Mamas Pizza in Preston

Food smelled like cigarettes when it arrived. Shop didn’t care. That’s fine; just won’t order again. Lost a family of customers. This is the second bad experience with Mama’s so we are done. First time the salad tasted like rotten sewage and had clearly been contaminated. Be careful everybody, terrible food hygiene here

Terrible Customer Service and Disappointing Experience I had a terrible experience with this takeaway. Customer service is not a priority for them. The staff was unhelpful, dismissive, and showed little interest in actually understanding what their customers needed. When I raised an issue, I was met with a rude attitude and no attempt to resolve the problem or make things right. The entire workforce needs customer service training to learn how to respect their customers. The boss needs to hire competent people, not just employ youth and pay them peanuts to keep the cost down. It’s frustrating when businesses fail to go the extra mile, especially in such a competitive industry. They made no effort to listen, and instead of treating me with respect, I was made to feel like an inconvenience. It’s clear they have no regard for customer loyalty, which is a shame because the experience left a sour taste. Save your time and money—plenty of other places will treat you far better.

Food is really good, service is decent although they have forgotten on quite a few occasions to add sauces, nonetheless decent place for food.

I used to work here. Food is garbage very expensive and pretty much everything is frozen trash.Always under staffed and managers are corrupt. Don't bother with this place.

just eat removed the option fo rthin crust, so i rang the take away asked what to do, they said put it in the comments i want thin crust. so I did. and they delivered a deep-pan pizza. other week they missed my order and i waited 4 hours for my food.

Got burgers last night with donner meat on no real taste burgers looked like they had been frozen a long time an a little piece of donner on top was shocking got chips with them which had an odd taste about them this place has really gone down hill and over priced avoid.

I ordered the larger garlic bread instead of the 7inch but shud of ordered the 7inch 12inch to much.but realy good and still lovely and hot

We’ve had this kebab box a few times now and it seems to be getting less and less food every time we order, and my daughters pizza was so thick and doughy she ate half a slice so that was a waste of £9

Never again no chilli sauce on my kebab the salad of white and onion is a disgrace and the portion gets smaller although you’ve put the price up buy £2 you have just lost a regular costumer. Never again rip off merchant’s.

I had two great experiences, but two disappointing ones as well. I once found a stone in my beef burger, and today my pizza arrived cold with a missing drink. However, I appreciate the rider who completed my order on the second attempt. Thank you.

the chicken bites were a bit dry and the garlic bread with cheese was rubbery, I will say the kebab was very nice tho.

Always good food and fast delivery, but it’s such a shame the prices have gone up yet again. For a large kebab couple 2 cans of pop and delivery is nearly £20. Soon have to find somewhere else and I have ordered here once a week for 2 years

The food was very poor, very disappointing the kebab meat was sweet which was odd and the Parmo was soggy and flavourless. Will not be returning.

Sorry to leave this review but had such a bad experience even though im a regular customer the person on the phone treated me really badly over an order mix up! I had guests over too he sent the wrong food and hung up on me! Whatever happened to customer always being right?! Wont be ordering again even though its been our favourite go to place. Learn to value customers!!!

Absolutely banging, among the best kebabs I’ve had in England.

Food was amazing. Delivery came within the time given which is always good but wow again the food… gotten from this place a few times and every time has been 10/10. If there ever is a time the food is not so great I really wouldn’t be bothered as stuff like that happens but I’m going to guess would be very rare here. Food, prep and deliver staff are also very polite and just get on with what you need, no hassle. Can’t wait to order again next weekend!!

Only half the food we ordered actually arrived. We asked the driver where the other half was and he told us we would have to ring the shop. When we rang the shop to ask, they had turned their phones off. We requested a refund from just eat but have still had no reply??

What happened to this place? Ordered a pizza. Awful cheap bready base, toppings burned. Garbage.

Preparation techniques have gone down over the past months and have started to notice.Orderd a mix kebab and got sent a kebab with barely any donner and just white cabbage like why the staff got no love in food prep

Ordered 2 Chicken Parmesans and the included salad was absolutely DISGUSTING. Tasted and smelled like rotten eggs or fish. The smell took over the entire box, and the 2 parmesans had to be binned. Never felt more sick than I have done with this meal. Disgusting. Rotten. Vile.

This place has really gone down hill used to be lovely but weird tasting chicken and soggy pizzas seems to be the game recently

Delivery was 30 mimutes late when the food arrived the boxes was squashed and cold. Also possibly the smallest kebab in Preston. 3 pieces of chicken and not even a handful of donner meat topped with onions and white cabbage, no lettuce, no tomatoes. Overall poor.

I always say but it really is the best Kebab in Preston, when you order chilli sauce you expect it to have a kick and theirs is really good.👍

normally order from here and enjoyed but for a couple of times now I order a special mixed kebab when it came it was so small the donner meat was none existent and salad missing and no mayo dont expect to pay that much for what I recived
