I'm working at the sea containers , so I always been to Eat for lunch or grab some food ... I never paid to warm up my food but today Marco try to charged me to toasted the bread .Then when i asked why he says that because the vat it's not include . When I told him that vat and charge extra to worm up some food are totally different he told me that I don't understand ...Pls Marco first be more polite with your regular customers and then pls if you have the police sent to me ! I'm still waiting stupid !!!!

i love the OXO tower, but this place is modest and a simple chain cafe, like costa and starbucks, what a shame this brings to the OXO. i really don't like it.i was hoping to see many traditionalist English mom and pop village type restaurants, or maybe Italian, but no more chains please.

On 14th April 2025, I had a scheduled appointment to meet someone at your premises. Upon arrival, I was met with unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour from the security guys (around 50+yo/black guy). Despite explaining my purpose for visiting, the guard aggressively questioned me, raised his voice in front of others, and treated me like an intruder. When I called the reception for clarification while specifying the application that sent me to the restaurant. The staff member informed me that my name was not on the reservation list and that no one would come to escort me if security does not want to let me in—which was surprising, given my confirmed appointment from the app’s name, my name and the name of the person that was waiting for me inside. Her tone was unprofessional, resembling fast-food or budget-hotel service rather than the high standards your establishment claims to uphold. She even cited my outfit as a reason for denial, despite my attire being perfectly appropriate and casual, more polished than many others entering without issue. Eventually, the person I was supposed to meet sent someone to confirm that my name was, in fact, on their list. However, by that point, the disrespect and poor treatment had already made me uncomfortable, and I chose to leave. This experience reflects poor service standards, especially for an institution that promotes professionalism and exclusivity. The lack of courtesy, misinformation, and discriminatory judgment from both security and reception staff was unacceptable. I expect better from an organization that claim a good reputation.
