Been coming here for 10 years the best Chinese. Special mix chow mien is the best we have eaten. Great service and cater for allergies too.

Its ok very windy outside so understand why it was late. No problem.

Have always enjoyed Tang but the food tonight was bland, quite disappointing.

The food was lovely and piping hot when it arrived. We were surprised how large the portion size was for the beef curry. My husband loved it. We have found our new Chinese Takeaway and will be ordering again. And again!!

Bit dissappointed that we didn’t receive our duck in plum sauce - we got a mixed rice dish instead so overall amount of food was same but would have preferred what we ordered. Food was good quality though

Love it time and time again. Over the years probably tried everything on the menu including the Chinese menu :) duck tongues are the best . Love this place for quiet meal , great service and quality of food. Manager always looks after you. Its my comfort place. Great dim sum , fantastic pork fish and tofu stew.

This has got to be the MOST BLAND Chinese ive ever eaten. No taste no flavour. Its a no from me.

I collected first time Chinese takeaway from Tang. Food was disgusting, threw everything in bin. Taste - awful. Kids didn't have after trying a bit. Salt paper chicken, sweet and showered chicken, salt paper chips, and any other chicken curry we ordered that were awful. Chicken could not be able to chew. Chips no salt and it was looking like made it a day before. Please only go to tang if you like low quality food.

Food was good but one of the dishes was incorrect. We contacted the restaurant and they offered to replace but we had started our meal, and to avoid having to wait for the correct dish we decided to keep what we had.

Absolutely time wasters . Poor customer service.Never again.

The worst Chinese restaurant I have ever been to. I ordered half a chicken but was very shocked with what I got. I couldn’t even find a whole chicken leg. HOWEVER, I found 2 small chicken wings instead. Their half a chicken just consisted of left over pieces of chicken. If the system let me, I wouldn’t even give one single star. The attitude of the staff was very very bad too! This was the first time and it will be the last time I go to this restaurant.

Had food in the restaurant and takeaway, loved it both times. Staff were lovely and all the food was delicious. I only wish they could deliver the Hong Kong tea!

You have dishes on your menu which you say are suitable for vegetarians…..BUT THEY CONTAIN SEAFOOD AND PORK!! Vegetarians DO NOT EAT FISH, SEAFOOD/CRUSTACEANS OR MEAT!!

food was beyond mid. fried rice that had zero flavour (how do you even mess up fried rice), curry sauce so watery that the chips couldnt pick any up and lacking flavour too. Duck was dry and the prawn sweet and sour was okay i guess. Huge disappointment

To begin with the order was late even though it was pre ordered 3 hours before. Then when it did arrive the delivery person hammered on our front door like he was on a police raid waking up my 2year old it was 8.30pm. We then opened the food to be disappointed by the portion size especially for the price the special fried rice was extremely bland and tasted of nothing the beef in the beef with vegetables was cold even though the veg was warm. The chips were very dry. All the food was tasteless.

Every time we order always delicious and top quality. This meal was even better because the majority was paid for by the stampcard discount! Our Fav Chinese in Preston.

Tried the Tangs munchie box. The dumplings and the pork were especially nice 🤤 fried squid, chicken pieces, fried rice and curry sauce were spot on 👌🏻 chips could be better and the wings were a bit too salty.

Been here a couple of years ago for a sit down meal and remembered the food to be great. However, ordered a takeaway this evening and it was bland, the meat was rubbery and sauces akin to a water gloopy gravy.

The food was really good. Especially the portion of the main course is more than enough for one person. The food was not at all greesy. The staffs are really friendly.

Very poor standard. Curry sauce was enough to burn anyone’s mouth, egg fried fried looked anaemic and was tasteless. Mixed vegetables in satay sauce was tasteless - they were thrown out they were so bad :( salt & pepper chips were also poor. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Terrible customer service absolute idiots on the phone.. Get angry when they get it wrong and then they blame you.. Stodgy rice and undercooked.. It's terribly overpriced too.. And it takes forever to get delivered this is from a customer who has ordered for 4 years but now I promise you it's gone downhill... Will go bust soon

The food bag was swimming in leaked sauces. Other than that the experience was good.

Wow is all I can say. Second time this month we been here and not sure how it’s possible but the food and service gets better. 5***** We’ve even got a doggy bag to have tomorrow 😃

Foods just bland, fried rice just tastes like boiled rice, dry barbecue ribs have virtually no flavour and are full of cartilage, pork and shrimp dumplings are bland, as are the beef dumplings in ginger, pork fried rice contains unlisted and unwanted veggies (what if there's an allergy are you serious). Satay sauce is OK.

Ordered from here for the first time, it arrived surprisingly quickly, which was probably a sign that the food was not fresh. It was very expensive for what we got, the portions of chips were really small, the noodles were dry and crispy like they had been under a hot lamp with no flavour, the sauce tasted as if it was part of a ready meal and just no flavour with any of the food at all, the only good thing was the broccoli.. would not order from here again

Absolute worst Chinese I've ever eaten . Described as fried rice it's never seen a wok or a bottle of soy sauce. Yesterday's chips and soggy noodle . Inedible.

I can recommend Tang Restaurant! We have been looking for a good Chinese restaurant with authentic food and atmosphere and we found it there. Definitely will come back.

when calling restaurant to see what the delay was got no apology

I waited for three hours and didn't receive any calls and didn't get my delivery yesterday night, and I called the restaurant today but a man with a bad attitude said they already called me yesterday without proving anything and hung up the phone suddenly, seems like it's my fault. Do you think an exchange student who has same nationality with you is easy to be bullied or what? The only thing I need is a good attitude to explain the problem and try to deal with it. Sorry Tang , the prawn toast was not what I expected , very thin & didn’t seem to be very freshly made , a bit cheey , pre/prepared to soon for orders & the main dish I ordered also wasn’t as fresh as I expected , the chicken was chewy , like it had been pre/ prepared , not great

Salt and pepper chips looked and tasted like normal chips except for a few onions. The whole food was rubbish and not warm 20mins late soooo disappointing all around. And I never complain but horrible food really disappointed

Takeaway - had many good meals from Tang in the past. This was, by far, the worst. Deathly dry crispy beef, lukewarm and no flavour. Salt and pepper chips were soggy and bland. Lamb with cumin ok. Chicken fried rice beige and flavourless. The steamed rice was fine though. So one star for that. Sad to say won’t go back.

The food we ordered was all so bad. For real. The salt and pepper chips were stale, the singapore noodles were bland, the spring rolls and mixed vegetable were also bland. The chow mein noodles were okay but still a bit bland and they weren't even chow mein egg noodles? Seriously it was not good 😭

Ordered and paid for a special curry but it contained only chicken. Prawn toast was very thin and didn't appear to contain prawns either! Usually really nice food here but tonight was quite disappointing.

I was here for my friend's Birthday. The owner and the waiter really helpful when I said them of my allergy. I took a egg fried rice, 3 mushroom soup and garlic asparagus. Really 😋.

SLOW! Waited 1hr & 45mins for our food. Food was mostly very greasy & lacked taste. Customer service: I had to phone Tang twice and force them to tell me the truth about my order. Only after putting them in pressure they offered a refund to that point partner had been waiting over an hour so just wanted the food. Service type: Deliveroo Yummy: The chicken chow mei noodles & seaweed. Yukky/lacking taste: Greasy battered spare ribs, spring rolls
