The food was cold when it arrived and they delivered the wrong items! Not great

The food was alright with good taste, however the chicken was cold and also the ordered peri chips was not delivered. The food was delivered on time.

Top quality food, half the price of Nando’s but just as good if not better. Can’t fault them! They never mess up your order & the foods always fresh!

Ordered a peri rice box mixed with peppers and onions and pieces of chicken. with chips as extra. Received a box of chips with 3 boneless chicken strips with salad. Absolutely fuming when I paid £12 for the meal. Then no rice in the half chicken box. Another £12 meal.

flat front door open, back door open, still couldnt deliver the food, never had problem before with them, but wont ever order again

Our food was over an hour and an half it came cold. Called the shop and was told it was just eat driver. One minute the food had left the store next minute waiting for a driver what a joke.

The Food Quality was very poor and chicken wasn’t not grilled properly and no sauce no tissues it’s mean service quality is also need to implement…

Chicken wings was a bit raw, please cook your food well. First time ordering however it arrived undercooked.

Good portion of chicken in the burgers !

Ordered plain burger with cheese, but the order was full of Doritos and lots of ketchup ! Defo not what I ordered! Also pay extra for a cam on Coca Cola and recieved a can of barrs lemonade ! Not happy !!

Too spicy, used to be lemon and herb flavour when I order from just eat. Please adjust or give the option to change the level of spiciness. The portion size has also decreased a bit.

Rude staff member at till just asked for sauce and he said I never asked for any when I called up! Foods gone downhill chicken is basic

Bright behind the counter was so polite and kind, some of the best customer service i’ve recieved in a while, he made sure to ask wether we liked the food and if we would come again! Can’t say the same for the staff at the till, but Bright was a standout! Will be coming back for the good food and to see his smile again!!

One of the best and my favourite places to eat in Preston. They offer sitting in and takeaway or delivery. All staff are friendly and polite. Just ordered Loaded fries and Chicken strips and it’s absolutely delicious. Best grilled food ive had so far. Highly recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely disgusting attitude from staff member aggressive throwing arms around shouting because he got it wrong I only wanted wanted a chicken wrap joke in there .. learn how to deal with customers you might keep some... very stupid

My Experience was Very Poor. was Recommended by a friend. took my guest and children on a bank holiday monday. Was not busy inside. Order about £70 of meal. Platters for 4, & kids meals. Rice was Previous day and smelled off, told staff manager straight away on till area when they served me. the peri chicken just cooked No juicy spice & garlic herb flavoured., they were making new rice , by the time it came, we finished. took rice dish home instead. Chips chicken burger was good. the bathroom light did not work had to use my mobile light. no vent smelled damp. Did not received any genuine apologies for even a discount.

Horrible service walked in wasn’t even acknowledged was then given a lecture about how they were closing and had to hurry up even though I’d stood there for 5 mins waiting to order. SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT ORDER

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience, I confirmed with the manager before the order to make the food a certain way and to make sure all the sauces including bbq sauce are in the burger, and before I took the order away I confirmed again, when I got home I found myself tying to get a dry burger down my throat, I tried ringing them before closing time however no body picked up I have call records I also took pics of the burger, I then called them and explained the situation and asked if they an do something for me they said they can’t offer anything for free so I had no choice but to review the service.

Nice place , looks clean and food good, bit cold with the door open when eating inside food goes cold quickly, but will go back.

I rang the restaurant because the app was not updating the status of my order. The person who answer e the phone said the food was ready and he was waiting for a driver 35 mins later……When the order arrived it was cold & wrong! I ordered 10 medium wings and 6 lemon and herb strips, what I got was 10 medium wings and 6 lemon & herb wings?!!! Only 2 items why was it wrong?

Giving 5 stars for food and service ESPECIALLY because of the fantastic Nigerian who works there. Food that he prepares and the customer service that he provides is A1 class. Never had any problems whenever he's been there. He's the only person welcoming customers with a smile and knows exactly what they want. The other staff would do well by following his example as they don't seem to be welcoming or friendly. Food and service when he's not been there has been disappointing unfortunately. This particular man is an asset to this establishment. The premises could also do something about the heating as during cold weather, it's absolutely freezing in there. Often feels warmer outdoors than it is in there. There is one small radiator near the toilets which barely does anything for the temperature. Makes it difficult to enjoy our meal and we've often rushed it while dining in just so we could leave asap.

It was my wife’s birthday so she suggested we eat out we ordered the flaming lovers meal the guy on the grilled smashed it very tasty chicken, well done just the way we like it . Friendly staff i recommend franguitos to families and friends and there prices is also reasonably alright .

£17 6 x peri chicken strips, 1 x chicken sizzler, 2 x diet Pepsi. Absolute bargain. Macros: Protein - lots Fat - only a bit but it tasted good Carbs - chips I'd just finished in the gym so eyes were bigger than my belly. Big ole tasty portions, fresh salad, had belly ache from the amount of food I consumed and highly likely to break the porcelain in the bathroom in the morning. 4 stars for atmosphere and service as it wasn't the quickest (only 1 other) and there was chewing gum and chicken bones under the restaurant tables.

This is my second time of eating in and the chicken fried rice which is now my favorite is one of the best meals here well spiced and full of flavor, I recommend franguitos preston any time any day .

I ordered a Deluxe burger last night on UberEats. The beef was raw, not rare but actually raw, bloody and inedible. Had to bin it and was sick in the night. Ordered their gravy, which was water thin and the saltiest thing I've ever tried, I can't believe they seriously sell it on their menu, had to bin it. Ordered nachos, there was no cheese?! It was cold, and the chicken had a sickening bloody flavour too. Ordered chicken wings and they were plain. Literally no sauce and dry. I don't know how they have so many good reviews, are the reviews real? They messed every item up and it was my first time ordering, never again, super disappointed, not cheap, strongly don't recommend.

Service was very good and food was very good. Highly recommend coming here.
