Santa's Pizza - Blackburn in Blackburn with Darwen

Asked for no onions they put millions on chilli tasted like tomato puree didn't send garlic mayo either burnt chicken wings burnt garlic mushroom

These are supposed to be cheesy chips Just a block of cheese on the chips

Santas Blackburn is DISGUSTENG. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and it tasted chewy and the meat was flavoured horrendously.. The “chips” were raw, might aswell have gave me a potato and I’d have cooked the chips myself. The chips were soggy swimming in Santas special dodgy sauce. Chicken burger made me feel ill and was pink inside, highly undercooked. Kebab was okay. Santa needs to get himself back up to the North Pole and do what he’s best at (not cooking food).

My kenab seemed to be very bland compared to other ones I have had. Plus the chips were warmed up. I was disappointed..

First and last time to order from santas pizza. Food came 40mins late and cold. I don’t even think the food is cold because of delivery, one of the items was cheesy chips - the chips were cold and the cheese wasn’t melted at all, so I think they plated it up cold at the takeaway and sent it out cold - otherwise at least some of the cheese would have melted right? £4.50 for cheesy chips also! The pizzas are very bad quality, frozen pizza bases and fake cheese. The tray of cold kabab meat was tiny, never saw a portion that small from any takeaway, I didn’t even order the small size either paid for their biggest size. When delivery drive arrived I got a call from an unknown number to say ‘driver has arrived’ then hung up - no idea why they didn’t just knock on my door like every other delivery person. I looked outside but couldn’t see anyone, so I called santas to explain what happened, santas then called their delivery guy, and only then could I HEAR the delivery guy, I couldn’t see him because…(I’m not joking)… HE WAS HID BEHIND A BUSH IN MY FRONT GARDEN!!!! The most bizarre delivery I’ve ever had at this house. - I have this on ring camera! They also missed stuff from my order, but was only sauce so never bothered to contact Santas about it. Really disappointing.

Very disappointed used santas for years but today ordered a chicken kebab, stone cold naan hadnt been warmed, absolutely vile

Worse fries ever. Cold, chewy and lifeless. Even the kids didn't eat them. Kebab was ok although the 'salad' consisted of shredded cabbage and onions!

Food not great tonight. I’m not sure if the garlic sauce was expired or just a different brand from previous orders, but it tasted awful & sadly was all over my food.

We live in Darwen and order our Pizza and Kebabs from Santas. They always arrive hot. The quantity and quality of their products are outstanding. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Made an order online for my work colleagues and me. I ordered a kebab combo , chosen Donner and peri peri peri chicken. Got the food delivered got all the food bar the kebab combo with Donner and peri peri peri chicken. They have sent a peri peri chicken with fresh haljupinos so called them up and told them we're missing the kebab combo with Donner and Peri peri chicken. They resend my order but gave me exactly the same peri peri chicken only. I WANTED DONNER KEBAB!!! one job guy one job and you can't even do that

5 for atmosphere is for the delivery drivers from this place, never been in shop, but the lads on drop offs represent the place fantastically. Never had a bad bit of food from this place! Prompt delivery, always piping hot, generous with the pizza toppings too! Highly recommended.

Dear Santa, Food absolutely disgusting donner meat is vile and greasy as. Chips are so wet. Pizza is to thick and toppings are undercooked. Wasted £25 on food that we can not eat. Chilli sauce is the weirdest thing I’ve ever tried in my life…..

Great food and service as always, I go to order other things at times for a change but I know I can always come back to Santas anytime and trust the quality of the food.

Awful food. The pizza was like chewing rubber/plastic. The chicken 'fillet' burger was a big nugget piece. Disgusting. Went straight in the bin as it wasn't edible.

it's the garbage, don't order it, old food you kay get food piosend. it's not grill, it's frozen kebab and heated in a oven. spilled some sauce over it so it get socked. and looks like an old person skin.

Order was wrong, took another hour to deliver correct food. The Pepperoni bears no resemblance to actual pepperoni, tastes closer to donner meat. Possibly the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten.

Asked for no tomatoes on my kebab turned up with NO salad at all and the smallest amount of sauce ever .

The chips were wet and cold. Pizza tasted if nothing at all Chicken strips were chewy and taste like they have been warmed up in a microwave. Not happy at all.

Shawarma tasted really sweet, a really odd flavour we couldn’t get on with. Also arrived lukewarm with grated cheese still in tact on our chips. Shame as used to enjoy santas but quality has gone downhill.

I dont write reviews but this required it. No spice, no taste the pizza base is sweet, more like a brioche bun !!!! Garlic bread even worse. Very disappointing and a waste of £17.00 this was supposedto be a treat for me. Sadly all in bin, which is completely against my ethics.

Pizza was cold and soggy when it arrived as were sides - think the delivery driver took the scenic route rather than restaurant quality but was’t edible though

The jalapeño and cheese bites were lovely, but my pepperoni pizza was gross, not real pepperoni, tasted awful.

Amazing pizza. I had to throw the fries in the bin! Someone put Chilli sauce and all over and unfortunately as someone who has IBS, i couldn’t have any. Very disappointed

Food arrived early. Pizza was nice. Burger was the worst I've had. Was supposed to be a spicy chicken fillet, was nothing spicy about it and was dry.

Ordered stuffed crust and paid extra for it, got normal crust, both pizza and garlic bread were soggy on the bottom, cheese sticks were nice

Might be me ordered Donner and chips payed extra for grilled chicken as a extra no Donner meat £12 for chicken and chips come on

Unfortunately the meat wasn’t given time to rest so by the time I got it, the meat had let out all its juices in to the bun making the burger uneatable. Also, don’t put cucumber on burger! Cucumber isn’t nice warm and should never be on a burger, end of. Rest your meat before putting on bread. Simple lesson to learn, and good YouTube channel will teach you this!

Two tasteless pizzas wouldn’t go back

I ordered a garlic bread with cheese, for the price it's nothing special, quite chewy. Cheesy chips and the donner meat though was nice. However, the delivery driver was very rude. Practically threw the food at me, could possibly of been because he could hear the dogs backing however not necessary as they were locked away.

States FREE delivery but when you order they charge nearly 3 pounds. The food isnt all that nor is it worth the delivery fee. Avoid

The price was high and the food wasn't even tasty because it wasn't baked properly it needed a lot of to be done.

Ordered a Asian style and a margarita pizza arrived fast and hot however wasn’t what I expected. The Asian style was tasteless couldn’t really taste anything it was quite bland I must say, the price was also quite steep. So first time I’ve ordered from here and will be the last time
