missed of half of my order and the number for the restaurant is invalid

The breakfast was good, satisfied with filling although the hash browns were inedible dry and hard! Delivery time kept changing but arrived in the end.

Lovely service from the lady who phoned me in regards to a product not being available, however it was easily swapped to something also delicious and a very kind and thoughtful sweet treat with a lovely smiley face drawn on its wrapper 😊 brilliant service thankyou

there was a little mess up but the lovely lady on the call soon sorted that for us they phoned me before I phoned the which I find amazing, as the number on here does not work, thankq for your quick reaction to an tiny little mess up, we all make mistakes every now and again we are only human, thankq guys, and thankq to the amazing delivery driver

Purchased a Katsu Chicken bake and absolutely no Chicken in the pastie at all! For a £2.20 I’d expect a bit of chicken in it. Greggs used to be value for money but are just greedy profit making company now.

Every time I get a meal they put the wrong item in it

i put in the wrong address and then they wouldn’t let me change it or even give a refund :(

The order did not turn up but it’s down as being delivered not the first time this has happened

Missing Brown sauce, roll was buttered which I didn't request, wrong coffee sent. Very disappointing considering the cost. I would avoid this.

Apart from them getting my order wrong it was still hot my hash browns where abit stale but fast delivery n food still tasted good

Lovely driver as always. Food is all here and very warm, and barely a drop was spilled from the drinks. Been ordering from here for quite a while and will continue to do so

Just be careful if you're ordering doughnuts. They'll often give you the sweaty, pre-boxed doughnuts from the shelf that are probably a couple of days old. The ones that I just ordered went straight in the bin. The pizza slices were fine.

Pizzas came burnt. Had black bits all over it due to it being way overcooked

Late and stone cold. Had to put it in the oven to warm it up. This is the 2nd time now. Wont be going again. Which is a shame as the food, when on time is great!

I didnt get my ordered although its saying it has been delivered this has happened 4 times in the last 2 weeks sort your drivers out twice he has just been sitting on a road for ages hen suddenly says the foods been delivered

Breakfast sandwich are ok, my son loves the hash browns. Greggs own cold coffee isn't nice in my opinion.

Not had Greggs in yrs they were piping hot really tasty excepted for the Sausage Roll taste like the pepper pot had fallen in yuk .....

if you're ordering breakfast I hope you really like breakfast. I ordered sausage butties for myself and my husband, opened the bag up to find each sandwich had 6 sausages on them and there were 2 extra sausages thrown in the bag for his measure. Very random! Ordered chicken sandwiches for lunch, both were very nice. good reasonable price on the deal.

The members of staff at darwen Greggs Clearly don’t know how to read a receipt. I ordered a bacon & sausage sandwich but only received BACON. Poor SERVICE. Should be closed down and everyone sacked. Also the bacon was burnt, hard and crispy it was disgusting.

Just received my order everything there however was handed my coffee with a wet through bag and no coffee in it the driver said it has spilt and it was staffs fault, the coffee had gone all over the sausage roll and cheese toastie too.

Food arrived almost cold, I ordered two sausage and bacon baguettes, one of them only contained 1 sausage. This is the first time I've ordered breakfast from Greggs and it will probably be the last time.

Bought a pizza and hot drink deal. Staff were very friendly though muffled and difficult to hear. Hot chocolate was painfully hot to hold even through packaging, attempts to even sip at the drink painfully scalded the tongue. That's dangerous! The pizza was fairly good.

0 stars over an hour and a half late and after that he couldn't find my address and expected me to go and meet him on the other side of the estate not happy at all!!!!

Rang about the previous order with missing items and the woman on the phone was very apologetic about the driver not taking both bags of food. Got all my items now with a few freebies, thank you very much!

Just kept adding time to the delivery. Tried to cancel it - couldn't as 'they were making it'. 45 minutes later it showed up. Won't use again.

Driver didn't have a clue where he was delivering. I had to go out and flag him down!! Then the order was missing a pepperoni pizza sharing box. Fuming as it was a treat for my son and he ended up with nothing!!

today spent £22. we order different items including pasties for children and 2 x double breakfast roll for me and my partner. on arrival there was no double breakfast rolls. rand darwen shop spoke to staff member (Bev i think as line was bad) she said sorry about that forgot to put them in and she said contact just eat for refund! I siad i wanted the food burtshe apoligised and said that is up to just eat if they will come to get them! Ridiculous. takes at least 2 days for just eat to respond. it wasn't just eats fault it was Greggs, so take resonsibility Greggs as this is not good customer service.

They only delivered 1 bag out of 2 I asked the driver where the other bag was and he said he didn't get it. I called Greggs and they said they gave him 2 bags. He stole my order

Ordered extra sausage, didn't get it. Spooky buns not in a box as shown, just dumped into a bag so they arrived squashed.

Took my money for items they didn’t have 😡 ordered 2 drinks and 2 pizzas, only got the 2 drinks and still charged. Lack of customer care as usual.

My sandwich was out of stock but they replaced it with a better sandwich. Thanks Gregg's team. Oh not so keen on the pumpkin spice latte but it was my first time trying it there.

Sausage roll fresh and warm, tea cake lovely and soft sandwich nice. Only fault was I ordered a white coffee with caramel and got a black coffee
