Pizza Central in Liverpool

asked for no chilly on the chip flip because of allergies, put chilly on chip wrap and when we called them they where no help, no said on chicken wrap, think they need to take allergies more serious

I ended up getting my food delivered coz I messed up the order, the delivery man was lovely. The free garlic bread lovely, mixed doner/chicken. Chicken was vile, loads of fat and very dry, diner meat nice loads of it. Ice cream I ordered was the best!!! Would I order again probably but won’t order a chicken kebab the chicken was horrible and there was only 3 pieces which I gave to the dog. Loads of diner meat and salad !

I orderd a house kabab with an extra nann bread when the bread arrived there was a metal wire hanging out I tried to contact the restaurant and explain my issue as it could of caused serious damage to my daughter if eaten and the man in the restaurant just hung up on me it’s absolutely appalling food was also cold when arrived £40 down the drain for poor food

The delivery diversion was disgusting he went 5 houses down from when I sent the food. I sent it for my dad that’s in a mental health hostel my dad had to walk down to him after he rang me and I said no he’s outside u, when he went the diver started to scream at him saying we put the wrong address even tho we have order yesterday with the address and same not saying ged room 6 in case someone else answered, the food was cold after.

Staff are rude! Got order wrong didn’t rectify very bad customer service

Rude staff can't get an order right. They can not tell the difference between mayo and tahini sauce absolutely useless phoned up they hung up sent a second wong order back and they refused to send the correct order out worst take away I have ever ordered from don't waste your your money here.

One of the worst experiences of fast food. Food delivered 2 hours early. When it did arrive, the food was stone cold. A replacement meal was sent free of charge, but had to wait a further 45 minutes. We won't be placing orders with PIzza Central again.

where do i start....... give these lads a chance again after my weekly pizza place let the side down last week. specifically asked as usual for thin crust cooked well done. puzza arrived undercooked and doughy and medium crust. really really let the side down not reading instructions hence me not ordering anymore from here. pizza was tasty ish... but let down terribly by the lack of following instruction. garlic bread had literqlly no garlic in it needs moee garlic. doner meat wasnt bad odd sauc

Never fails to satisfy, meat is nice and fresh, pita fluffy and soft. Food is always so tasty. Been a few times now and will definitely be back, highly recommend.

The driver was smoking when I opened the door. I think this was discussing handling food while smoking. My food stunk of smoke so I couldn’t eat it.

Freezing cold, horrible weird taste, went right in the bin the lot of it, 2 kebab meals, garlic bread and tuna mayo jacket, all went in bin, was horrendous

They got it wrong. Food was cold and tasteless. They brought me my food without alerting me it was outside on my doorstep. I want my money back tbh. If you order a ice cream tub for £7 you will not receive it instead you will receive slice of poor quality cake. Worthless.
