Nabzy's in Liverpool

Every time I’ve ordered I haven’t received most of the order or they don’t give us what we’ve asked for! Yesterday 2nd September I phoned to tell them I hadn’t received my drink witch they replied with “I’ll Get It Sent Out” witch a day later I’m still waiting for! So yes I highly recommend use not to order with these!!!

I ordered 2 burgers at 11 24 pm and Application shown than it will be available at 12:00 to 12:20 AM but after 12:20 AM I called the store for enquiry about the food but he told me that it ll be available within 10 minutes and again I waited for another 10 minutes , now the time is 12:53 Am my order is not yet arrived .I suggest everyone to not to order nabzys they are cheating customers by telling a time and not delivering it on time.now the time is 1:00 AM .How a person who is hungry is waiting for more than 1 :30 hours for a paid food not for any thing free ,I paid 16 £ for the food including delivery charge of 2£

food was warm but not given what we asked for and when given and when. we said we were missing a drink staff kicked off and said we were lying

I don't know what they put in their food but it is SO good. I crave it at the end of every big night out. Their chicken is good but their chips, cheese and gravy is the best. The staff are also so lovely I don't know what all the other reviews are talking about.

Did an order online for the fist time, got a message to say the payment hadn't gone through but it had left my bank, called to enquire extremely rude told me to keep calling back,eventually went down, he had found my order and proceeded to be extremely rude, got my food the garlic bread was stone cold and the chips were also cold. Won't be going back

Ordered through just eat app. I got the 9 inch pizza deal so you picked 3 toppings, fries and drink for £9.99. Also ordered chilli cheese bites and garlic mushrooms. They delivered ontime and the food was hot. Pizza tasted good and the fries weren't greasy. The garlic mushrooms tasted amazing and you got alot for £2.49. I think you got 12. The chilli cheese bites were hot and tasted fresh and had a kick to them . You got 6 of them. I think the total bill including delivery charge and service charge came to £15.59 so great value. Even the delivery driver was polite . I even got a stamp was 5 more and you get 10% off. Will use again

Food is not the same at all. Pizza was disgusting. Burger was very cheap. And the wings were dripping in grease. Popcorn chicken gone horrible

They didn't refund me!! Ordered 2 meals by the Nabzys's app. I had my order cancelled cause, according to them, the address was too far to deliver and I never receive my refund. I had ordered 25 days before my last order and I received the meals. But now, they suddenly decided that is too far now :/ So, be careful when you are ordering by any app. They can cancelled and you will have to fight a lot for your refund.

The food was so tasty big props to the staff also tried the fillet burgers and wing id give it a good 9

One of the worst experiences I have ever had, when I asked for my wings I was told to be patient. Ridiculous. When I finally received my order chicken was undercooked and red on the inside never buy food from these degenerates

Ordered two meals and they sent complete wrong order. Useless service wont be ordering from them again!

Ordered on Uber eats after a 15 hour day of work as it said 5-25 min delivery. Waited over 2 hours, called several times in the mean time. User was busy, then a staff member answered just saying “on the way” and put the phone down. Called back again to be told it would be 5 mins. After 45 mins called back again to be told he’d call the driver and said I should have ordered through them. It finally arrived 2 hours and 30 mins late, cold, half my order missing and greasy.

Enjoyed the pitza it was tasty :) can u take down the first review as order said it arrived and I thought it went to another house then the driver turned up one before mine outside and caught him finally here at mine :) So pitza did arrive and I got it in the end and was happy with my order thank you. The driver was very friendly with a smile.

Every time we try to order from these idiots they mess the order up, just rang them back to tell the useless dead heads and was asked " what do you want me to do" how about supply the things we asked for?, You've lost a big order every week, we will go to Chester's instead like we should have done from the start.

I ordered here tonight, after coming 15 min late ( surprise ) , I've found that what I requested was 100% ignored. I told the restaurant I didn't wish any red salt on the fries, cause it gives me an allergic reaction, no I have to throw my food away cause they added that spice anyway. Very disappointed with the service and the quality service. Not planning on ordering again.

Lovely food rly rate the nabzys soy sauce — been weevil behind the counter rly started me down and kinda scared me but had a lovely nose and beautiful tattoo and fashion sense :)))) love this place

A mí y a toda la familia nos encanta Nabzy's y ordenamos al menos cada 2 semanas, pero recientemente debe haber cambiado de gerente o propietario. Las patatas fritas y las alas eran calentamientos muy marrones y con un sabor repugnante. La pizza era una base empapada y vil y las coberturas tenían un olor extraño que no podía comer en absoluto. Definitivamente no volveré a ordenar nunca.

Absolutely the worst pizza and garlic bread I have ever had. The bases where stale hard and yellow. Give them a chance to replace it but never came in full order despite trying to give old order back.

Ordered food a hour and a half ago. Just rang up and they closed half a hour ago but still accepted my order and took my money!!! Robbers!!!

Tried the pizza, burger, chips and chicken, all awful. That is literally all they do and cant do it right, had one bite of each and went straight in the bin.

We had the food delivered and paid cash on delivery. Good choice and we'll priced. Arrived before the 30 minutes stated. Would buy from them again
