Apparently they don't let you use the app to get loyalty points,avoid thidmoney grab franchise its not good

They are nice people, but many times popular menu items aren't available.

Says it is open until 10:30. Turned up at store around 9:20pm and the doors was locked.

Ordered 2 meals. How do you forget a burger, the main part of the meal? How is that even possible? Saturday takeaway night ruined from absolute incompetence. Tried calling for 30 mins no answer, disgusting!!!!!!!

Awful restaurant due to area and unsocial behaviour from children in the area. Feel sorry for the staff.

What grinds my gears, and this isn't just a BK thing, but the food is either lukewarm or not to order. It's a shame because I prefer BK over Mac Donald's. A piping hot whopper with cheese is hard to beat. It isn't in the most prime location, in my opinion and the staff are nice.

Nearly £40 on food sat in ,food was cold never again.

This review isn’t meant to be a joke to be clear. I’ve honestly never had a worst experience at a fast food restaurant! I arrived at the east Prescot Burger King in Liverpool today and honestly thought I had arrived on a set of a post apocalyptic movie set in 1976! The place was deserted and the restaurant looked disgusting so I probably shouldn’t have even attempted to order. However I did go through to the drive through and nobody answered me so I had to initiate the conversation! Hilarious! The person answered the tanoy like I’d just woke her up! I ordered and she didn’t even have the manners to reply! After about a minute I said , did you get that? She said yes! Just drive around! This person was so miserable and the service was diabolical. I then got my food. The whopper was ok but repeated on me 3 minutes later ! Not a good sign! The fries were cold and disgusting and the Pepsi was completely flat! I honestly would have rated this Burger King 0 Stars! Please avoid everyone it’s absolutely disgusting! 0/10 🤮

Will never return absolutely shocking order 2 dorito Kings boxes meals burgers were awful we took the buns off to look inside just didn't look right am so glad we didn't eat them , the chicken fries tasted terrible soggy we returned the food asked for 2 whooper meals paid extra got 2 whooper burgers no chips the girl on the counter said we didn't return the chips from original order so that's why we only got the burgers.In the mean time the chicken fries we returned we noticed they put them back on serving heater ready for someone else . We then decided to return all food asked for a manager who was very helpful and full refund was given. Absolutely worst BK needs shutting down

What a disgusting place this is I got 2 whopper meals when I got them there was no sauce on them and the bun was stail sent them back got a fresh whopper I went to eat it got it to my mouth and the stench of rotten meat hit me I nearly throu up I got a refund I will never go there again

Me and my daughter have both been sick since eating from here recently. Presumably norovirus. Obviously the hygiene isn't up to standard. Also the hygiene rating was covered up!!!

If l could give a negative start l would have. Ordered 2 whoopers and a kids meal, the food was cold, whoopers had one onion a small slice of tomato. Went back and spoke with the manager and he told me that’s the way they make their burgers.

Has to be one slowest, grubbiest, disorganised fast food restaurant I've been too. Staff are slow and, quite frankly, not bothered. Doesn't seem to be managed very well at all. Shame.

Left the drive through with yet another item missing, seems every time your asked to park up it goes wrong one time got someone else's meal it's very poor service

Why oh why can't people make a burger when it's their job.. is it them or the business. Burger king needs to at least put in place a quality for everyone that pays money that their burger can be enjoyed.. higher robots or a decent chef.. I don't know how your business is still going

Served quickly and politely. 'Special' instructions adhered to. Enjoyed our 'takeout' meals.

The place is covered in steel bars on the counter and also at the drive thru windows, you'd think it was a bank not a fast food outlet. Ordered my food at the counter (they don't have self service screens) and offered my phone so my rewards app could be scanned, the staff member looked blankly at it and said "what's that" i told him and his response was a miserable "we don't do that here" I paid for my food and waited in the most dreary burger king I've ever been to. Thankfully the food was very nice, even if the service and location was not.

Missed out food items again. Paid £30 for cold burgers and missing sides. It’s just theft at the end of the day your taking money and not providing the items. Wages need docking. Suggest you get in contact before I come down there.

It wasn't great at all. Staff didn't want to be there, order was wrong and the tables were filthy. A whopper meal was nearly £10. Chilli heatwave chicken fries were gross. Just extortionate. Won't be going back. Ever.

Most miserable staff member ever encountered (a tall male staff member- the girl was sound though!) not even a smile, a thank you, a please, shocking.... burger was nice though!

it's not normal to wait for an hour and a half and then let them know that they're canceling the order. Such a thing is not done. You do not deserve your reputation and you are not of a high standard. Notice to amateurs

Ordered 2 meals at the drive through and was told to park up and wait. 10 minutes later, the food was brought out. It was lukewarm and the staff member looked like he just rolled out of bed. I could see inside the building and it was empty other than rubbish everywhere. Outside wasn’t much better

the burger king isn't where google maps puts it its actually about 1/2 a mile further along east prescot road towards huyton ( which google spells HYTON ) go through the lights, and over the roundabout - it's just after ALdi on the left Be prepared to wait though. The concept of fast food is lost on this place

Used the app and taste card. Two whopper meals and 20 nuggets for 11 pound. Great bargain. Burger King is affordable again.

