The food at Freddy’s Chicken is just fine. The fries are good, but the rest of the menu is just okay. They offer a halal menu, which is a plus. However, whether you dine in or take away, they serve the food in the same packaging, which isn't very convenient for eating.

Hot wings that aren't hot, garlic mushrooms over cooked so it was like chewing gravel, ordered a big bottle of coke but got 3 cans of pepsi I don't like pepsi, forgot a garlic mayo i paid for, asked for a wrap and some salad separate coz no choice to buy any on the menu even offered to leave a good review if they could give us them and just got legged

Forgot my onion rings got most of the order wrong but it was okay

I got only one bag of chips and just one drink, I normally get two bags of chips and two drinks

I asked for this to be delivered and it did not come x tried to call and the number did not work so I’ve paid money for nothing with no refund

The hot wings were very oily and cold was not fresh!!!

They took time to prepare the food, the rider got there and had to wait for 30 minutes. I know this because I monitored the process via the App

I ordered 1 supreme wrap meal came with no chips I ordered donner wrap special phoned an they had none so said another supreme wrap meal as its 15p difference no chips or drink with that, I love the wraps an chips from this place but beginning to look like they don't care Bout their customer service, the pizza is burnt aswell

food was freezing and wrong food delivered that paid for. 12inch pizza looks like 10inch and chicken supreme burger was just a plain chicken burger so was over charged for these items

Food was nice, but I requested lamb on the pizza which was did not come in it. I'm guessing that is what the extra drink was to compensate for.

Ordered cheese and pepperoni pizza but has basically no toppings literally tastes like bread… it has a couple pieces of pepperoni with next to no cheese and was also over cooked. Burgers were soggy, all chips were freezing and instructions for burgers were not read. No flavour in the food, waste of money!

I have never had better fried chicken, the best place in Liverpool to get some hot steamy and tender chicken..... I would suggest you to go at 1:30-2:00 pm to get freshly made chicken, in terms of cleanliness I would give it a 2/5 but overall the food is generally fresh and worth the price.

Although the delivery time was great and the dude who delivered it was lovely the food was absolutely horrible, my wrap was cold- it had salad on when I requested no salad and they gave me the wrong drink.

Missed half of the order out and what food did come was wrong. Phoned the restaurant and he found it highly amusing and implied I wad lying about what I ordered. After requesting the missing food to be delivering he again laughed and told me he had no drivers, having to pay a £15 taxi to go and collect the food which was drenched in oil and absolutely tasteless. Will not be ordering again

Absolutely shocking service. Waited over an hour delivery. Rang restaurant and we're told this was the incorrect and no correct number is available online. When food eventually arrived we received the wrong order, what we did receive was cold and inedible. My dog wouldn't even eat it. On top of this delivery driver was hostile and condescending. Will never be ordering from here again.

Packaging was ripped open leaving chicken in the outside carrier bag and chicken was smashed, mini hot wings were so dry so couldn't eat them, pizza was nice but, will not be ordering again

Delivery time was spot on although the restaurant failed to prepare and deliver the pizza that was ordered and failed to read the notes that was on the receipt which I have as proof along with photos to send onto just eat. Tried to call the restaurant to rectify the issue and they couldn't understand me and didn't know what to do. Then they hung up on me and wouldn't accept the call when calling back.

Very bad delivery service.Recieved the food very late than the given time as the driver was not aware about the exact location.milk Shake was overflowing when i recieved thr food,which caused damage of whole other ordered foods. Driver was putting the blame on us as it got leaked.

Milkshake came. Looked like it had been shaken quite a bit on the trip too. Jalapeño bites were just spicy chicken bites. Nightmare. Proper bad.

2 Fries were missing in the order so raised refund for £4. Apart from that, food quality was ok.

Freddys is known for their own chicken recipe, I received chicken that was frozen from I don’t know what company, I asked for mushrooms on my pizza and didn’t get it, the chips tasted awful, seems like the oil hasn’t been changed in ages, I got the wrong drinks as well, extremely disappointed. Freddys has always had a great reputation from me, don’t think it’s this way anymore.

When my food was over an hour late I rang up they kept saying it will be with us soon. I rang back several times and they kept saying coming it's coming. Than they cancelled my order and told Just Eat it was delivered leaving no option for my to request a refund or cancel on my end. I rang back for an update and they said it wasn't their problem. They was VERY RUDE and hung up on me. I can't cancel my order or request a refund and now have 5 very hungry kids and no money left to feed them. I finally found a way to email Just Eat about this and I have to wait days for a reply.

Freezing cold and order wrong won't be ordering again

very disappointing as the menu sounds so good but the food arrived not hot and quite cool.. i’d of preferred walking to another fast food restaurant for something hotter - very disappointed

Ordered the food at 18:30 still no sign of it, wouldn’t mind if they would update me on my order but it still hasn’t even left the shop and no one is answering the phones. Absolute joke will not order here again

Never got our order. It was running late so I rang they told me it was on the way. I waited 20 minutes outside after this and rang again. When I rang, the person on the phone was rude. Said they’d waited half an hour and tried to ring. I never had a missed call. I was also stood outside myself for twenty minutes. There had clearly been a technical error as I didn’t receive any calls I checked my number on the order was correct and yet they said they were getting an ee voicemail (I’m not with ee). They refused a refund and asked why I had my phone turned off, which I hadn’t.

My food was never delivered, I had to drive down myself and asked the guy in charge who's gonna pay for my delivery fee but instead he shouted at me and used the F word on me and asked me to leave that he doesn't care and wouldn't serve me. Never felt so insulted because of pizza

Ordered at 19.45 said would be here between 20.30 and 20.50. Asked for update at 21.00 said driver was on their way never turned up until 21.40. Fries was recooked and went cold, got the wrong size pizza with wrong toppings and a can missing. Driver came back with the correct pizza and missing can at 22.05. Except for the fries the food was nice just the time it took to get the complete order was over 2 hours.

We love Freddy's, the food is always tasty and we accepted that the delivery time is usually exceeded by 10 minutes. But this time it was unfortunately more than that. To our dismay, the food was 40 minutes late, the order was wrong, the food was cold, the delivery bag ripped... disaster. Please pay a bit more attention to your customers.

Absolutely awful service. Delivery driver wouldn't give us our food, shouting at me crapping his hands in my face, assault me when I only asked him to look at my phone to see the order matched up. AND DIDNT GET MY MONEY BACK!!
