Went to the bottomless brunch on Sunday . Very impressed with the service we received. They were very attentive and we was never without a drink. Food was great too. Wide selection of drinks. Will be returning. Can’t thank them enough for the great service.

Went with friends on sunday to try the new menu and 2 of us opted for the roast beef and 2 of us the cheese pie. When i say this is hands down the best roast beef i have ever eaten is not an understatement ! So tender and full of flavour. The roast garnish was perfect too and the giant yorkies were to die for . My husband said his cheese pie was up there with the best he has had. Was a little quiet which was suprising with food of this quality but im sure that will change when the word gets out. Will defo be returning soon. 1 small critisism was the 2 girls front of house who were very polite could have been a little more attentive as we had to get up to ask for more drinks and pay at bar. Didn't change our opinion of the Bank .good work guys

Went in in thursday 9th feb following a recommendation from a friend about the food We had drinks after about 10 minutes but were sadly neglected after that, guy way out of his depth saying he was massively behind, never took our order, I as hungry and we decided to leave and gave the girl behind the bar £15 for. A pint of peroni and a bramble cocktail.. she gave me the look like I had two heads.. very unimpressed.. will have words with friends.. won’t come back soon

Good food, especially for sharing, at a decent price. Bit cold if you eat in the conservatory type extension at the back though

Thee food was very good,. I had the red pepper hummus, but it came with a lot of diced spring onion on top; given that hummus has quite a delicate flavour, to enjoy this course I had to scrape the onions off. Also, it was on the cold side, as if it had been taken straight from the fridge. Portion-wise it was excellent, there was certainly plenty of food. Then I had apple and blackberry crumble with custard. The fruit was delicious, but the crumble was a bit too sugary and sweet for my taste. In fact, it crunched as if I was eating sugar. I left a birthday present for a friend, whom I knew would be dining the day after. I was assured that it would be given to her, actually on her birthday . It wasn’t. When I rang up to complain. I was told that it must have been overlooked. The waitress who said her name is Beth, kept on addressing me as “ darling’ . That kind of familiarity isn’t really a suitable form of address to a woman in her third age. At first I thought it was amusing, it then became annoying.

The food was really nice great service feel welcome and not pricy 10/10 would definitely recommend and come again

Amazing Sunday lunch homemade food and everything was tasty. I am now preparing to come back and try other items on the menu. Bring a big appetite and you won't be disappointed.

We have just had two takeaway Cajun Chicken Burgers with fries. The Chicken was absolutely beautiful. So tasty and succulent and very good sized chicken breasts. Would definitely recommend. Lovely to have somewhere like this in Darwen.

My cousin and I visited here during the week. The food we ordered was very well portioned, cooked very well and was very reasonably priced. The only thing that let it down was the desert - the portion size was nothing compared to the mains, and cost just under a few quid less and it took 40 minutes to come out - despite this, we had a great experience and we will be coming back!

Visited last night with a friend and enjoyed some amazing cocktails and absolutely beautiful food! I ordered the mussels for starters and my friend and I both had the 8oz rump for mains, couldn’t find any fault at all! All the staff who served us were patient, friendly and offered many recommendations all with a smile too! Can’t wait to come back.

Average food at a hefty price, kids running amok, the local sop spouting on to anyone near him, won't be returning here

Visited here on Monday evening. Quick service, beautiful surroundings, friendly staff and top notch food! Had The Bank Mac - not for the faint hearted! My friend highly recommends the vegan burger...... even if you’re not that way inclined! Cheers to the chef and his team for making this an awesome experience

Moved to Darwen last year and was looking for a good place to eat once lockdown ended. Booked at The Bank for 16.45 today. We waited 30 minutes for our drinks to arrive and a further 25 for the food and had to ask our waitress for both. She was not on the ball at all. However, Olly stepped in and sorted our mains and drinks from then on and was an absolute star! Motto of the day: don't let one dodgy waitress ruin your opinion of a great place to eat. THANK YOU OLLY!

As the title said, quite happy to take your money during the day, but tell you to remove your hat latter on. Also do not order the dirty fries, thank me latter!

Shocking!! 3 of us, spend £90 and went home hungry. No children's menu when I got told on booking it would be ready for outdoor dining. So my 9 year old got a small mac and cheese and it were filled with chives, my 9 year old won't eat and it were claggy. I ordered mussels which were tiny and no butter with the bread. Hubby got steak baguette which were in his words O.K. cocktails were undrinkable, put mine down the drain. Asked if they had Archers, no. Asked if they had Malibu, no. Got told they did drinks that were different to other places. One thing that were good was the desserts. At least 3 children dining at the time and there were a loud, rowdy group behind us, swearing and doing what ever they wanted, staff didn't bother. We won't be returning, felt robbed.

Just been to The Bank for lunch with my daughter and its lovely inside and outside, obviously sat outside but walking through to get there you can see its has had a full on refurb and has been done very tastefully, we ordered the Lamb...

We ordered from the bank as we heard the food was good, it was very good in fact. Came on time and was hot and tasted great would recommend. Looking forward to being able to sit in and enjoy a meal

Food is outstanding everytime! They serve meat, veggie and vegan dishes beautifully. The staff are all very friendly and always professional. Its a great addition to Darwen ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
