The best restaurants serving Default food in Bispham Blackpool North West

Awww what a shame! Me and my partner Denise always came here for a spot of early evening tasty grub.they had seating for 8 inside.I loved the special fried rice and salt+pepper wings. Also the special satay mix. We called by early September 2023 only to find it closed down. It appears the couple may have retired.We had to settle For nearby fish restaurant who charge an arm and a leg for a small glass of watery vimto!

A real jewel of a restaurant. Food is cooked hot, spiced to order and very well presented. Drinks are average prices for the area. My only comment would be for them to get a new service trolley or atleast properly clean and wash the existing one as it is dirty and puts you off your food!!

Bobbed in for a bite when walking the illuminations in the rain. Even though it was 10 minutes from closing we had a friendly welcome Food was great. Home made coleslaw was to die for. Will be back for their home made butter pie at some point. Well worth a tram ride if you in Blackpool

Never leave reviews but the food here was absolutely awful .Extra charged for gravy and peas lovely staff but terrible food

Now called Mr G’s Kebab. Been coming here for years. Again, one of the best kebabs I’ve had. I had a large Lamb Shish and it excellent. Highly recommend this place.

Went here was passing . I had a bacon and sausage sandwich. Was average wife had a tea cake she didn’t enjoy and we both had coffees that were ok ish. Would go again prices where high quality wasn’t there . Service was sloppy. Spilled coffee in saucer and didn’t offer to replace . Don’t think the waiter wanted to be there..

Food mostly awful. Service was good. Dips were small portions (each dip would fill two eggcups.) The taramasalata was o.k. but the hummus was lacking salt,garlic,olive oil and was served without an olive ! Our main dish was Kleftiko and arrived looking good,but, the boiled potato was piping hot in the centre and barley warm at the edge. The meat was well cooked and soft as was the half a carrot but whilst the gravy tasted ok it was heavy with fat and had not been strained enough. The ice cream tasted good and portion was great for people dieting . Our bill came to £65.50 without alcohol . I definitely felt ripped off . I guess alarm bells should go off when one walks into a restaurant at 6pm on a Saturday night and the place is more than half empty. This place is seriously over-priced for what they are offering. Won't be going back.

Very disappointing the driest inedible fish i have ever had, £3.50 for large chips which was more like a medium size, curry sauce tasteless This used to be a good chippy but not now i wont be back sorry

Sunday lunch absolutely DISGUSTING and when we complained we were told "you can't have refund just cos you complained" None of us ate the meals given, as they were unpalatable and the gravy was like dishwater Chef came out with real attitude before she even spoke to us and said " well you've eaten 1.5 meals so can't have money back" Wouldn't give us the name of manager "you'll have to ring in the morning and speak to them" DO NOT VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT UNLESS YOU WANT RUDE, ARROGANT, CONFRONTATIONAL PEOPLE SERVING YOU!! WE WERE NOT THE ONLY ONES TO COMPLAIN AT THE SAME SITTING

Lovely food and great delivery time.

I placed an order for delivery at 6.20pm tonight only for 1 Starter and one main this did not arrive until 3 hours later 😡 I rang them 3 times in the 3 hours only got a verbal apology my evening was ruined and won’t be ordering again!

I ordered a pepperoni calzone, I got some thing covered in some sort of sauce, nasty and definitely not what I wanted mostly in the bin.

*Lovely clean hotel *Basic and has all basic equipment ect Walls are thin so can heat lots of noise *Evening meal was amazing, lots of choice and the salad was amazing *Bingo was good fun, but we arrived on a Monday and left on a Wednesday and there was no entertainment (check b4 you go) Thank you

We had come to see the lights at Blackpool. We got there early as we really wanted to go to this chippy as we have been going for years as a family and it’s always been excellent. We haven’t been for a few years but still thought it was regarded as excellent. We were so shocked. It was awful to be quite honest. It didn’t even smell like a chip shop when you went in. We heard “what you having” and looked up and realised it was us who was being spoken to. We ordered and immediately regretted it. The fish was small and dry and the chips were overdone and mainly scrappy and burnt. My other half said his battered sausage tasted weird and my children left most of their dinner. It’s not good when money is tight and you go out for a treat and come away feeling like it was a waste of a journey and calories. Sorry to say . A family tradition has ended we will never go back.

Took half an hour for two sausage and chips and it was freezing. Even mushy peas that came separately were freezing. More staff than customers. Could see one person in the back cooking all the food one plate at a time, not changing gloves for preparing different things into a fryer. Need some basic training, if 10 people have ordered chips, make enough chips for 10 people so that you don't leave the rest going cold. Tiny portions and overpriced.
