I placed an order for delivery at 6.20pm tonight only for 1 Starter and one main this did not arrive until 3 hours later 😡 I rang them 3 times in the 3 hours only got a verbal apology my evening was ruined and won’t be ordering again!

So disappointed. We ordered our food just after 6pm to be delivered at 8pm. The food was almost 90 minutes late. We were absolutely starving and it ruined our plans for the evening too because it was so late. The food was nice enough but nothing special. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Used to be my favourite Thai Take away on the Fylde. Every meal was delicious. Went on 7th April 2023 and it wasn't just bad, it was dreadful. I'm hopeful Thai Thip can return to its former glory and make the best Thai food again, food that it is (was) capable of. In this instance dry fried rice, massive clump of noodles with no taste and zero fresh vegetables, some frozen brocoli scattrered throughout. Sad to see the change, I'm assuming due to costs/energy food quality too a hit, but it's a step too low

Wouldnt know as i was waiting 1 hour and 40 mins after been told half an hour then rang twice for them to say he is comong back for it now come on no thai gaff is that busy load of rubbisb dont recommend

Live Local and had about 4 takeaway’s now all been so tasty and throughly enjoyed them all, unfortunately haven’t took a photo because once you start eating you just can’t stop till it’s all gone. We have had a lot of Thai takeaways but Thai Tip is definitely the best tonight we had green Thai curry and Red Thai curry and 2 coconut rice between two and devoured the lot! Delicious food.

265-267 Devonshire RoadAbsolutely shocking service, if you want an attitude when they forget the other half of your order on delivery then come here! The manager is one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to, the lack of responsibility and professionalism is beyond me. When contacted to tell them half the food is missing and they have then said they would send it out 40 mins has gone by and no food. I’ve then contacted then to say I wanted a refund but was shouted at by the manager, luckily I recorded his phone call and will be sending it to the owner. If I had the option of 0 stars i would. Food tasted shocking anyway. Go to zest of India instead, also a little reply to your reply, I think you’ll be abit shocked in the next few days mate, showing even more now the lack of respect for customers. How this business is still open I do not know but I’ll be telling every person I know to stay away. Also the replacement meal was agreed upon but not to take for over 40 minutes, that’s taking the absolute mik. I think a refund wasn’t a bad request for the way you speak to people and how bad this restaurants service is 🤣 Also take a look at your other reviews. I think it’s fair to say this place isn’t worth anyone’s time or money, and that they are clearly the common denominator. Also the refund wasn’t requested untill after it took nearly over a hour to correct my order so I think we really know who is lying, like I said guys don’t waste your money on this shop, had better curry’s out of a microwave.
