Disgusting chicken. Cold dry. Shriveled up crap. Stale t cakes. Gone down hill big time this place

My food went wrong places but staff went above and beyond to replace it there fantastic

The chicken was tasty! While the chips/fries were rock hard! Like they had been refried more than they should have been! They was so over cooked there was no signs of potatoes in them!!!! The young girl serving should have binned them and made fresh!

Food arrived piping hot. The spicey chicken burgers was excellent as usual. My wife said she thoroughly enjoyed her chicken wrap. Every was of an high quality, offering very good value for money.

Excellent hot food delivered by a very nice friendly delivery man. Prices on takeaways, as all food items have soared over the last two years but Dixyland Chicken & Ribs is still best high quality food and value takeaway in this area. I especially recommend their spicy chicken burgers, the best I ever eaten.

Food was ready to collect 15 minutes before stated collection time, 10 out of 10 food, we even requested extra red salt on the chips and they were literally covered to perfection ( every single chip covered 😋) Thank you!

It’s the first time i’ve ordered from here and i can honestly say i would definitely be ordering again, the food came abit early which i wasn’t bothered about and was hot .

Everything was really fresh and exactly as I asked for it - as it is every time. The chips are perfect. Staff are lovely too and always make sure they’ve got it right. Can’t recommend enough, my favourite takeaway.

Ribs had no meat on them. Chips were overcooked. Burger was undercooked and literally fell apart. Those were the only three things on my order, and it was all awful.

The food was slightly late being delivered but was hot on arrival and the delivery driver very courteous so not really a major issue.

Chicken burger was hard and the chips and gravy was really salty and not edible

Popcorn chichen? Popcorn batter more like..... Deluxe burger with half a tub of mayo. Grease. A lettuce leaf. Accompanied by a mountain of over done chips. £20!!

All my extra choices/changes were all done & nothing was missing or substituted. My food was good, fresh, well cooked, & piping hot!! Never had a problem before with the food, but I ordered tonight and not only had the portion sizes dramatically gone down but it was barely lukewarm. When I phoned up to tell them, the teenage girl working there handed the phone over to cat stating ‘it’s someone moanin about their food’. With an attitude like that, I’ll be surprised if they still have customers. Gave an extra star for restaurant service due to how lovely cat was when she came on the phone.

Sent wrong food and was shocking quality. We ordered from here last week and it was 100%. Tonight was shocking

Burger had minimal salad, was cold and chicken hard. Chicken strips tasted of oil and fat. Fries were the best part of the meal. Will not be returning.

Well where do I start?.. They delivered it early which was great because we was starving lol.. The food was nice and hot and tasted lovely.. The chips are the best I've had from any takeaway.. And they took notice of the note I left and put the cans in I'd asked for and the red salt on the chips.. Brilliant service all round!.. Thanks.

By accident found I'd selected to pick up the food, but no worries rang the shop and everything was quickly rectified.. No trouble.. Food as usual... was delicious.

Chicken strips weren’t fresh and crispy, were a bit soggy. Chips were unseasoned, they usually come with red salt on but there were plenty. Ribs were tasty but a bit too saucy. Gravy was good!

Absolutely dreadful Didn't turn up on ringing they said my order had gone to another address and they was sending fresh order when it finally came was in a bag that had clearly been opened and boxes had been opened,items missing and everything was stone cold its now gone straight in the bin as I'm not sure where on earth my food has been as it certainly was not fresh from the shop,delivered by a young man who couldn't wait for me to check just thrown bag at me and legged it fuming won't ever go back to this place again
