What bag of shirt gravy was cold wouldn't call them beans chips were cold sticks chicken was greasey doughnuts were stale

Placed an order at 12.29 tonight and have not received it, it’s took my money also, not happy at all

I have always ordered from here as the food is awsome, however tonight is the first time i have been in the actual establishment and the service and the way my partner was spoken to was disrespectful and has put me off coming back. No matter how good the food had been for numerous years if the staff are downright rude the first time you go to the establishment its not going to lead to return custom

Ordered a pizza having given me the wrong pizza straight away they messaged and said they would delivered it and I said just credit my account which they say they will takes a few days. Watch this space. Would of thought also I would of been able to quote order number and I would receive one on credit next time I went in maybe for the inconveniences caused

Pizza doughy bread like no taste could only go 1 slice who can make pineapple taste of nothing ... chips fryed to death dry ... £9.50 down the drain ineatable

Talking in their language all the time told two Asian girls of for Talking English!!!! Only talk in own language they were told.

If you like stupidly hot chicken/cat/rat this is the perfect place. If you don't require your innards to feel like a poisonous broth go elsewhere. Only recommend if you need a day off work.

Amazing food at small prices, service is good but the atmosphere isn’t that great as the wallpaper on the walls looks like it’s been photoshopped.

Visited last night after a disappointing visit to wetherspoons. The staff arent particularly friendly. The food was ok, the chips were overcooked but they have red salt which is the best! The chicken wrap was ok but way too much mayonnaise. Prices are good which i suppose reflects the quality

Worst takeaway ever. Me and my familly were getting this for tea. And they was red stuff on my chips. And my mummy got food poisoned. I hate this place at lot. Never come here unless you want a terrible week

Used to order from here regularly as liked the food. Went tonight after a night out, young new ish guy on the till, extremely disrespectful and rude. Ignored me while waiting to order then eventually took my order found him to be arrogant. Before taking payment turned to laugh and joke with colleagues, couldn’t tell what was saying. Made to feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Poor all round, man on the phone is too hard to understand, missed chips off the order and given some random shapes in a tray, when asked I was told the chips would be delivered in 30-40 minutes, obviously we had eaten our meal by then, after several phone calls from the delivery driver we asked them to forget it but still had calls late at night long after we received the first mess, ended up one big stressful experience and I wouldn't recommend to anyone, also very overpriced.

Order was missing items that was paid for.

I have had numerous take away meals ( always delivered) for a couple of years now and they have always been good. I have just recieved my latest order which is the same as I always order the 3 piece VALUE BOX (3 pieces of chicken plus hot wings, frys & a drink) on arrival there were no hot wings so I contacted CRUNCHY CHICKEN who informed me I had ordered a COMBO MEAL (no hot wings) I emphasised that I had ordered the VALUE BOX but they were adamant and quite obnoxious, consiquently I will not use them again due to their attitude. Be very careful and ensure they confirm what you have ordered.

Very good place, fast service with some really good food. I would recommend trying the ‘Zinger Burger’ and the ‘Asian Style Pizza’. You can dine in, takeaway (normally takes 5-10 mins to make) or ask for a delivery, which takes around 30-40 minutes.

Bit annoyed that I paid for large and got the normal amount, food is great tho

I would have rated this place a 6 out of 5 in the past, it used to be so good I ordered on a weekly occasion. Now I have so many problems with this takeaway, I'm not sure if it is under new management or not but they have definitely changed the products/supplier they use, maybe just looking to make more money. The chicken strips are like half the size of my small finger. The chicken fillets are shaped like triangles (strange). The gravy tastes so bad 👎 . The chips have changed and they really aren't the best (careful they are fully cooked through). The popcorn chicken has changed (choosen wrong supplier). You need to read the notes sections and do more to assist your customers like you used too. Advice "customers will pay that little bit more for a great product and service" it really is that simple people. Look after your customers and your customers will keep returning and looking after you.

Crunchy plus is a very good fast food place. It's hygenic and clean establishment. As it is a very friendly services and has many certificates of being one of the best fast food places in Darwen.

Best chicken ever. We love this take away and order regularly. Chicken strips are the best. Favourite take away for miles (even if they do charge me a quid extra for ordering to Blackburn)

Found hair in chips. Fillet burger was bland as was the pizza. Chips weren't great either, even before finding the hair. Won't use again. Not good.

Chicken juicy but tasteless. Not everyone likes red salt on their fries. Sorry but much prefer another chicken shop but that's just my taste. 😐

Loved the chicken strips and Peri peri wings and most of all Peri Peri pizza my family can have it every day. If you haven’t tried then must try once .

Normally ok but the past 3 times I've ordered food has taken over a 1 hour and 40 minutes to come Im still waiting on my food now. I ordered it at 9 o'clock it's now 10:40 they have now lost a customer because of this

I ordered food at 12:30, i got my chicken wrap at 12;45 when the lights were turned off on me as they closed at 1. My argument was that they should have told me before I ordered not once I've started eating, also I had 15minutes to finish my wrap... Start telling people before ordering, very rude employees!

This place is bad, on the phone they can’t even hear you and there pizzas are tiny

You pre-order for food more then an hour and 15 mins in advance yet they are still late Great food but the delivery times takes the p*** sometimes

I will give it 4 stars. The food, delicious - not complaining about that. Just complaining at the actual ‘restaurant’ itself. The tables and chairs have many scratch marks. And the place is always full of teenagers causing trouble. You can’t really help the teenagers, but maybe decorating the place might help. Thank you for your service.

Driving through Darwen with my business partners being unfamiliar with the area, we stopped at Crunchy Plus as it looked very clean and organised from the outside. We glad we did as the staff were extremely polite and helpful and the food was amazingly tasty, so fresh and succulent. Thank you to all the staff at Crunchy you are doing a awesome job and once again thank you for your complimentary drinks and making us feel welcomed. I would recommend Crunchy Plus to everyone as i will definitely be back if in the area again.

Keeps forgetting meals on large dinner time orders and about 20% of the time i have eaten here, ive had "issues" the day after.

As fast food places go this is the best in Darwen
