The service is spot on every time. The food tastes amazing from the get go and very reasonably l priced. For the past 5 years this is our go to place for Indian/South Asian cuisine and the flavour never fails to impress. The portion size is great, the balti/homemade gourmet/specialty dishes that we have experimented with always leave us coming back for more.
Visited this morning, ordered 2 large breakfasts, 2 teas and 2 cakes to take home.
The breakfasts were served, we noticed items were missing off both plates, I informed the waitress who was lovely and asked if we would like anything else, so we asked for an extra pot tea to share as we was already eating, (apparently items had just ran out when it came to plating ours up? The table across who ordered before me was also missing items?)
The manager came over and said we wasn't allowed another pot of tea but we could have an extra hash brown each.... confused because surely a tea bag is less expensive than 2 hash browns?? Manager brought us the hashbrowns... frozen still in the middle.
When we first visited the day after reopening after renovation, the whole service was spectacular, absolutely faultless, what's happened?
Cakes were great and so was the tea.
We are missing you. Good memories in your restaurant with our family. We loved your pizzas, ice creams, coffes , indian dishes. Thanks for your delicious cooking
I visited Krispy Kreme in Preston yesterday as i had a reward to use in my wallet, the store was clean, great selection of doughnuts and Jack who served me was very professional and friendly.
Bernadette & I called in for a "Light Lunch" after we had been performing on Preston Flag Market" Our first visit to The Larder.
We were made very welcome - the food was marvellous - far outweighing our expectations. The place has a wonderful relaxed atmosphere.
Well done
I can honestly say - never, in my 68 years, have I had a baked potato, served to me, that looked so appetising.
The waitresses are nice, the food is not bad if you want to taste something different on the "eat as you want "deal.
However, it's always burnt and fried on old oil: on food, you'll always find burned pieces from the previous cooking, which is unhealthy and unacceptable.

Work doo here with 40 of my fantastic work friends. Had the BEST night- great food, service, drinks, entertainment. Could not have asked for anything more - we will be back!
Had the “Quorn chicken and Halloumi” burrito. Not specified anywhere that the two are apparently blended (after I complained that mine had no halloumi in). Very dry and flavourless. Doesn’t taste as expected (having fake chicken and halloumi in with some chilli jam). Just reviewing to help others know before they order! I’ve had other veggie options before and they’ve been okay though.

I was ordering regularly from this place. Don’t bother calling them because they will not take any notice or complaints of sending wrong items.
I ordered a few items including Chicken Burrito but received a Chicken Wrap instead. When I called the store to report the mistake, the customer service was extremely rude. Not only was I called a fraudster, but they also claimed that I had ordered the wrong item. The staff insisted that a Chicken Burrito doesn't come with rice or kidney beans, which I know is not true. To top it off, they didn't have a driver available to send me the correct order and advised me to report my complaint to Uber Eats. Very disappointing experience—will not be ordering from here again.
