Food was boss today, really fresh 👌

table service but told us to go to the counter to collect, didn't put cheese on burger, no forks for the cheesy fries and ants climbing on the table

Ordered burger meal and bacon was stone cold 🥶 tuck it back also both hamburgers were freezing cold went in the dog 🐕 will never visit again very poor and place is dirty.

The Service is absolutely terrible. I ordered food at 2300 and it said it will be 10 mins delivery it is now 12am and the food still hasn’t arrived. Absolutely pathetic

On google maps says working time till 11pm. A lot of people comes and waste time but in reality they are CLOSED by 10Pm, also the same for delivery drivers accept delivery and waste time and fuel to druve to the restaurant but it’s closed they are liar AVOID them

Ordered a bacon, cheese burger. Very tasty,and the fries niceand crispy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Prefer Burger to McDonald's anytime.

Ordered at 22:47 i know its a bit late, driver arrived at 22:56 the driver messaged saying the store was closed when he showed the staff inside the order they made a threating gesture slicing there thumb across the throat, if they didn't want to do the order why accept it, And regardless this is no way to treat people that driver is just doing his job, no need to threaten people, Rather than cancelling the order on there end they left the order up so multiple drivers attended to probably receive a similar response couldn't say, Because uber don't exactly expect places to accept orders and close refusing to make them there is no option for this via the app, we had no choice but to just wait untill a driver made the complaint to uber themselves Horrible way to treat people Burger king, Please address this as I don't think you want this representing your business.

Wow now I no why it was empty 27 pound on 2 meals and a side large fries was a hand full food ok but no better or worse than maccies will not be going back could of got 4 meals in maccies .overpriced ood that's why there were 4 people in hole restaurant .

All food cold definitely warmed up all soggy n horrible all went in the bin

I have ordered from here twice and each time there was a portion of fries missing. The place wasn’t busy so no excuse. Always check before leaving.

The staff in here are the best. They provide a real local feel to the establishment. Although I'm from Liverpool, I live in the outskirts now, they made me feel very welcome and like a regular might feel in a pub.

The burgers were cold as they had been sat on top of the cold drinks.. the chips tasted like they had been sat there all day an were just warm.

Only Ordered 3 kids meals via Uber eats, 3 cheese burgers turned up with 1 portion of chips and 1 drink, how can a small order of kids food go so wrong?

Consistently poor service from just eat

Ordered 2 hours early for a delivery to make sure we got our food on time food came over an hour after the delivery time requested and hadn’t even been started to be made before the requested delivery time even with 2 hours notice. Food arrived cold!

The delivery was in the couriers car for over half an hour they went to Childwall then came back to me in west derby where the restaurant is!! the food was cold and mushed up in an inedible condition I asked the courier to explain why this was the case and she said mine was the second of two orders this is unfair and I have wasted almost £30! This is very poor and I won’t use the service again if I am not refunded in full

The driver was actually alright, I said to him i need to check my food, he asked for the code first, i said let me check the food cause he had been out a while so wanted to check it wasn’t cold, driver didn’t press me for the code and my onion rings where missing out the order, driver was going to get off and I said you need the code lad we need to sort this out, he wanted to go, must of had other deliveries so I gave him the code as he left, rang restaurant and no answer, still no onion rings where missing

I've ordered food twice from Burger King the first time, it took forever to be delivered it was cold, not very nice. The 2nd time I pre-ordered it was late and cold, we had to reheat it and it wasn't very nice at all. If I could give 0 stars I would

Haven’t been to Burger King for years, was passing by and wanted something to eat. I downloaded their app and ordered food. The eat-in experience was great, it was clean and warm, the lobbies at the entrance door kept the cold out. I was impressed how tasty and delicious a Burger King meal is. Two weeks later I called in at Burger King in Bradford and experienced the same consistent good food experience.

Placed an order on the APP. Finally got to the window after waiting 20 mins and the guy asks how we want to pay? No knowledge that it was a already paid for APP order. Handed a small bag and asked was everything in there, he replied he doesn't know he never packed it. So I done his job for him and took the items out of the bag infront of him one by one , 4 items were in the bag we were missing 4 items. This guy was gonna let me drive away with half an order. I shouldn't have to check myself. Embarrassing customer service. So we had to wait a further 5 mins for our missing items and still didn't receive the fries. The drinks smelled and tasted chemically like chlorine and no ice. They were chucked as it was like drinking bleach. The nuggets and onion rings also had a strange after taste. What a diabolical experience. Never again.

Used the app and taste card. Two whopper meals and 20 nuggets for 11 pound. Great bargain. Burger King is affordable again.

Food was ice cold, all items wrong received about 2 chips in the box with no cheese or bacon on. Paid for 4 sweet chilli sauces never came warm drinks never had an order right from here! Staff training clearly needs to be happening

I have complained about Burger King in the past, as there’s usually items missing, but today they got everything perfect. Including the specific burger toppings. Hope it continues like this 👌🏻 thanks for whoever sorted the order and cooked the food.

order not delivered despite it saying it was. Went to the shop to complain they said it was nothing to do with them and so had to complain to Just Eat. We waited 2 hours for food that was never delivered. absolutely fuming about this and want a full refund and compensation

My food didn't even arrive and Just Eat charged me £35. The company should change their name to don't eat. Ordered at 17:30, the company waited till quarter to 8 to tell me that it was delivered. I've no idea where it was delivered to though

I was served by a young girl called Chloe, she helped my carry the food over to my table as I had my nephews with me. Food order was fresh and correct

Visited this morning for breakfast and was served my Chloe (think she was the manager on duty) she was such a lovely girl and made us feel like nothing was too much trouble! Food was delicious, will definitely be back again soon 😋
