Dee Dee's Cafe in Liverpool

Sometimes people bewilder me. This establishment is inside a supermarket and therefore hardly the place to seek out a fine dining experience. It was clean, the staff were friendly, the price was reasonable, the food was hot and tasty. Please put this cafe into its proper category, it exists to give you something to eat whilst you are out and about shopping. Too many Karens in this world

Tables filthy, i was left waiting for 10 minutes before anyone came out to serve. When I asked for an apology from staff member I was told " there is a bell!" Which couldnt be seen as it was behind a bottle of hand gel but that's no way to run a business. No thank you from staff member. Awful customer service. Won't be returning.

Food very cheap & basic, food served cold had to have reheated then it was nuked. Didn't eat food and won't be returning again

La primera vez que comimos en Dee Dee's tuvimos una gran experiencia con excelentes ofertas de comida, sin embargo, nuestra segunda experiencia fue horrible.Mi esposa pidió un trato de tostadas sin queso, ya que es intolerante a los lácteos y le dijeron que NO podía tener uno, ¡ya que todo está contaminado con queso!¡No harían una tostada simple sin queso, así que dije que lo dejaríamos!Cuando los cuatro nos fuimos, gritamos "¿puedes comer una papa?"¡Eso claramente no es lo que mi esposa quería!Lo que me enfureció es quejarse a su oficina central (Compass) lo dice todo, no han respondido a mi correo electrónico:Si buscas un refrigerio rápido y listo, bebe bien, pero si quieres hacer algo si tienes intolerancia a algo, olvídalo.Absolutamente asqueado!

The food and drinks here are reasonably priced. Can sometimes be a but hectic if there isnt enough staff behind the counter. Getting a table can be a struggle at times. Staff are always on hand to clean tables and takeaway rubbish etc as there is no trolleys/area provided to put your tray and rubbish etc.

Being based in the Range it is ideal if you want a snack or a drink while you are shopping. The food was ok good range of choices and drinks. Service was quick and friendly, plenty of seating. A good cafe and good value.

Brand new just opened and serves up some nice butty's and coffee. £5 for any toasted panini + crisps + any hot drink or £2.50 for any cake and hot drink after 2pm.Good selection and has super clean and tidy loo's.If you happen to be in The Range which is super huge this is the place for a cuppa.
