Subway - Fazakerley in Liverpool

This shop used to be amazing ! Bu recently and new staff it’s such a bad atmosphere to be in. The young man in today was on his phone with his gloves on ! And still continue to serve with the same gloves. The way he was speaking to customers and his colleagues was terrible awfull attitude

Went into subway today on my way home from work, ordered a steak and cheese footlong and have to say it was the most amazing one I’ve had! Don’t get me started on the nacho chicken bites! And to make it even better they now do 9… restaurant clean and the staff were very attentive. Morgan and keesha made my day, they were all so polite and chatty! lovely girls and even lovelier sandwiches, will definitely be returning here !! 10/10

I ordered a sandwich with cheese and there was no cheese and sals salad and the bread was rock hard. I ordered a tuna salad and there was no cheese in it,and the sweet corn was rock hard. Then when I went to the till to pay I asked them for a pack of double chocolate and rainbow cookies they gave me one cookie of each. Am not going to this subway ever again . This subway is the disgusting🤢😡

I’ve just visited this subway for the first time in a while, it just so happened to be a few days after new owners had taken over the franchise. The food quality and cleanliness is spot on. Great customer service which just put me in a good mood for the rest of the evening. It looks like this place is going up and beyond , thank you!

Si pudiera dar 0 estrellas lo haría. Absolutamente asqueroso, la comida se ensucia por todas partes. Salsa goteando manchas por las paredes y cosas pegadas a las paredes. El diseño es malo ya que no puede llegar al inicio del mostrador. Solo 1 miembro del personal en el mostrador un sábado por la tarde. Parecía que no podía molestarse, pedimos sandwiches veganos de albóndigas y básicamente nos dijeron que comíamos queso común. Cuando llegamos a pagar, no se nos ofreció escanear nuestra tarjeta secundaria, cuando lo mencionamos nos dijeron que podíamos agregarlas desde el recibo, para luego decirnos que no había hasta el rollo para imprimir una. Al llenar nuestras bebidas noté que el miembro del personal tenía una tarjeta secundaria y su móvil debajo de la caja. No puedo confirmarlo, pero creo que lo estaba escaneando en lugar de las tarjetas de los clientes.

Took the kids for something to eat as subway is normally there favourite, this place was clearly unclean, windows steamed up and only other people in there was 4 lads on mountain bikes just sitting off, having by the look of it just walked off the street without ordering anything. Place was clearly under stocked and had only 1 member of staff on duty who was clearly unhappy. Food was average and when we tried to hand over our subway card were told it was too late and would have to claim them back through the receipt but didn't have any till roll! Walls were unclean with food splatter that had clearly been there for a long time. I've attached a photo of some ball of tissues that had been soaked and thrown at the wall and over time had dried. Just summed up the place. Avoid if you can

My local its been on hard times looks like has new staff, hopefully on the up, lad who served me gave loads of recommendations about sauces and toasting onions and peppers on my steak and cheese its was proper tasty

I would give this none if if could . Will not be using this subway again asked to use the toilet before i ordered was told no as they were being cleaned ( no one was in there cleaning them ) so i offered to wait n order my food the snotty member of staff told me shes serving and wont be cleaning the toilet anytime soon so i had to leave and go else where she also shouting something to me on my way out I WILL NOT BE USING THIS SUBWAY AGAIN

I have popped into this subway whilst attending a course at nearby hospital and wish to convey my thanks to a lovely young man called Gary ,,,, he is sooooo funny and makes me chuckle every time I have visited ,,,, he is pleasant , sociable , nothing is too much trouble n he’s a delight to be served by his humour positivity and time for everyone just blew me away don’t u ever change Gary subway are very lucky to have you as an employee I still believe u belong on the stage ,,,, thankyou for brightening a couple of dark days for me 🥰 and the food was delish 😋 Tina 🏖

Came here to get a work food order. Hoodies outside and sitting in very offputting. Hardly have meatballs the past few times weve been. Not my favourite Subway Im afraid.

Caroline staff member disgusting thing looked like she was on drugs and ranted screaming and shouting about toilets being for paying customers only which I was 😡

there only seemed to be two members of staff there when we visited,but they did appear to be working very efficiently only slight area of concern was that because of limited staff it was in need of a bit of a clean but it won,t stop us visiting again
