If I could give half a star I would. First off we ordered on Uber eats and waited 45 mins. We then received the wrong takeaway from a totally different place. Tried to contact the restaurant for at least an hour now and no one answering. Absolutely shocking.

Received complete wrong order from different restaurant on uber eats , we tried for hours to contact the restaurant and nobody ever answered so we then had no food and was 30 pound down , phone service should be better

Spend £19.00 on Eid day came all the way from Blackpool rice is not cooked to hard when bite to cover the rice to make soft put to much sauce my kids couldn’t eat spoiled the Eid day

This restaurant is the worst in Preston. The people working in the restaurant don't see the customers as important for them and also deliver Riders. I hate what I saw and heard in the time I went there.

Amazing food, loved the egg fried rice especially the prawn dishes as well. Apart from the price (which they have student discount), don't have much complaints.

I found this eaterie by chance on a visit to Preston, and was very impressed. It was immaculately clean, the service was fast, the food was good, and well priced, and the staff were helpful and efficient.

We ordered a take away through Just eat at 22.18 on Sunday 30 April and it's now 23.31 and we haven't had our food and they are now closed..😡.. ( they close at 23.00) 😡. So why haven't we had our food....!!!

Shocking we placed an order at 5pm, scheduled for 6:15pm the delivery did not arrive until 7:45. Order number just eat 546921228. I rang Oodles, they just kept saying it’s something you have to bring up with Justeat, we can’t see anything. Delivery driver comes at 7:45pm, lovely driver. He advised he only got the notification from Just eat to collect the order at 7:00pm. So who’s at fault here, just eat for accepting deliveries but then not actually informing their drivers to collect the order? Or Oodles for not telling just eat? All a bunch of he said she said. If you can’t deliver orders on scheduled times, don’t give the option. And have a customer service call number so you can be contacted when things are going wrong, not after.

Ordered on just eat. After an hour of waiting and seeing the restaurant close for delivery on just eat, I called the restaurant. The lady who answered told me she had given my order to the driver ages ago. I said my order hasn't arrived and she said its not their fault take it up with just eat. First and last time I'll ever order from here. Sort your customer service out

Had a great experience at Oodles in Preston! The food was fresh, flavorful, and packed with spice, just how I like it. The portions were generous, and the service was quick and friendly. The atmosphere was vibrant, making it a great spot for a casual meal. Definitely looking forward to visiting again!

Food came cold, ordered spicy chicken but to them this means absolutely drown the plain chicken in 2 million chilli flakes. Wouldn’t really call this Chinese, not sure what cuisine it falls under really. Do not recommend unless you like eating 2KG of chilli flakes with a side of plain chicken and noodles.

Food taste is average for me but I gave 5 as my family likes it. Service is too slow, like we've waited for 40-45mins to be served. Atmosphere is okay but clean.

Overall a good place I really enjoyed the food here, service is great here as well. I will definitely come back for sure.

Ordered 2 large boxes with 2 entrees and a noodle/rice. Reasonably priced but tasted very jarred/ready made and not exactly fresh. It did fill us up as the portions are big and priced well but it was bland and I don't think we would go back

My girlfriend and I were served by Meeran and he was very knowledgable with the menu and he was very nice and thoughtful. We ordered the schezuan fried rice with manchurian chicken and the fried beef and it tastes amazing. Will definitely come back again!

Took my girls age 14 and 13. We sat in and ate. The staff were amazing. Food was fresh hot and nice. The restaurant was clean. Plenty of choice. We got a 2 of the meal deals for 2. The wings are amazing. Great experience if you want a chilled bite to eat. If you don't like spicy food tell the staff. I asked for it mild I specified white person mild haha he laughed and knew exactly what I meant.

I’ve been ordering the same meal from this place for ages. Tonight I ordered it and it again and it was just disgusting. I ordered crispy chicken and salt and pepper chicken. It was bland, anaemic looking, slop. It was completely tasteless, as though they had forgot to put the salt in. It didn’t have any spice to either, and normally it’s really spicy. It was inedible. What a complete waste of time and money. There is no consistency at this place. It’s complete luck who you get serving and what sort of meal you get. Whoever was working tonight (Sunday 12th May), I would suggest they need some more training or supervision. The owner needs to get a grip and sort this place and the staff and food out.

Amazing food and great staff. Foods always on point never got our order wrong. Staff is so sweet and helpful. Always making convo and make it such a nice experience. Deniz is one of the staff members there and is so helpful and talkative never fails to make me smile every time I go.

If I could give 0 stars I would food was awful rice??? I’m sorry rice?? More like a wet sog came looking like mash! Chicken is disgusting delivery took so long nearly 2 hours I rang twice to see where my order was and they said the driver had picked up the food at 7.18pm the food arrived at 21.45 so the food had been sat with the driver for all that time hence why is was a soggy mess!! All in all £28 of my money down the drain bevsuse we couldn’t even eat any of it. Do yourself a favour and don’t waste your money. Thanks for nothing ☺️

Got take out and originally was disappointed in the portion size. When I opened the box, it was bursting with food. Food was delicious and I totally recommend.

I have ordered from this chain me before elsewhere, but my first takeaway from this franchise in Preston was just awful. Firstly, the eggfried rice and vegetable noodles were really overcooked. They were really soggy and flavourless. The overall dish was just slimey and felt like stale food reheated with water added. You could practically drink it. Took a few bite to taste each element and ended up binning the whole dish. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone based on this experience and certainly not somewhere I'd reorder takeaway from.

First time visit great food was told our food would be brought across as eating in with a party it wasn't. Good hot. Tasted good sadly the back of restaurant was closed as window smashed and closed off so couldn't use toilets.

I ordered via Uber Eats and decided to give them another shot after my bad experience last time. Unfortunately it was the same - food is mediocre, quite bland and watery. I really wanted to like it as I ordered the make your own box with crispy chicken and chilli chicken with egg fried rice and the jumbo spring roll. Both were a 2/10 and I was disappointed. I won't be ordering again :(

Quantity is way too little for the price

This franchise is one of the best Oodles i have had! The customer service i received from this amazing woman named Denise always gives such a warm welcome and smile! Very respectful and the food quality and hygiene is always outstanding! Definitely would recommend if you love indochinese!

Been to many branches but this was truly the worst experience. Ordered vegetable rice and got plain boiled rice instead. Complained to duty manager, he didn't even apologise, said OKAY and that's it. Don't recommend Preston Oodles to anyone.

bloody love oodles. i come at least once a week and im always greeted so kindly & with such interest. today i was served by Vinod Kumar and he recognised me and remembered my order and even added student discount before i had the chance to show him my student ID. he laughed and said he remembers me, which was so sweet! food is always amazing, fresh, and warm. the staff have amazing customer service and never disappoint. can’t wait for next week already 🤭

Oodles has such good food! The staff are incredibly helpful! I have only ever been once before so many of the options are new to me - Vinod even let me try some of the chicken I was deciding if to have or not - thank you for the amazing service!

Food was great, go here nearly once a week sometimes. I was informed there's 10% student discount too, which is amazing. Friendly staff and service is quick. One of the best takeaways in Preston. Can't comment on inside dining as I usually take it back to my flat round the corner.
