3rd order where we have had food missing!!!

burger has missing ingredients

Courier would not give me my order without a number.. I couldn't provide the number and after a while he just handed the order to me, by this time the order was only warm and got thrown in the bin.

This order was not delivered the courier called asking me to cancel the order as the restaurant was closed why are you saying it wa delivered please refund me or this order

As the time kept adjusting in theory not late but was a long time whilst the driver was waiting for pick up. 1 hour ten minutes between placing order and order arriving. Hold up in restaurant not with delivery driver who was waiting to leave and speedy getting here. Food was cold.

Delicious!!! Hot and tasty. Delivered by a very cheerful driver who helped by bringing it into the house.

Food so cold it went back to being frozen absolute dogshit avoid at all costs

Closed at 9:40 again. Happens all the time. Website clearly says open till 10pm. Staff present. Asked why they are shut they told me they are only open until 8pm Absolute lies. Obviously getting off early

Food was amazing but left out the two sides I had to pay for out not answering the phone or give me a refund not happy at all!

The onion rings were hard, one literally snapped in half they were unedible, and the chips didn't have the burger king taste either. The burger was ok, but definitely not worth £17.

ordered a VEGETERIAN burger but they put bacon on it

paid nearly £12 for a large meal to get about 3 chips, the driver put in our ice cream right next to hot food also! and while ordering on just eat we where offered a "reward" which claimed the code would be automatically applied, it wasn't and proceeded to charge £4.99 gor chilli bites that I didn't even want

Burger was undercooked. Even though it was a plant based whopper, it still needs to be cooked through. Chips were alright. Drink was warmer than the food

Delivery was fine but why can't the staff ever get the orders right. Whether it be Burger King or McDonald's they always seem to miss something off your order plus charging for condiments then not even putting them in the bag is is a Regular thing nowadays

Very expensive meal, burger was full of different fillings but wasn't that nice and the king loaded chips were just chips with nacho cheese, mayo and bacon bits, not that special. Will not be going there again. £30 waisted in my opinion!

Food was great, had the new chilli jam burger, beware - it's spicy but very tasty. Tried their halloumi fries and onion rings too. Very nice. Overall a nice experience

Not happy made order got note saying out of stock and you send other items out we are vegan you should of cancelled order now am out of pocket delivery charge and still no refund!!!

There was no bacon ,tomatoes or lettuce in bacon doublecheese burgeers or the angus bacon cesar just the bun and meat patty utter waste of money.never again

I didn’t order from Burger King in a while as I didn’t have a good experience lasts time when I order but I said to give it another go as I enjoy a good burger. The order was scheduled to arrive at 20:20 but it didn’t get delivered until 21:00/21:10, the food was cold and I was given the wrong burger plus my shearing box never arrived.

I'm pleasantly surprised hot burger and fries every item was accounted for. I think ordering off peak times is the way to go.

The food was really nice and hot I was really surprised soon I got to the counter I was surverd within seconds by a girl. I have a bad leg and I think she noticed it and she brought the food over to me. I have never gotten that kind of treat in fast food places before.

Drive thru service absolutely brilliant. Food was piping hot, the team was super friendly and helpful. Always used to have a problem with other Burger Kings as I ordered the bacon double cheeseburger and never understood why it was such a small burger. The guy at the speaker explained they had two, and the one I wanted was the XL. Definitely will come back again.

Had a mix up on ordering a whopper My fault as I haven't got a clue about modern food ordering tech , but the staff at the Dovecot branch sorted it fir me . The food was good too.

Food was cold. The chips were barely cooked at all. Hard and white. Disgusting. The chicken royale burger has clearly been changed and was vile. Tasted nothing like other Burger King royales from other restaurants. I had two bites and had to bin the lot. So did my child. Basically paid £26 for 2 drinks. Absolute waste of money.

Food was decent and the staff was great really quick service I think the girls name was Chloe she recommended I get a double whopper because in her words I look like a normal whopper wouldn’t be enough for me and I could have it “my way” she was right I really appreciated her attention to detail with this not the normal service you get just anywhere truly went above and beyond well done Burger King

The order was not delivered this is disappointing the meal cost a lot of money and I didn’t get the order I’m disgusted at the service provided and I will be making a massive complaint if this isnt resolved the food wasn’t received as stated!!!!

There was only one chicken patty when I asked for two the one that I did get was burnt

Cold burgers and hard cold fries

I had to drive to the restaurant myself to collect as it was not delivered at all food was cold as order had been left on the side not happy at all want a full refund

Says my food has been delivered ! Well if it has I’m still waiting hour & half when it was supposed to be delivered. Someone else has got my order. This has to stop. Otherwise I will be taking legal action

Chilli cheese bites were hollow and none of the 6 had any filling

food took over an hr to be sent from the restaurant, food was freezing cold had to microwave all of it and paid nearly £50, and and an hr and 15mins to turn up at my door. I have 5kids a home otherwise I would of just gone myself as am 5mins walking distance, I sure know for next time. get the kids ready, absolute disgraceful service on food temps.

Opened at 11 am arrived at 11.10 only people there . Food arrived a bit to quick and was warm

Two meals both with loaded fries. All was freezing cold and only one drink was delivered. Really disappointed as this is not the usual standard
