Excellent service by Pasha and the team. Had a wonderfully hearty meal and a beautiful time.

My waiter Kushal was very helpful today. His service was excellent, customer service was spot on and he’s been really helpful because this was our first time at Wagamamas. all our food was delivered on time. Couldn’t have asked for more better service. Food was very nice, my girlfriend and I enjoyed it and atmosphere was very lively.

Came for a quick bite to eat whilst in London visiting family. Lovely warm welcoming atmosphere. Food came fresh and hot! Big thanks to a young lad named Kushel, bubbly energy and loved his food recommendations. Will define back on our next visit!!

Management is terrible in this branch. The blonde young girl and short man were aggressive when approached about my son’s food. Very dismissive and ignorant. Will not be visiting this branch again which is sad as the location is beautiful. I also saw one of the kitchen staff coughing all over the pots of food cooking in the back. Needs new management.

Was here for dinner and all I could say is service is was amazing food came out quick and tasted great. Kush and ceria were amazing.

Service was so awful we had couldn’t even sit down to look at the menu. Staff didn’t smile once and were so unwelcoming, the young woman serving us made it feel as though we were disrupting her and her other colleagues from sitting on the customer seats by the door chatting. First time I’ve ever left any restaurant and first time I’ve ever felt I needed to leave a review

Takeaway, food really good, only the koko prawns crackers seem a bit dryer

As always great and tasty food at wagamama's. The location is different than others and a little bit noisy. But it's worth visiting it.

Thomas, the Hungarian waiter, is possibly one of the most charming, professional, and courteous servers I have ever encountered. The Wagamama menu here is the same as most locations, but Thomas's attitude and service made it a great visit. Excellent.

I'm normally a bit put off by high street chain restaurants (they have their place but given the choice I'd prefer an independent restaurant) but this was actually really great and catered very well for the kids. Good experience

The food tasted bland and wasn't tasty for what it was. We couldn't eat anything for 2 days afterwards. No recommendation. But the food was beautifully prepared, you have to give them that.

Unusually poor service, I went in sat down and waited for 15 minutes, no one came up to ask for my order, I saw a couple come in and immediately be served. It wasn’t busy, what was the reason? I got up and left.

I ordered chicken and prawn noodle but there was not much chicken and prawn pieces and chicken and prawn wasn't hot but service and stuff is good and friendly

Very good location, spacious seating under the railway arch and friendly service. BUT. veg Katsu curry not good at all. Unidentifiable slices of veg in brittle batter ( inedible with chopsticks) yucky yellow sauce on rice. All rather disappointing

Awful! Food portion are ridiculously small. Food is low quality and overpriced. Service is awful. We asked for a table and they said it was closed, but 5 minutes later a couple walked in and they gave that exact table. Never coming back!

The food service was swift. We needed to wait a bit for seating but after the food came quickly and thank you for the nice time for Tamas.

It's always a pleasure to go to London, I always find it beautiful and modern, I found myself in this place by chance, kind welcome, friendly staff, you eat well and you don't spend a lot, I recommend it

One of the worst wagamamas I have ever been to. Sat with dirty plate in front of me for 25 minutes before someone finally came and took it away when I asked for the bill. Was told to pay online but not given a table number so this was not possible. Generally very chaotic and an utter shambles. Nobody seems to have a clue what is going on. One to avoid!

I recently dined at Wagamama and had an exceptional experience. The menu offers a wide variety of delicious Japanese and Asian-inspired dishes, with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. I particularly enjoyed the yasai yaki soba and the tofu firecracker, both bursting with flavor. The service was prompt and friendly, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere. My choice of food was absolutely amazing. I’m quite picky however this time I was 100% happy with the food. Service is beyond belief carrying and lovely. We will come back here over and over again

The guy didn't let me sit outside when there were plenty of empty tables because the tables were big? When he could just seperate it by ease. So i will say terrible service

I went there with my parents on last Saturday. The food was excellent and the ambience was very good. The waiting time was not the worst unlike other places. We were served by Sadi , she was very helpful in choosing the right items from the menu.

It’s a decent quiet place with good ambience, and the service was reasonable nice. The washrooms were not so well maintained.

