I had a great experience! Had the Tonkotsu Ramen, it was delicious, from the noodles to the broth were perfect. The service was great! Friendly and fast. Will definitely visit again

Service and atmosphere are 5 stars but the food was just not there, I wonder if something changed or if it was a bad week / day? Would give it a 2nd chance but today was not a good one.

I don't know if it was a bad day, but my ramen broth was totally tasteless. My partner got the spicy one and liked it, so I assume if you get a spicy one it's gonna be ok, but if like me, you look for that umami flavour instead of spicy, you're not gonna get, it was very bland and disappointing.

Had a great meal, food portion is large so had to take leftovers home

10/10. Would recommend. Ramen was delicious. Broth was spicy, beer was cold, music was fantastic. Will definitely be back. Thanks Kamala for a lovely service!

Lovely atmosphere in this place you can tell the staff really care. Food was delicious, best tonkotsu Ive had in London and the service from the staff was just top notch. Highly recommend, break from the usual hustle and bustle you can usually expect from London eateries.

Just visiting London and decided to give this place a go. It was a little bit of an adventure to find but someone more familiar with the area should have no issue. Kamola was an excellent hostess and made us feel very welcome. The ramen was fantastic and a perfect portion. Great attention to detail and thought was put into the customers as they even have hair ties to pull your hair away from your soup. The vibes here are 👌🏽. Highly recommend!

Review for The Bone Daddie At first glance, The Bone Daddie looks sketchy, tucked away in an alley like Batman’s origin story. But trust your GPS, push past the hesitation, and you’ll find one of the best restaurants around. The ramen? Absolutely top-tier—rich broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and flavors that hit just right. The baos? Soft, flavorful, and packed with goodness. And just when you think it can’t get any better, the caramel ramen ice cream comes in like the unexpected plot twist that makes the whole experience unforgettable. Service was fantastic, making the whole visit even better. Shady alley entrance aside, this place is a hidden gem. Don’t sleep on it.

Really good after work ramen after a long day, atmosphere and staff were great, Denise was especially fantastic. There was not a moment where she wasn’t constantly moving, constantly checking in to see if there was anything I or any other customers needed, will definitely make it a regular place, great experience.

Great service. Great food. Rock N Roll. I came for the vegan options, I stayed for the Judas Priest. And then I went back the next day.

Hidden in a dark alley of Bermondsey🕵️ incredibly delicious curry ramen, flavorful, rich, textured and yet delicate. Paired with the local collab junmai ginjo sake, which was fruit forward and well balanced for the spicines of the food. Service is incredible. Was giving a scoop of salted caramel soy ice cream at the end. Perfect ending to a perfect meal. 😋💫

Do not recommend. Please avoid this rip off place. Why? 1) my £15 a pop Ramen arrived luke warm. I have asked the waitress to make it hot. She was grumpy about it, didn’t apologise and returned after a few minutes with an even hotter to touch bowl with same like warm contents. It had ice cold chicken pieces on top. That’s not how ramen is done! 2) the broth itself tasted bland, like a supermarket broth. Please people, you can get great ramen at Hakata ramen (3 minutes walk from this place) or Yamagoya for less money. 3) the place is incredibly noisy and squeezy, like a canteen, which is fine but the price is too much for this standard 4) we ordered overpriced tea with ‘free refills’. We weren’t asked even once if we fancied a refill and there was NO ‘refill station’ where we could go it ourselves. Overall it’s a shame as we live nearby, it could have been our local. Sadly, a terribly run place, overpriced and not understanding market positioning. Are you a cheap munchies place like bucket fried chicken places? Fine, you give away those vibes, please reflect it in the price! Are you trying to be a proper restaurant? Then provide a nice atmosphere, ask customers if they want water etc, and provide good food for the extortionate prices you charge.

Every staff member was very friendly. The food arrived quickly and was an absolute delight. From all ramens we had in London, the mushroom broth was definitely my favourite of all!

Tenía trozos de pollo helados encima. ¡Así no se hace el ramen! 2 ) el caldo en sí sabía soso, como un caldo de supermercado. Por favor, gente, se puede conseguir gran ramen en Hakata ramen (3 minutos a pie de este lugar) o Yamagoya por menos dinero. 3 ) el lugar es increíblemente ruidoso y apretado, como una cantina, que está bien, pero el precio es demasiado para este estándar 4 ) pedimos un té sobrevalorado con «recargas gratuitas». No nos preguntaron ni una sola vez si nos apetecía una recarga y NO había una “estación de recarga” donde pudiéramos ir nosotros mismos. En general es una pena ya que vivimos cerca, podría haber sido nuestro local. Lamentablemente, un lugar terriblemente dirigido, con sobreprecios y sin entender el posicionamiento en el mercado. ¿Eres un lugar barato para comer como pollo frito? ¡Bien, regalen esas vibraciones, por favor, refléjenlo en el precio! ¿Estás tratando de ser un restaurante apropiado? The place was really nice, and the service was great. We ordered ramen, and it was very tasty, but the noodles seemed industrially made—we were expecting something more artisanal. However, the meat and the broth were wonderful.

Had the collab jerked duck tantanmen which had a lovely hint of mala and enjoyed having the raw yolk to dip my noodles in.

Finding this place could slightly feel like doing a treasure hunt but once you are there you won't regret it. Really cozy place with great food options. As a vegetarian it's hard to find good ramen but this place did not disappoint. I got the spicy miso ramen and honestly it was the best choice. It was very delicious and so creamy. If you are ever craving hot ramen especially on cold rainy London days, this place is worth visiting

THE BEST BONE DADDIES IN London I've been to a few of their other spots and haven't enjoy the ramen as much as this place. My favourite dish was the wagu beef which they had a a special and nothing else has compared to it. The boa buns chicken is the best. Takeout or eat in the food is delicious. A

We always come back here time and time again as it’s super close to where we live and the food and service is always top notch! Have had a few takeouts from here as well and it all comes well packaged with instructions!

Nice ramen and broth - on the slightly higher price end for a simple bowl of Tonkotsu (with service charge it was just over £16). I appreciate this is not Japan though and wages are high for hospitality at the moment. After this review was written, they even reached out and were very kind and gave fantastic customer service. They clearly care about their clients being happy.
