The best restaurants serving Default food in Liverpool North West

How can you get a small tray of chips wrong????? When I use this chippy now I'll only risk chips and gravy curry and chips etc, nearly broke my teeth on the chips god knows how long they had been lying around for! This place is defo in the running for the worst chippy in Liverpool. I should of swerved it when I saw the woman who usually works behind the counter frying all the food. Avoid this health hazard people!!!!!!!!!

The food is gorgeous don’t get me wrong, but they do not use the plastic things that stop the box touching the pizza. My toppings, including the cheese, are all stuck to the top of my box ): and it was 15 minutes late

Customer service is not good.. very rude behaviour seems like i am borrowing something from them. It was one of the lady who i spoke to.

Got given mouldy popcorn chicken 🤮

Waited 10 minutes for a coffee when the place wasn't even busy. The staff member who took my order and money didn't even apologise for forgetting to give me my drink. She merely shoved the cup across the counter at me before walking off. It's not like I was the one who had made the mistake.

I fell asleep and missed my order

Perfect place when visiting the city and want an affordable place for food. I’ve been a few times now with friends and the food is always amazing, from every stall.

I found this place because it’s on the same row of shops as my favourite record shop. It’s a classic hole-in-the-wall Chinese restaurant where locals have their lunch breaks. The Auntie who greeted and served me was very helpful and sweet. I ordered a small bowl of pork wonton soup and a bowl of beef noodle soup. Everything tasted handmade and it hit the spot. All the Chinese places that used to be around here have turned into chain restaurants or serve different cuisines, so it’s nice that this is still on offer. Some of the best noodles ive ever had.

La comida era deliciosa. El personal era muy servicial y bien educado. Nunca defrauda pedido desde aquí un par de veces y cada vez siempre he sido feliz.

Delivery driver banged on door when answering it and also started to ring bell then he was very abusive.

Sometimes people bewilder me. This establishment is inside a supermarket and therefore hardly the place to seek out a fine dining experience. It was clean, the staff were friendly, the price was reasonable, the food was hot and tasty. Please put this cafe into its proper category, it exists to give you something to eat whilst you are out and about shopping. Too many Karens in this world

1st visit since reopening. Food was avarage. Sauce splattered all over the dirty fries boxes and almost all the food was piled up on one tray. I say almost because there were items missing that we had to go back to the counter to get it. When I ordered I took a table tent and entered the number in to our order and clicked for table service (which I thought was a brilliant new idea). We waited at the table for a few minutes, expecting our food to be brought over but when it was ready, a member of staff just started screaming our table number across an empty restaurant. There were 2 other customers in there who were both arguing with staff and the manager (top note) about wrong orders and bad service. There were no forks to eat the loaded fries with, the place was a tip, the krushem was about a thimble full and 3 different drinks were ordered but all arrived as diet coke. This branch is a disgrace and we will definitely not be visiting again. No wonder it was empty. If you must have KFC, go to knotty ash instead. Avoid edge lane one like the plague. Cost us £50 for this debacle as well.
