The best restaurants serving Default food in Sunnyhurst Blackburn with Darwen North West

We visited this eatery after leaving another local restaurant due to bad service and what a lovely greeting we got from the owner and shown directly to our table. The owner asked if we had been before and when we replied no he explained how the service operated. He informed us as to the set charge as the tapas is all you can eat for a very reasonable set price. We tried just about everything on the menu and it was all cooked and prepared beautifully. Very nice place with very nice staff.

Artisan Cafe hosted my parents’ evening reception after tying the knot over the weekend!! 💒 The team accommodated for our tight schedule to surprise our parents. Thank you for going above and beyond to meet our wishes. The ladies on the bar were fab 🫶🏻 We’ll hopefully see you again in the future🥂

Had several takeaways from Marco Polo and one thing I can say is inconsistency is their main asset from delivery times to quality of food tonight’s pizza was a soggy marguerita when we ordered spagnola piccante, Garlic bread was no thicker than a piece of paper, but on the positive side the fries were ok but for £1.80 for a regular portion we would expect more than 10 each 😡😡😡🤮

Just ordered on just eat. Food not very warm. £48 for a 12 inch pizza £18 . 2 mixed keebab. £12.50 each. Looks like extra small Kebabs and 1 chips. Zero value for money. £12.50 for a shocking bite size keebab. I actually can’t believe you can charge that amount for next to nothing. I could eat this on my own. Save ya money and go somewere else. Rubbish. Waste of £48

Went to the bottomless brunch on Sunday . Very impressed with the service we received. They were very attentive and we was never without a drink. Food was great too. Wide selection of drinks. Will be returning. Can’t thank them enough for the great service.

We went for Christmas Day, me my husband and my three sons. It was fantastic, we thought you had to order off the Christmas menu but you didn’t, we had the full menu to choose from. We ordered the starter for four which was delicious and masala lamb chop which were out of this world. The mains, jalfrezi, chicken masala, prawn purée were fantastic. The staff couldn’t do enough for you, they made us feel really welcome, having a few jokes it was great. We will definitely be booking for next year. Thank you to all the staff at Akash you made our day really special.

Two girls one very young! Serving drive through and inside counter? 20 mins waiting at the counter? One more staff would have made a lot of people happy. Instead or irritated.

I am badly disabled now I do like the steak pudding from here NEVER AGAIN 1st time they came out drove pass me took 13min to get to me 2nd time same again 3rd time same again 4th time even worse he didn't just drive pass my home he went in the CUD-SAC now my instructions were very clear a 5yr old could understand do not go into THE CUD-SAC he than got out and walked my food was cold I did scream at the stupid little man and this is suppose to be the owner I said 16min its taken you since you drove pass my food is called the very thick man said "HOW DO YOU NO" I said here feel it take it back and came in NEVER GET A TAKE AWAY DELIVERED unless you want it cold

Had a fabulous Sunday lunch today at the alex today. It's so good to see a local business starting to thrive after such a year so far. We pre ordered our Sunday lunch platter yesterday when we booked a table. The food is amazing we really enjoyed it and fabulous service from the team too. We will definitely be coming again