Great for date nights, good food and nice atmosphere. I ate a nice ramen and my husband ate pad Thai. Also cool appetisers and dessert options. Staff was friendly and courteous.

We were met with smile when we arrived. Service was friend and fast even when the restaurant was busy. Food was tasty! A lot of vegan options.

Poor service, drinks came out as we were finishing the food and were wrong, items forgotten and no apologies made and were still on the bill at the end!

The food was nice but the service was really poor. When you’re shown to your table and then left to it without any drinks for 20 minutes it really isnt great. The restaurant wasnt that busy and the waiting staff just looked like they were distracted by anything other than serving the customers. When you go to a restaurant and the staff cant be bothered it really grates on me

This location is always a good place to get away a bit from the Borough Market nearby. They usually have a table available, the food is quick, and not terribly priced for london.

Food was great, however, came delayed after the order had been given and the waiter didn't record it. He read our entire it back to us (I was here with my very good friend) but clearly didn't record the item that was missing in the end. This can happen, sure, but it was the first item that was ordered and we repeated it twice. The situation was resolved before payment and the initially ordered item was given to us without charge. Five stars for Alex who managed the entire situation this late at night. That's the last thing you want to happen so late and you approached the entire situation so well! One star for Pasha who went to totally ignore me during customer service and when bringing the drinks to our table but was very sweet to my good friend and tried to get a good review out of him. We can tell fake behaviour, your customers aren't dumb. And you won't get a good review by apologising and saying, "Could you please give me a good rating otherwise I'll get marked down." If you get annoyed with people, not taking their order correctly on purpose is not the way to go either. Work on your customer service and at least try not to show that you're annoyed and dislike females. Regards, an Assistant Manager who works in hospitality!

Food was good, the service was great, it is good for value. But toilets were dirty and smelly, not cleaned...and for women it was not possible to access.

Comida a Asiática buena y completa… … es una cadena bastante socorrida para hacer una parada, comer bastante bien, rápido y muy bueno. Arroz, pasta con toques asiáticos. La zona está llena de puestos callejeros del Mercado de comidas, pero si quieres sentarte un rato y comer tranquilo, es una buena opción. Por poner alguna pega, son mesas altas y sillas no muy cómodas… … pero el sitio es bastante agradable.

Sometimes find Wagamana a bit hit and miss with poor service and long waiting times but we were really impressed with everything on our first visit to the Clink St. branch. All the staff were super-friendly, the food was served without much wait and was spot-on. Overall we were really happy and will definitely visit this one again soon

My partner and I went for some food and drinks at this Wagamama. And it was the BEST food and service we have ever experienced from any Wagamama. Our waitor Andrés was very polite and attentive. We would definatly come back here again.

I was promptly seated and order taken however only one half of the order arrived the boa buns but not the ramen. Waited for 40minutes before paying and leaving as the second portion of the food never arrived while two full other tables got served.

Belle découverte en 2018 et depuis nous y allons régulièrement pendant nos passages annuels à Londres. un plus pour celui-ci pour l'accueil en Français d'un des serveurs d'origine marocaine.

Miejsce bardzo ładne w dobrej lokalizacji. Niestety po makaronie, który dostałam bardzo źle się czułam. Był nijaki i tłusty, natomiast miałam okazję spróbować również ramen, który był przepyszny. Restauracja również oferuje szeroki wybór pysznych i zdrowych soków, które polecam.

The staff were super friendly and very apologetic because the food was so bad. We got two bowls of ramen - not only did we wait an exorbitantly long time for it to arrive, when it did finally arrive the bowl was cold and the noodles were soggy. It felt like it probably had just been sitting at the serving station for a long time. We would never come back here nor eat at another wagamama again as this was our first experience.

El ambiente es muy tranquilo, el lugar es limpio y amplio, tiene buena iluminación, el servicio fue excelente 👌🏼 y la recomendación del mesero fue muy acertada. Nos encantó la comida, todo estaba delicioso y muy fresco, los jugos ¡wow! Deliciosos.

Nice venue with friendly staff, but the food here is average. We tried the Bang Bang Cauliflower, which was essentially cauliflower with a drizzle of sauce. It could not have taken more than 4 seconds to prepare this. We also had the tofu Donburi. It looks a lot nicer than it tastes
