The service is just as great as the food and PRICES are amazing very cheap.Ordering is easy, the staff is always friendly and polite, and our order is always ready on time. Even when we’ve had it delivered, it arrives hot and fresh, which is a big plus.

We always use number 39 as we are fussy and they always follow instructions and if ever we have had a problem they always sort it out

Food cold a the kebab was not nice very bitter. The so called burger was disgusting squashed and flatter that toast

This is the 3rd time they have forgotten to put the sauce on. I even wrote in the comments to remind them. They won't be getting another chance .

Orderd a chicken kebab with salad and sauce came with a pitta bread with a load of chicken thrown in . We also ordered a garlic bread and instead ended up with a cold pepperoni pizza

Been using no39 for over a year now and we order weekly from here. I thought we would be seen as a good customer but obviously not. Tonight the pizza was like rubber, the kebab was the left over bits and to top it off it was late too by 90 minutes. The only good thing about tonight's order was the driver who was very pleasant. We certainly won't be ordering from here for a while.

rang shop they said it had left 10 mins ago by this time I'd waited well over an hour rang again said there was a problem with just eat and would make it now so was well over an an hour and half late. never again

absolutely amazing as usual, my son asked where it was from because its his new favourite place for a kebab! I won't go anywhere else

Just ordered on just eat. Food not very warm. £48 for a 12 inch pizza £18 . 2 mixed keebab. £12.50 each. Looks like extra small Kebabs and 1 chips. Zero value for money. £12.50 for a shocking bite size keebab. I actually can’t believe you can charge that amount for next to nothing. I could eat this on my own. Save ya money and go somewere else. Rubbish. Waste of £48

Brilliant as always, food hot and good quality the only feedback is the size of a large kebab is less than anticipated could have a little more chicken, the chips are always spot on and loaded with cheese

always forget something, ordered a burger and asked for no cheese, the put cheese on it, ordered again the same order, just a plain burger and chips, they forgot the chips and put sauce on my burger. useless.

I’ve been going to number 39 since I was 18 I’m now 58 so 40 yrs I’ve tried others but they don’t come close to number 39

Has ownership changed? I used to order from here a lot, didn’t order for a while. Quality seems to have changed, notably the chips. I ordered twice recently and both times chips were over cooked and stale, like they be sat for a while. No red salt?

Excellent kebab as always, only criticism is the portions seem to be getting smaller. I don't know why this is.

Despite noting that I didn't want sauce ON the kebab, they smothered it again AND put some in a tub. This is the sencond time in a week or so they have done this soooo...On 6th April I phoned them as I ordered and asked them not to put sauce on the kebab and to put it "on the side". I paid as I was speaking to them and then the idiots then said if want to have sauce on the side there was an extra charge - Are they having a laugh ?? Needless to say I cancelled the order. We have ordered from No39 so many times I couldn't count but not again ..

order was 10 minutes late , the pizzas we ordered they was both burnt to a crisp I mean black burnt no sauce added as asked , kebabs the shish was stone cold but crispy burnt awful I couldn't eat it chicken on the other kebab was the same black and cold oh and no sauce added . what has happened to number 39 ?

Best kebabs in Darwen, but tonight the portion was a lot smaller than what we normally get for a large kebab. We spend a lot of money here. It was still a nice kebab.

This place is discusting food , service was awful ! AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs

2 hours after ordering I called up and was told 20 minutes its on its way. 20 minutes from town to sunnyhurst. 2 minutes later phonecall to say he'd lied it hadn't left claim a refund online. Tut tut usually order from golden grill but they had been sensible and stopped taking orders above what they can manage. Letting people down is very very poor

The food arrived late but was piping hot and on queue as always, very very tasty, the take away communicated promptly with me and delivered as soon as they could explaining they was very busy. One of my favourite take aways and usually never later to be fair.

pizza was very good,delicious and came very hot. burger was poor quality and i can do better by my self.In burger was use chip meat from shop.Fries came hot and have good taste bit after hour was not good any more for eat.Kebab tasted good and very hot.

I did not receive my order it was out for delivery between 2.00 / 2.30 am I waited up till 3.30 / 3.45 and no food was delivered I want to be refunded

Overall good. Only issue we had was I ordered a Large and got a small. One quick phone call and the issue was resolved.

really rubbish service tonight two hours we waited for our food after being told it on it way several times I went down I can be done with lyes will not be coming back after 4 years of using this place tonight put me off

Food never delivered. Updated to 25 minutes later after 15 minutes of it being marked as delivered and still didn't arrive after 2 hours of waiting. Not the first time this has happened but it will be the last.

Rang to see where my order was and told it was out gor delivery give it another 15 mins Seems a long time from town centre to my house

No sauce on kebab - very dry, naan burnt again dry, both chips were soggy and greasy

Delivery nearly two hours, when arrived food and drinks missing, driver returned with missing bits shortly after, I had to call them to let them know, this is a regular thing when ordering from here, delivery is always so long, the food is really nice too, shame it’s let down by the delivery times.

The attitude of these guys is awful ! I went in last night after a few drinks to grab a pizza the price board said £7.50 when it come to paying he said £8.50 so I questioned it as anyone would he then said it’s 50p charge for using card ? I said that still doesn’t add up he then said I don’t want to serve you any more get out ? All because I questioned what he was charging ! So I ended up going down to alfresco and they sorted me out a better Pizza and didn’t charge extra !

We always order from here if possible. Love their special kebabs! Pizzas and fries are good too. If ever there is a problem they are always friendly and put it right as quick as they can.
