I ordered a pepperoni calzone, I got some thing covered in some sort of sauce, nasty and definitely not what I wanted mostly in the bin.

Do not order from there website absolute joke! I ordered tonight with my son and everything was wrong because they haven't updated there website! And instead of ringing me to say I can't have what I have ordered they just sent what they wanted! And website stated free garlic bread on orders over £15 but that's not changed to £20 so if I new I would have sent the extra 50p to get it! And guy on phone was useless! Won't order again.

Ordered chicken family bucket from there.its like someone had gone bezerk with a flamethrower or something,it was all burnt.wont be wasting money in there again.

We ordered takeaway, the fried chicken was over cooked, the jacket potato was hard, really poor, wouldn't order from them again.

We ordered the offer number 3. The kebab meals were fully loaded. Really good value and extremely tasty. Our daughter really enjoyed her burger and chips. The pizza looks fantastic but haven't found room for it yet. Really good value for money, would definitely recommend.

Ordered 16 inch margerita at 10pm, payed £18.60 for it with add ons, 11pm I was marked as delivered. Calling at 11:15pm to find out what's the problem,gave all my details, someone apologised and promised redelivery in ASAP. Considering it wasn't the busiest period of time they just ignored me and what's the most bizarre about it is my friend didn't eat all day when I ordered it, and she was waiting to have at least slice of it before bed, going to sleep hungry. This situation describes the most what sort of people you dealing with! No emphaty and no respect! Do your math and void this place at any cost!

Ordered a takeaway at 9 o’clock, didn’t turn up so I phoned them at 10:30pm, was told they would call back. They never did so I phoned again, was then told I’m a liar and was threatened that the manager and driver were on the way to my house. Absolutely disgraceful, used to order frequently but will never go there again.

My son bought a takeaway for our family for my daughters birthday for 36.00 only to find they charged him twice for it.When he approached them about it a week later after checking his bank statement a very rude man on the phone told him there was nothing they could do as a week had passed which is complete and utter rubbish and unbeknown to them the fraud squad have now been notified avoid at all costs and to top it off the food was dreadful

Came to visit my parents and they always get food from here , ordered a kofte Kebab and I’ve never seen anything like it . It was flat burnt and tasteless. Obviously frozen absolute disgrace. Phoned up to tell the guy it was awful and wasn’t interested ! Well you just lost their custom and ours won’t ever order from there again what a joke !! Shame because the other food is nice not a nice way to treat loyal customers !

Phoned an order to be told it would be 45-50 mins, called back after an hour to be told that the driver had rang us and no answer ( yes we had a missed call 10 minutes after we placed our order but off a totally different number to the one we rang and at ten to one in the morning not really expecting a call from an unknown mobile) and that no food would be coming out as they were now shut, however after seeing the reviews maybe we were the lucky ones!!! Given a rating of one as it wouldn’t let me give a zero.

Saturday night delivery. We were told it would be 45 minutes and 45 minutes later our food arrived. Piping hot. Pizzas had loads of topping, large chips cooked to perfection as were the onion rings. Free cheesy garlic bread was lush. Free bottle coke. Spot on. Will def order again.

Called at 8:50pm to place an order worth £42.50 advised it would be 1 HOUR. Called at 10:05 “it would be 10-15 minutes” called at 22:23 “sorry sir it’s on it’s way 5 minutes” called 22:38 “5-10 minutes” arrived 22:45. Delivery driver apologised and said they were really busy and he had 15 more deliveries to do. I explained they should have advised an hour if they knew it would take nearly two. Delivery guy said they didn’t realise the lady who took the order advised an hour and should have said nearly two. Food was okay but after two hours most of our family had either gone to bed and / or our children were fed up. We ordered this on the advice of the great people at the Beechfield hotel. They were shocked at the level of service we received. I will never be ordering from there again.

Have ordered pizzas over the phone many times. Delivery has been on time, pizzas piping hot, full of topping and delicious, generous side order of chips and the onion rings are fab. Love it!

We orderd on line for several food items for delivery which was accepted inc delivery charge. We got a email from them to say order was now on its way, we live 15 mins walk awAy from the restaurant, after another 35 mins we rang them to see what had happend as total wait time was now over 1hour since place order. They say the driver would set off now?? So why did they email me 35mins prior to say it was on its way.. when we got the food the chicken was burnt to a cinder the chips were cold and pure white not cooked proper and the chicken burger was drenched in fat in the bun. That bad we just binned the lot as even though my dog was sat nearby we would not even have fed her this carbage. I feel that bad that i hope the bin man wont look in our bin to see what type of waste we have put in there.

Ordered a few times for here the pizzas are good, the kebabs are huge and the meal deals are random but good value. Delivery is quick as well

Been better seems re heat chips okay to serve and don't seem to care about returning customers anymore normally order few times month but takes to long and even cold when comes to the door will give a miss for a while and try again maybe in few months

I was left hanging for about half an hour aftermy food was not delivered on time. And only after i called that place the italian star i was informed they weretoo busy and my food would be delivered about a half an hour later than a stated time on my order.

Delicious food and fast delivery beating the time quoted! Only thing I would say is maybe provide sauces separate rather than being on the food but that's just due to personal preference nothing negative! Would definitely recommend 5 🌠

The order came half an hour early, I had a missed call from the driver who told us that there was no one in (which there was). Then rang the takeaway who told us that the driver went to a house who said "no one ordered a takeaway". Fair enough if he got the wrong house, but I was being told 2 completely different stories. They said it would be another half an hour for it come (which turned out to be 40 minutes). The food was okay, but not worth the wait.

Superb as usual and our favourite take away place. The sour lollies made the children hyper though!

2 and a half hours and still waiting for my food.

Well the Mrs like loved the kebab. Not greasy not clogged together, was amazing. Chips were not to bad cheese wasn't soft but bit of salt tastea great! Quick delivery and the man was patient trying to find us!

Not happy we ordered our food before 11 o'clock last night said it qould be delivered for 11:45 waited over an hour for our order for it not to arrive no phone call or anything to let us know so we ain't happy

It was noted that the garlic bread had to be plain but was sent a cheesy garlic bread. It took another 30 minutes to deliver the plain garlic bread. I ordered Fanta and was sent Pepsi. There was no garlic dip
