It was a good experience with Megan and Emma in the bar, they were good at having an overview and a smile for the customers. The food was just as described, good quality of food, wine and beer. A really good experience in a pub with food served.

I ordered the signature avocado sandwich and egg salad, but I didn’t expect that they would be eaten right away! 🥑The avocado sandwich is made with super solid ingredients, fresh avocado slices are spread everywhere, the soft and mellow taste is paired with crisp vegetables, the bread is toasted just right, and the bite is full of wheat flavor. 🥗The egg salad is perfectly seasoned, delicate, dense and not greasy. The mellow aroma of the eggs is cleverly stimulated. There are also a lot of chopped vegetables in it, which is refreshing and nutritious. The environment in the store is bright and clean, and the food is served quickly. After one portion, fatigue disappears instantly. Although the price is not low, the quality and taste are completely worthy of the price. I recommend it to busy migrant workers in London!

I was enjoying the peace and quiet in the upstairs section when they started to play loud music, including rap. This is the third Cafe Nero I've visited recently where the music has been too loud. Anyone who wants to listen to music has their own system these days, and it is just annoying. Starbucks seem to get this and have music on low so it's not intrustive.

I'm working at the sea containers , so I always been to Eat for lunch or grab some food ... I never paid to warm up my food but today Marco try to charged me to toasted the bread .Then when i asked why he says that because the vat it's not include . When I told him that vat and charge extra to worm up some food are totally different he told me that I don't understand ...Pls Marco first be more polite with your regular customers and then pls if you have the police sent to me ! I'm still waiting stupid !!!!

My recent visit to Cafe Nero for a complimentary coffee left me with mixed feelings. On the positive side, I must commend the cafe for its quick and efficient service. The staff was prompt in delivering my order, and I appreciate the speedy process. However, the overall experience took a hit when the coffee, though complimentary, was served at a temperature that could rival the sun. To add to the discomfort, the heat protection sleeve decided to part ways with the cup. It's a small hiccup that, I believe, can be easily addressed. Despite this minor setback, I want to acknowledge the commendable speed and efficiency of the service. With a bit more attention to the finer details, Cafe Nero has the potential to elevate the customer experience even further.

I found a hair in my food. When i took the food back, the staff were not apologetic, didn't want to help me, they've been very rude to me. Told me to talk to the owner next door, didn't want to call him or take me there. When i asked how the owner looks like, they told me "the owner looks like human". The owner wasn't very helpful either. Could not understand why i was upset. In the end he made food for me, but after long conversation and a lot of explanation. Didn't believed that there was a hair in my food, was laughing. I will never go there again, and none of my family members, friends or colleagues either. Terrible experience

WE WERE LATE FOR THE LONDON BRIDGE EXPERIENCE AND YHE THREE MEMEBERS OF STAFF ,AND THE CHEF KEPT THE FOOD READY FOR US ,SO WE COULD RETURN AND ENJOY IT UNHURRIEDLY . THE ONE LADY IS FROM SPAIN, I AM SORRY I COULD GET THE NAMES OF ANY OF THEM BUT WE APPRECIATE THE HARD WORK AND LOVE AND PATIENCE SHOWN WITH SMILES FROM.THE HEART , AND ALL THREE, DESERVE FIVE STARS THREE OLD DOCTORS MET HERE 48 YEARS AFTER ESCAPING FROM CEYLON THANK YOU VERY MUCH XXXX

There is a dining room, a bar and a lovely outside patio. Too cold for that for us tonight, but the dining room is really lovely. Nicely decorated and comfortable. The food and service were outstanding. Each dish was well prepared and had its own flavors and taste. No one size fits all sauces, etc. This is very high quality Thai food in a very nice location.