Wow love it here macdonalds are tastless and boring so tryed here and doesn't disappointment food was better tastie more filling worth driving that extra distance would recomend and get discount for nhs more than maccys over all full marks

Don’t bother ….went to the drive thru after ordering online the staff were ok to be fair but the food was tasteless slop …the whopper was squashed and the bread was stale ..the Doritos chicken fries were soft tasteless and soggy please don’t waste your money ! I should have gone to McDonalds but o thought BK was a better burger I was wrong !!

£9.79 for one medium meal with coke! Massive price increase with no prices for drive thru menu so you don’t find out how much your being ripped off by until you get to the pay window. Won’t be going again .

12/2/23 Chips , onion rings, cheese bites all tasted of burn’t oil very disappointing will definitely be given this place on Prescot Road.

It's much better after renovation. It's clean and the food is hot and tasty. This location proves BK superiority over maccies.

Food always freshly cooked to order

Only customers in there and the place was disgusting. food all over tables and the floor. No heating was colder in there than it was outside and when we asked why so cold they said the heatings broke, they won't fix it! Food wasn't much better I'm amazed this place is still open

Cardboard has more favour than there buns, honestly the driest burger I've ever consumed. I ordered a double XL burger maybe that's the issue.

The food was nice and the service was good but the price knocked me over..... £7.19 for a bacon double and £6.99 for a plant bassed burger that's £14.18 for just two burgers!!! I could of gone the chippy got more an paid less.

Take away order wrong...practically empty so no reason to get order wrong. Food was cold.

Only the drive thr open. Waited along time to place an order. Finally we got our food which wasn't very hot. We stopped in the carpark to eat. Whilst parked up we seen a few rats by the bins and our car. Overall experience wasn't very nice.

No working coffee machine. Burger bun was very dry. Guy who served though was very polite

Service was extremely slow despite the restaurant only having 3 other dine in customers to serve. Food was cooked fine and was hot but I was surprised at how much the prices had gone up and they still charged 30p for a tub of sauce lol McDonald's down the road was a lot busier and I am not surprised now after trying BK for the first time since before lock down. Too long a wait and expensive for what you got, hence the 3 star 🌟 rating.

Burger King is Burger King. You always know what you’re going to get when you order Burger King. My only complaint was that the food took a while to arrive and I had to order and pay through the app rather than order instore and show my account like you can in other fast food restaurants.

Place was dead and I saw the guy scratch his nuts before packing our orders and I didn't even have to pay him extra for it! Highly recommend!

The worst whooper I have ever had. 1 slice of tomatoe about 4 pieces of lettuce and that's it. You will be very disappointed if you get one from here. Us the guy who served me was do miserable and had no manners whatsoever. And looked like he needed a good wash.

Wow what a change! This BK went from being the worst I've ever been to, to probably the best! Staff are now friendly, and they get the orders right every time. Best of all is the improvement in the quality of the food. The Whoppers I've had over the past couple of months are by far the best I've ever tasted. It's so nice to see happy staff delivering a great service. I don't know who deserves the credit, but I suspect it's a group effort. Thank you. Old review: Been here a few times over the past year. There's always a problem. For example: they give soft drinks with covers that don't fit from coffee cups. Key ingredients are missing from burgers like the Whopper. They don't give straws with drinks. I sent BK customer service an email explaining that an order was wrong and they didn't even offer even the smallest amount of compensation. Burger King and their restaurant staff just doesn't care about their reputation.

So I arrived at 19.05 there was 2 cars in front of me i waited 30mins in the driver thru before i got off still without fold an absolute disgrace staff messing with eachother at the first window they couldnt organise a pi*s up in a brewery they let the que build up that you couldnt even get out the car park absolute disgrace never using them again

Fries must come out of the employees wages Always order large, always get small fries with a half full bag, don’t waste your time asking for sauce either Must be awful working there but come on, make a statement and give customers more fries, we aren’t the ones under paying you, just saving a big cooperation money when you could just full the bag.

It was alright, the St Helens one does it better.

Lovely whopper..the place needs updating

Not cheap for a burger meal here (two burgers with chips and drinks was over £16) but quality was ok. Ate inside recently and was appalled at how dirty the place was. Bags of rubbish left on tables, food on the floor....a complete mess. It seems most of the customers here are either drive through or delivery.

Very dirty restaurant and kitchen. I ate in and the dining area was not clean with floors sticky with food debris . Tables similarly not clean and the kitchen was visibly filthy. Staff look very scruffy with no real care for their appearance. Despite being one of only two customers in the restaurant, my burger was luke warm when served. As a result the cheese hadn't melted and tasted of nothing. £7.99 now for a regular meal certainly overpriced for the quality and service. Avoid

Supposed to be fast food,yeah right.we arrived at 1748,1 person in front of me,i was asked about my order at 1805,got my order at 1815,27 minutes to get food in an empty restaurant.they are more interested in serving the drive through customers than sit in people..this BK used to be spot on for service and staff helpfulness,not anymore.i used the drive through last week and was in and out within 12 minutes Very poor eaterie now.it will be a while before i eat i again.

Called in for hot drink due to the cold weather, I got a cold latte, disgusting charging 2 pound for a hot drink when it's barely warm, I think you need to buy a new machine!!!!!!!!
