So so so rude over the phone. Very disappointing!

Ordered at 5.40 and after 1 hour still no food so we phoned up to be told they had no orders in for delivery and said they would talk to the manager and get back to me. 10 mins later no phone call so phoned then back to be told my full order and that it was being made now. I get the feeling they didn't check their ordering system so we had been forgotten about. After another half an hour the food arrived and it was cooked and hot so can't complain at that part.

Very hot on arrival. Toppings were plenty and flavourful. Best pizza I've had in a long time.

10/10 chicken is amazing, easily beats kfc. Chicken burger beats the McChicken and the fries are the best I've ever had! HIGHLY recommend!!

In the modern day, a food place should take card instead of being cash only. Especially with the pandemic. I doubt they will ever change this either.

Absolutely awful place. Ordered a delivery through just eat. Food never arrived, called to complain and they said they came knocked and no answer so we have apparently wasted their time. (We live in an apartment building, they didn't call to say they were here, it's an ex pub and we are upstairs. Knocking on the door is no good) Even though we are the ones with no food and £18 lighter. Flatly refused to bring the food out ...... Do not use.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Very cheap chewy chicken, cold chips yea just horrible food.

Members of staff discarded litter outside there own front door when asked about it the staff turned there backs on my Mother and I. They should have some respect for the place they live and the customers who have to live in the litter they leave outside there door. BOYCOTT this takeaway

Very greasy food, salad is inedible, no cheese on burger, poor all round basically

The food arrived freezing cold, chips tasted of plastic after warming them up in the microwave and my partner's 'cheese' burger had no cheese and soggy brown salad. Rang to complain and was basically told it was tough that I'd just wasted £8 on an inedible meal.If you're thinking or ordering from here, don't!!! Inedible food and dreadful customer service

It's a good chicken shop but can be a bit greasy sometimes. Pizza is OK bit they do better chicken
