Lovely food and great delivery time.

When I rang to ask when it would arrive they said it was on its way bit still took another 20 minutes, wings were lovely but chips cold and chilli chicken too wet

Had it delivered, always good delivery. Should have been for 7:30 didn’t arrive till8:15 only had curry and prawn toast. Waited to long

Soup was pretty grim and I’ve got a cold so wasn’t happy about that at all the delivery man was lovely, but the hot and sour soup sucks it’s like a dipping sauce chips was good tho

Incredibly slow. You would have thought it was a hectic Friday night with the time it took, not a random Wednesday evening. Food was incredibly average when it finally arrived. Very disappointing indeed.

I ordered Singapore vermicelli and was very disappointed it completely lack any flavour, there was no spice to it whatsoever not even a hint of salt. the salt and chilli chicken was lovely

Pros : arrived piping hot and early. Negatives: possibly the worst Chinese I’ve ever had. Verging on inedible. Serves me right for being lazy and not going to draw cash out for our usual place.

No problem with early delivery, we were starving!

Unfortunately tonight’s usual meal which cost a lot of money was not up to the usual standard. The chicken was a soggy and sloppy mess and I must admit it appeared somewhat suss. My family agreed with this and we could not eat the meal due to its poor taste and the look of the chicken looked like it was not cooked properly, therefore I will not order again and will now go somewhere else . What a shame to be let down like this after so long but clearly standards on this occasion had been extremely poor .

Came here for a takeaway as our usual chinese up the road has closed. We were absolutely gutted however thought we'd give this one a go. We ordered online and it was ready when it said it would be. There is a huge choice on the menu and the prices are reasonable. The food was good so we'll use this takeaway next time we're in Blackpool.

Wow!! This has got to now be my favourite Chinese takeaway from now on. The meal was FANTASTIC. I’d gone off Chinese food but I can’t wait to order again. The prawn toast is the best I’ve EVER had and I mean it and I’m 50 so had a lot of Chinese from Glasgow and fylde. I honestly can’t fault it! The crispy noodles were separate so they stayed crispy!! The Oriental is my go-to Chinese takeaway. The food is consistently good, delicious and fresh. The salt and chilli king prawns are my personal favourite and the perfect hangover cure. 😋

Food delivery taking far too long but tonight it was over 2 hours so had to cancel ! No apology from staff when we rang twice to see where our order is ! Don’t order unless you’re willing to wait a long time for delivery!

Really would not recommend this restaurant. One of the worst Chinese takeaways I’ve ever had. Nothing tasted fresh. Soup had a paste like consistency and not nice at all, chicken didn’t taste like chicken, noodles were oily and the food was just overall really disappointing. The restaurant also gave a bottle of alcohol with the order which was not ordered or stated this was a free gift on the foodhub website. This could have been very detrimental in the wrong hands. The restaurant didn’t seem to care about the comments I tried to bring forward to them. Please do not waste your money here.

The lady on the telephone was extremely helpful when I called to ask about Vegan food and ingrediants used. The meals, Vegan, were delicious and cooked perfectly. Highly reccommended. Thank you to the chef and customer service. Also great service from delivery driver who was friendly and polite.

Always very good food from Oriental, that I have no complaints about. But I get stung every time with there delivery. It must be by far the slowest & it’s each & every time I order from here.

Your soup was not up to its normal spicy tom yum standard. The crispy duck was not a delivered as a 1/2 portion as ordered and sadly was not crispy nor shredded but delivered in soggy large chunks. We are very very disappointed and will not use you again.

Saturday night and they were busy, not bothered about 15 mins late when the food is always amazing! Staff are lovely, wouldn't use any other Chinese...

So sad about this as we love this take away, I understand Saturday is busy but if the wait time is going to be 2 and a half hours I don’t think they should take the order or at least warn us! Driver didn’t even apologise. Such a shame as the food is great. I rated service one star as no warning and no apology.

Food was over an hour late, tasted disgusting, the only seasoning the chef knows is salt. The only upside was the delivery driver was very pleasant.

Evening folks, Not gonna lie to you all, this was abysmal. We ordered the usual salt and chilli chicken (i think they spelt pepper wrong) the s+p chips and noodles. Very lovely people working there, nice place but the food was not up to the same standard. The salt and pepper were the best of the 3 but they lacked flavour and they were more like pork scratchings as they were a bit overcooked for my liking and also the onions were not great. Normally I am an onion lover but these were comme cï comme cà, if you can’t read italian this means steering wheel. Next up, the chicken. The chicken definitely came after the egg as I would’ve rather eaten a femented egg. The actually chicken itself wasn’t awful, the batter however was cum, sorry crumbly (darn autocorrect!) petrol stations provide us with grapes. My dog enjoys long walks down the motorway. The crumbly texture was like dead skin. It was deader than my late wife who unfortunately passed away. RIP Anita, now I have new wife. Long live John. I had 1 single mouthful of these noodles and I honestly would not give them to Jesus after his 60 day starvation in the tomb of easter eggs. The noodles tasted like a haddock had eaten them, thrown them back up and then they were given to me. No exaggeration, how do noodles and fish even get mixed up in flavour. What if i was allergic to fish? *angry face* A truck the size of a football stadium would not fit the amount of noodles that we got given. This would normally tingle our tastebuds but we had approximately one noodle to share and could not carry on. Sorry. To sum up this, in all fairness we only had a few things off the menu and couldn’t make a fair assumption as the other meals from the menu might be eggcelent. So give it a try, but it wasn’t for us. Over and out peeps.

Late delivery, and an item missing

Shocking delivery time, manager promised to deliver it herself after calling when it didn’t arrive. Called again after another half an hour and her ‘ car had broken’ but she never called to let me know. Food came well over an hour late, cold. Children had to wait two hours for disappointing food. Shocking, will never order again.

Left salt pepper chips. Order 2x and given 1 instead

Was supposed to get free beer but it didn't turn up, not the first time it's happened, rang up and the lady on the phone said the driver must have it in his car, well he never brought it so he must keep it for himself, probably for the best I don't order here again, charging £3 delivery when the shop is not even that far away is outrageous, even worse when you get stolen food, unacceptable.

The restaurant phoned to ask if I would be willing to take delivery earlier than requested. I agreed as it was not an issue. The food arrived at agreed time and was piping hot. Everything tasted great. The young lady who delivered was very polite and professional. I even got a bottle of beer thrown in free. Excellent service. 👍

Food excellent, 40 minutes late not good!

Ordered through their website where it advertises 45 minutes delivery.... over an hour later food still not delivered.... call them to be told at least another 30 minutes... so from point of ordering to food being delivered would actually be 1.45 minutes... ask to speak to the Manager to then get some go by little receptionist run her mouth.... refund requested and I will NEVER use them again.
