Extremely rude woman with dark hair called Nicola, questioned my request for a box of 12 doughnuts as I had enough smiles for them, she said no sorry I’m not giving them to you, I said what do you mean, she said you could have bought the ‘smiles’ on eBay, she then rang customer services while I’m stood there feeling an idiot, she then came off the phone and shed been told it’s at my discretion and I’ll do it this time, I said what do you mean this time, I haven’t done anything wrong, we get the codes as family members company buy them for meetings, she is the rudest member of staff in this branch, I’ve been going in there since it opened and only recently started collecting ‘smiles’ I’ve been in many Krispy Kreme stores all over the uk but this is by far the worst experience and I will never ever go in that store again, maybe rename the loyalty points as ‘sneers’ because you certainly don’t get a smile at that store

As we no longer live in Preston me to Krispy Kreme is a treat. We are always welcomed by Matt and the two ladies that work here, they are absolutely amazing. There is a wide range of fresh doughnuts and coffee available at this shop in Preston. Always worth a visit.

Hobbled into Krispy Kreme with my bearded friend and wanted 2 donuts and a brew to calm a storm inside my womb. Asked if they do "brew and two" as the deal I just invented rhymed and therefore should exist. Nicola informed us that we could get a brew and one and pay for the others as normal. Of course. Brew and two was still on the cards. Looking at the selection, I realised that I'm a big ol' fatty and cannot decide so suggested to my bearded friend that we get 3 and a brew, despite the lack of rhyme. Nicola, obviously noticing my big ol' fatty eyes slobbering all over the amazing, mouth-watering selection of iced treats, prompted us that, if we were gonna get 6, we might as well DOUBLE THAT for 4 quid extra. What a suggestion, Nicola, as I had been holding back suggesting a 12 pack this whole time. For the sake of "sharing" (more like making sure no one "accidentally" ate another's), I requested that we have the 12 pack in 2 boxes and Nicola agreed. She gave us the 12 in 2 boxes and made an absolutely cracking custom brew (caramel latte with the biscoff milkshake toppings). She dealt with my awkward, annoying-customer-ness with the upmost grace and humour. I hope she gets some recognition. Cheers!

For a quick coffee and sweet treat this place fits the bill. Not overpriced when you go for the coffee and combo deal.... Friendly and helpful staff.

I visited Krispy Kreme today with my partner i ordered a cup of tea he had a coffee n peanut butter doughnut. I requested for my free glazed doughnut after joining the krispykreme app ,I was told my voucher had expired ,slightly disappointed i decided to try the doughnut bought .. i found the doughnut way way way too sweet ,i understand that doughnuts are sweet but only go there if your blood sugar is low, there is sweet and overly sweet they should genuinely reduce the amount of sugar they put in these unhealthy donuts. The girl who served me had a slight attitude no smile just loud.. i sat down after after being given a paper cup of tea which i didnt expect thought if I was sat in I would get a mug . So I went looking for milk there was no milk in the filthy jug which was on the side near the sweeteners which was a self service area ..the milk jug was very filthy .It appears that the place ran on 2 staff only on that day. I took a picture of the milk flask.. I attempted to make eye contact with staff to get some milk no success, shortly after the gentleman serving called Matthew brought some milk for me. There was a sign for free wifi on the right side of the wall with a plug to charge my phone if I wanted to , I tried to write this review there but the Wi-Fi signal was very poor and was unable to do so. So after eating the peanut butter overly sweet doughnut we were very thirsty..there was a selection of doughnut you can choose from but I genuinely believe the sugar content of eavh donut should be revised ..only go there if you really need a sugar boost and definetely not advisable to go there if you are diabetic or have children with low tolerance to sugar.. disappointed!! Overly sweet ..staff who doesnt smile ...felt like I did something atrocious for asking for my free doughnut ..I can afford any doughnut there but sometimes staff's pleasant attitude is what keeps the customers coming..the girl serving with the black hair needs some serious customer service training.

I'm here now, sitting a desk, using their power socket to get some charge on my laptop and using the shopping centre's WiFi (which is good!). It's not a place I'd normally come (I've resisted the donuts and just bought a drink) - I was honest with the guy and said I really just wanted to charge my laptop. The staff are super-friendly with all the customers coming in, and there are plenty of tables free (so I don't feel too bad!). There's a Costa in the middle just outside, but it's in a central area and there are no sockets.

Tucked away is this little gem of a place. Greeted by friendly ad attentive staff who are more than happy to help pick from the large range of tasty do-nuts. Nicely decorated and good levels of cleanliness make this a nice place for a quick stop.
