Got an advert through our door for this place so thought we would try it. Food arrived early, really hot and was absolutely delicious. I had the zinger chicken burger kids had pizzas. Delivery driver was lovely and friendly. Will definitely be ordering again
As a frequent traveler who regularly uses airport lounges worldwide, I found my experience with the Aspire Lounge to be disappointing. Over multiple visits, I was refused entry five times in a row, despite the lounge often being only half full. I was informed that bookings take priority and that the lounge was currently full or short-staffed.
Interestingly, each time I visited, the lounge appeared to have plenty of available space, which made the refusals confusing. I was also told that I needed to book online to gain access. If there was an option to prebook through a Priority Pass, I would have certainly used it.
It’s frustrating to be turned away repeatedly without clear reasons. There’s definitely room for improvement in how they manage access and communicate with guests. Something needs to be done to ensure a better experience for travelers who rely on these facilities.
The bread was so bad and the food was very cold . I have to chase the driver to let him know wheather he have my food and the answer was no as soon as I walk off he then call me and said where did you order food then that’s the time he gave me the food if I was not on a night shift I would have return the food, that’s my second meal as we are on Ramadan. Disgrace!
First time ordering NEVER AGAIN i ordered online of over £50 order came 40 mins late everything was soaking wet and stone cold the large pizza barely had any cheese on it all the food had to be heated up in microwave
Terrible. Ordered online, waited until the end of the estimated delivery time (which was ridiculously long), they said it had been delivered when it clearly hadn’t and phone like was showing as busy.
Waited for nothing and have had to assume it won’t be turning up, complete waste of time.
This shop used to be amazing ! Bu recently and new staff it’s such a bad atmosphere to be in.
The young man in today was on his phone with his gloves on ! And still continue to serve with the same gloves.
The way he was speaking to customers and his colleagues was terrible awfull attitude
Went threw the drive thru yesterday and heard a manager speak to 3 members of staff with foul language and no respect towards there employees. As a manager my self in a fast food industry I think this is appalling and I would never dream to
speak to my staff in such ways.
Food always takes ages, give an extra 30 minutes for this store. And don't order a delivery they send freezing cold food out and refuse to refund it, worst maccys in Liverpool this
Amazing they fell short of the very low expectations I had. Sat for half an hour waiting for a kebab with everyone else before they refunded me. Dear pissed people, I bestow onto you the gift of time. Don’t waste an hour watching the kebab they can’t be arsed putting on some bread. I actively said I don’t mind food poisoning but still no. The task is too big.
