KFC in Liverpool

Went threw the drive thru yesterday and heard a manager speak to 3 members of staff with foul language and no respect towards there employees. As a manager my self in a fast food industry I think this is appalling and I would never dream to speak to my staff in such ways.

Went to belle vale kfc to be quick and cheerful. My god I’ve never seen anything like it. In fact being a customer service manager myself I was left shocked by the attitude and the absolute rubbish coming out of the girls mouth behind the counter . I understand there are different offers so we just ordered the 10 piece bargain bucket with the offer “ 2 large sides for £2.49” ( as we like the gravy so just added 2 to our order) the girl was pleasant enough never really interacted but served us quickly nevertheless, gave us our receipt while we waited. While waiting we noticed she had charged us full price for the two sides. My partner asked about the offer to a different girl who was now behind the till. She said “ oh you have to state you want that offer with your order to get it” I then said” well we did ask for the 2 sides but what your telling me is we have to tell you we want it for that price and if we don’t you charge full price?” To her reply “ YES” Now it’s not the difference in the cost it was the principal … it gets better the girl leant across the till biting the skin around her very bitten nails saying “ well I never served you anyway” I was horrified .. I said “ great customer service “ and left in shock !! What an absolute disgrace this place is.

Ordered through deliveroo twice on Saturday . Each time after 15 minutes deliveroo said KFC not able to deliver within the 10 minute time slot requested We ordered family feast and awaiting refund from deliveroo. Deliveroo blamed KFC and I contacted KFC who said cannot accept complaints through 3rd party. I said they are your agents and said it was KFC who refused to prepare the order, not once but twice. Still waiting for further responses from both and the refund from deliveroo which was a double charge as ordered twice. KFC need to get their act together or lose customers.

Went there at about 7pm on a Saturday night during lockdown. There was absolutely no restrictions being followed with approx 15 delivery drivers in this small shop, no social distancing and no masks. There were also customers In a queue who were completely ignored by the KFC staff who carried on completing online orders. I waited in the queue for about 20 minutes so then asked how long it would be once ordered and I was told about another 30 minutes so I gave up and left. Customer service was non existent! If you want to catch Covid this is the place to go!!

Ordenó pocas comidas anticipándose a que estuvieran frías porque se estaban entregando, pero las comidas se entregaron dentro de los 25 minutos de pedido, lo cual es mucho más rápido que ordenar otras comidas para llevar. El repartidor era encantador y la comida era fresca y caliente, así que estoy deseando volver a ordenar desde aquí.

Fui aquí con mi hijo para un poco de un regalo de Boxing Day. Dijo que había una espera de media hora que estaba bien. No parecía haber ningún sistema para atender a los clientes, ya que había muchos que ordenaron después de que me atendieran Después de media hora, pregunté cómo iba mi pedido y parecía que se habían olvidado de nosotros. Otros 10 minutos después conseguimos nuestra comida. El pollo estaba en rango si soy honesto. El revestimiento no sabía a kfc en absoluto. Las tiras deshuesadas eran muy grasosas y el recubrimiento no se quedaba en ellas. Patatas fritas y salsa estaban bien. No vendré aquí de nuevo. El muchacho joven detrás del mostrador era muy agradable sin embargo.

Haven't been to a KFC for ages obviously recent circumstances made it impossible so we decided to give it a try. Unfortunately still not much choice so we selected 2 meals one x 2 Chicken pieces fries and a drink and 1 x 4 small boneless chicken piece meal which came to £9.98 Unfortunately we should have gone somewhere else, probably give this franchise a miss from now on

Thought it might be just normal run of the mill KFC. very very clean everywhere I looked. Disabled toilet spotless. Very very impressed

Ideal for a quick meal on the go with a few guys after a beer or two , we usually call in around 9.00pm on our way home, great food, friendly staff, would recommend to anyone.
