Costa Coffee in Blackburn with Darwen

Two girls one very young! Serving drive through and inside counter? 20 mins waiting at the counter? One more staff would have made a lot of people happy. Instead or irritated.

The M65 Costa is brilliant. The staff are so friendly & it was a life saver for us during lockdown as it was the only cafe open. Spotlessly clean. Would recommend it to anyone

Had been travelling for quite a while so stopped for a quick bite to eat and coffee break. Stood chosing a toastie only to be told ( quite rudely ) off a member of staff that not available as ovens had been turned off as they close at 6pm - but considering this was 5.20 was quite surprised. Maybe if this is your policy it may be worth while stating this on your opening times displayed on entering the services.

Always good service. Sadly none of favourite slated caramel muffins today but I managed a crispy choclate slice instead. Always clean and tidy.

This is my second visit to a Costa within a few hours - Blackburn with Darwen Services on M65. I ordered my usual drink, an I.F.W. - the assistant didn't bother with the head, see attached pic. Tasted appalling.

Great coffee, majority of staff fantastic one or two could smile a bit. Nice and cosy. Excellent choice of cakes.

The staff here are warm and friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome! Coffee etc are the usual great standard too

I love Costa coffee and this is one of my favourites. Nice atmosphere and a good range of options at the services.

Large Costa within the Darwen services at Junction 4 M65. Friendly and helpful chatty staff. A Great place to stop for a hot beverage and slice of cake or toastie.

Even though this service station is a rather small, it brings out excellent customer service. The hot chocolate and caramel latte was lovely as always and the porridge was also lovely -especially with milk rather than water !! The guy that served me and my partner was brilliant! ( tattoos on both arms- didn't catch his name ) defiinalty a credit to Costa !! A great team in general.

So happy to see gluten free savoury food. Chicken caeser wrap yummy. Means finally I can eat something other than cake when I visit. Love the staff here at Darwen friendly chatty and give out plates 😀

Good coffee e very kind and friendly staff....This place was very busy specially in the morning but the staff was fast and very professional. The cakes was good and you have a lot of variety to choice.

Called here specifically this evening after checking opening times online (open until 8pm) Arrived, opening times on display say open until 8pm. Refused service because they decided to close early. How early I don't know, it was 7:40 when I arrived.

Use this outlet 3-4 times a week and always receive a warm welcome from the staff & the manager. Gets busy at times but they seem to cope well but the standard of service never slips and the quality of the coffee and cakes is worthy of praise. Good work, good service. Over and out....Mike & Sheila

nice cakes,poor sandwiches and ok coffee at rip off prices far to expensive for the quality and quantity of food you get.

Yo viajo mucho las autopistas a relación calidad-precio y un buen descanso. Costa asumió la cuatro sitio Petit en los servicios. Una excelente taza de café servido con una sonrisa y un poco de gastar bromas con el hombre. El lugar estaba limpio y limpiar las mesas en cuanto que vacían - es a menudo se pasa por alto en algunos de los servicios más grandes.
