delivery and the order was only actually sent through Pizza Huts system an hour and 15 minutes after ordering. This shouldn’t be the case at all

I recently ordered take way from Pizza Hut and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The online ordering process was smooth and user friendly, making it easy to customize my pizza. Exactly how I wanted it. When I arrived pick up my order it was ready right on time and the staff was friendly efficient. The menu offered a wide variety of delicious pizza options, and I was impressed with the quality and taste of the pizzas I tried. driver knocked on my door and asked me for a code. I didn't have any code, I gave my order number, the app receipt but he still refused to give me the order, he refused to ring the store he just stood there for over 5 minutes saying I can't have my food without a 2 digit code. never needed a two digit code before. I eventually got through to the store and problem resolved however by that time food was cold, for a near 30 pound order it was very dissapointing

In the past I had some mixed feelings about Pizza hut but I have ordered at least 3 times from here and the food has not disappointed me. The service is great too! Aj always greats you with a smile no matter how late it is.

1 Part of the order not delivered, tried to phone them as the app suggested, but no one answers the phone. Tried to ring 3 to 4 time. Just ring out and cuts off. Pizza's were luke warm when delivered
