Pizza Hut in Liverpool

I rang up about one of the pizzas that I couldn’t customise online and Callum helped me out was so happy with it! Couldn’t recommend them more

i called the pizza hut for a issue when they answer the guy was so rude with me never inadmissible. no one has spoken to me like that

Such positive atmosphere from staff food was hot and lovely 5* enjoyed the desserts Callum in particular From the restaurant was exceptionally helpful

Shockingly bad! Ordered a delivery which took an hour and fifty-five minutes to arrive. I twice tried to get hold of someone on the phone with no answer. The delivery man didn’t acknowledge it was late but it wasn’t his fault. When the food arrived the base of the pizza was cold and actually uncooked! Half of it was meant to be a meat feast but wasn’t; it had all sorts of stuff I hadn’t ordered such as uncooked onions, mushrooms and peppers that looked like they’d been lobbed on! Definitely won’t order from there again and don’t recommend anyone else to!

Delicious pizzas from here. Very impressed with their thin crust pizza. I was never particularly impressed with pizza hut pizza but I'm glad I have it another go. Really good pizza.

I placed an order accidently at this pizza hut delivery and only realised when I turned up at my actual local pizza hut to the order not being ready. This pizza hut was actually about a 20 min drive away in good traffic and this was a friday evening at tea time so the chances of good traffic were slim. I called the store to see if it could be delivered and the lovely member of staff who I spoke to on the phone said my delivery address was out of their area but as a gesture because of my genuine error he would deliver it personally to my home address asap as there were no delivery drivers out and able to go to my postcode. 20 minutes later our order arrived! It was still hot and the whole family really enjoyed it! Not often you get customer service like this in a busy fast food chain! Thanks so much!

Lady from reception rude and staff from the back as well almost started a fight. Terrible service Never never never never never never again

El tiempo de entrega fue fantástico, mucho más rápido de lo esperado.La comida estaba bien, nada especial. Había demasiada salsa en todas las pizzas y los lados de pollo eran bastante patéticos.Tampoco era una buena relación calidad-precio.No había nada asombrosamente malo, simplemente no era genial.

We ordered pizza for collection just after opening time (just after 12:00 on 15th Feb) and mine was clearly not a fresh pizza. The base of the pepperoni was hard and chewy and the top was dry and over-cooked: all the hallmarks of a reheated pizza from at least the day before (but who knows how long they keep them for?). I don't know why anyone would sell an old, reheated pizza, there is no excuse. Does the management really think this is acceptable? I definitely won't order from here again, and would urge anybody else to avoid at all costs. And anyone who works here who is forced to sell stale day-old food, find a better boss who has some shame.

Satisfied with their service. I had a problem with my order and the manager Andrew was wonderful and helped me over the phone. I always order from here a lot and the pizzas are great and the deals on offer are fantastic.

I ordered from here a couple of days ago and was really shocked by what I got. Both mine and my partners pizzas did not look or taste fresh at all. They tasted like either cooked from frozen or just warmed up pizzas. We really didn't enjoy them and will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again

Satisfied with their pizza. lots of toppings and a perfectly baked dough. Their £5 medium pizza is a great deal. much better than dominos.

We've ordered from here quite a lot and whilst the food is usually tasty (as you'd expect from the Pizza Hut brand) the service from this branch is shockingly bad. There is nearly always something missing from our orders - usually there is a free dip missing, but last time we ordered the garlic bread was missing and this time the extra dips we'd paid for were missing. On both occasions we phoned to tell them but they downright refused to give us a refund, claiming they couldn't refund online orders! (I paid by card so surely this would be extremely easy to refund?) They offered to give me money off my next order as way of compensation but, as I pointed out, what makes them think that I would want to order from them again? This shows complete and utter arrogance on their part. They were being so difficult that the easiest solution was to get them to send out the items to us later, as it was the only way we would actually get something to show for the money we'd spent. However, we had long finished our meal by the time the items arrived. Also this time, we were forced to order a 'half and half' pizza as they now only do 'pan' bases in large sizes (we only wanted a medium each). So, to get the base and the quantities we wanted we had to order a 'large pan half and half', with one half being the vegetarian supreme. However, they managed to heavily contaminate the 'veggie' side with ham and beef from the 'meaty' side and, what was worse, all the toppings on the veggie side were hidden by cheese so it wasn't until I bit into it that I discovered all the meat! This is an absolutely disgrace and shows a complete disregard for their customers' tastes and dietary requirements. Pizza Hut as a chain is very good and the pizzas are always delicious, but this branch is a joke and Pizza Hut should be ashamed to be associated with it.

Have ordered from here a few times (wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt) and each and every time it has taken over 2 hours to receive our food. By the time the food arrived it was cold. This was at the weekend. I understand that the weekends can be busy for food places and I actually wouldn't mind waiting for a while for my order to be delivered. However I would expect them to be clever enough to stagger making the pizzas so they would be ready when there was an available driver to take it. I live at most a 15 minute drive from the store so there's no excuse for a pizza to be cold in that time. They need to get some new staff that know how to run a busy shop.
