Not had Greggs in yrs they were piping hot really tasty excepted for the Sausage Roll taste like the pepper pot had fallen in yuk .....

Good delivery apart from the coffee being spilt during transport.

if you're ordering breakfast I hope you really like breakfast. I ordered sausage butties for myself and my husband, opened the bag up to find each sandwich had 6 sausages on them and there were 2 extra sausages thrown in the bag for his measure. Very random! Ordered chicken sandwiches for lunch, both were very nice. good reasonable price on the deal.

Shocking delivery, knocked on the door once and then left my food to go cold on the doorstep. By the time I got there the driver was no where to be seen

The members of staff at darwen Greggs Clearly don’t know how to read a receipt. I ordered a bacon & sausage sandwich but only received BACON. Poor SERVICE. Should be closed down and everyone sacked. Also the bacon was burnt, hard and crispy it was disgusting.

Waited over and hour and half for my order and it was freezing waste of money won’t be ordering from here again

Just received my order everything there however was handed my coffee with a wet through bag and no coffee in it the driver said it has spilt and it was staffs fault, the coffee had gone all over the sausage roll and cheese toastie too.

Food arrived almost cold, I ordered two sausage and bacon baguettes, one of them only contained 1 sausage. This is the first time I've ordered breakfast from Greggs and it will probably be the last time.

Bought a pizza and hot drink deal. Staff were very friendly though muffled and difficult to hear. Hot chocolate was painfully hot to hold even through packaging, attempts to even sip at the drink painfully scalded the tongue. That's dangerous! The pizza was fairly good.

0 stars over an hour and a half late and after that he couldn't find my address and expected me to go and meet him on the other side of the estate not happy at all!!!!

I don't know if it's the shop or the drivers fault, but I'm missing every item I ordered except a single drink.

Rang about the previous order with missing items and the woman on the phone was very apologetic about the driver not taking both bags of food. Got all my items now with a few freebies, thank you very much!

Just kept adding time to the delivery. Tried to cancel it - couldn't as 'they were making it'. 45 minutes later it showed up. Won't use again.

Driver didn't have a clue where he was delivering. I had to go out and flag him down!! Then the order was missing a pepperoni pizza sharing box. Fuming as it was a treat for my son and he ended up with nothing!!

today spent £22. we order different items including pasties for children and 2 x double breakfast roll for me and my partner. on arrival there was no double breakfast rolls. rand darwen shop spoke to staff member (Bev i think as line was bad) she said sorry about that forgot to put them in and she said contact just eat for refund! I siad i wanted the food burtshe apoligised and said that is up to just eat if they will come to get them! Ridiculous. takes at least 2 days for just eat to respond. it wasn't just eats fault it was Greggs, so take resonsibility Greggs as this is not good customer service.

They only delivered 1 bag out of 2 I asked the driver where the other bag was and he said he didn't get it. I called Greggs and they said they gave him 2 bags. He stole my order

My sandwich was out of stock but they replaced it with a better sandwich. Thanks Gregg's team. Oh not so keen on the pumpkin spice latte but it was my first time trying it there.

Food and coffee needed warming no spread on either baguettes.

Sausage roll fresh and warm, tea cake lovely and soft sandwich nice. Only fault was I ordered a white coffee with caramel and got a black coffee

I rang up about an order I placed in Just Eat which had been cancelled, I wanted to know why so I could maybe order something else and the woman answered the phone fine, I then stated I was ringing due to Just Eat cancelling my order and she said "oh" and hung up immediately.

Well Darwen Greggs isnt a patch on the Mall Blackburn Greggs, delivery was almost an hour long, they sent me the wrong crisp, and never listened to my note of... please may you pack some sugars for my latte, never got any! last week all was perfect from Blackburn.

Coffee had laid on its side on the journey here. Driver handed it to me in the bag. hot liquid leaking all over my hands and all over the floor. half a cup of coffee left. not very happy I'm afraid

Greggs bacon rolls are really good but both on my order was stone cold not one bit of heat in the bacon at all so had no choice than to warm up!

Abysmal service! Missed item in food and response was “oh we didnt have in stock - request a refund”. No option to replace and no effort to let us know that the item was missing

Food arrived fresh & piping hot. Branch phoned to advise that some items weren't available - we chose substitutions & were surprised to find extra items were sent. We phoned to advise them & they replied that it wasn't a mistake - it's what they do to ensure their customers receive full value for money (+some extra). Brilliant staff - thank you!

Ordered extra bacon on my BF roll didn’t get it. The bacon looked uncooked Ordered bacon and chicken baguette received chicken got a tea no sugar or milk came with it. I should be refunded. So disappointed

Ordered 4 sandwiches- 1 missing Payed for extra on a sandwich and didn’t get extra, slimy undercooked bacon. Called the store staff don’t seem interested. STAY AWAY

Some days my hot coccy is the best no massive lumps and smooth right through but someday you don't bother staring it and it ends up lumpy it's not nice taist s there but hate lumps in my brews, please have all staff check this in future, my bacon butty was so good, and my daughter enjoyed her omelet t-cake woe your omelets ar out this world thanx

No milk or sugar which you may say is ok. But I do not do milk or sugar or carbs ( I ordered for my son who was visiting ) bacon and sausage breakfast. Also the tea had almost gone as it was all but spilled.
