The Tea Factory in Liverpool

This was the worst service I have ever experienced. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone to order from here under any circumstances. Honestly, if you were on your deathbed and this pizza was supposed to save you, it would be better to accept your fate — that’s how terrible the experience was. Absolutely unacceptable.

Amazing food fresh and lovely delivery always quick

Given the fact that most of us are here in the hospital with children for them, the service could be a lot more compassionate and have patience some of us don't know if we are coming or going. The food was a bit dry and it was 8am but I was just happy to be able to grab something cooked just the very poor service was unnecessary

They steal extra money when paying, and there are insects entering the restaurant

Shocking amount of food turned up 50 minutes later food was cold and hard
