Starbucks in Southwark

Great ! We had a “caramel salted coffee” and “the pink coconut” then a muffin and it was very good.

Asked for a medium coffee. Saw Anne charge me for a big one. Ignored it, not too fussed could’ve used a big one anyone. Anne then proceeded to tell barista to make me a medium anyway. Didn’t want to argue as in a rush. They just lost a regular customer - I just started work in the building next to them.

I ordered a coffee latte and waited more than 10 minutes! The guy was even ask for what you waiting for! After I said I ordered coffee latte he even didn’t apologized the he forgot! Very RUDE!!!

It is small but very convenient for where I live to have a nice coffee.

It's not my favourite starbucks. The atmosphere was strange. No fault of staff who were really lovely. I just think it could be better looked after maybe.

Very bad customer service. I been on 14 Feb around 17 30 I said "hi I can have oat late 1 shot plz The guy from till ask me what size . I said regular size . (It s mean medium) he start to be rude and say to me for him regular can be large or small , I tried to be nice and I said regular it s mean medium. Because I was working in a lot coffe shops also like manager , he said to me I can leave if I m not happy , When he took the payment he did mistake on my coffee . I think he had that intention I throw my coffe and I didn t go back .because I was busy in that time . I said oat late 1 shot and I got wrong coffe. And he said regular for him it s small or large .... why it s R on cup ? 😂. That guy it s very bad on customer service .. now I can see why it s 4.1stars

Just your typical Starbucks. Staff were helpful and friendly. Expensive coffees though.

Simple, on the high street. Does get busy sometimes depending on the time. Very limited space and no parking unless you want to pay.

Woo woo woo🥺 The staff here are super friendly. 8/21 Because I arrived at UK so early(4AM), I was wandering in despair around the city. I decided to stay at Starbucks until my check-in time. While moving from one table to a corner table with my heavy hiking backpack🎒, the staff helped me by gathering my things onto another table. When I finally settled at the new table and started to take a nap, the staff asked me if I was feeling cold there🥺. Starbucks left me with a good impression of the whole UK 🇬🇧 Thank you 🙏🏻 I hope someday I’ll visit here again. #Nice staffs #Nice nap 💤

음료에 레몬 에이드 추가했는데 추가가 안돼서 나옴...손님도 별로 없고 스탭은 4명이나 있는데 왜 이거 하나 제대로 못만드는지 모르겠음.. 맛이 이상해서 다시 돌아가 물어보니 다시 만들어주겠다고 음료 가져감 근데 사과는 안함 개싸가지 없음...아무것도 모르고 그냥 마셨음 추가 금액 어쩔거임...직원 교육 제대로 시켜야할듯

The staff aren't familiar with menu items although, they're quite helpful regardless!

Exactly what you would expect from Starbucks; consistently good. Their caramel latte is a special, soft treat for any coffee drinker (I drink espresso). Bathroom was very clean.

Usually pretty good service, always come here for my morning coffee. I am a member of the reward program too. Today I was there with 3 of my friends who’s visiting London. But this time when my app didn’t work, this staff, Sarf(from the name badge),was not being helpful, and made sarcastic comments. He was being very rude. There were no one at the queue so I’m sure it’s not because he wants to serve others quicker. Maybe he didn’t want to work on 31 Dec, but it’s not my fault making him work. And I don’t appreciate his attitude to me and my friends. I will make a formal complaint too.

It's a good Starbucks, the toilets are relatively well kept and the tables are well spaced as to avoid overcrowding.

Easily the most poorly organised Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Went there twice, they got my drink wrong twice. The baristas seem to not pay any attention to what’s written in the cup.

Rather awful caramel macchiato... tastelessly made with excessive syrup to the point that it left a bitter, unpleasant aftertaste. First time in a long time I struggled to finish a £4.30 coffee.

Worse Starbucks I have ever been. They don't know how to do coffees. I ordered cappuccino, only bubbles not foam. 1min after I left the place (photo). Next day I asked for a latte, it was only hot milk. I told the girl, she made a new one it was worse. I paid £6 for hot milk.

Caffe is very good but expensiveeeeee caffe should be cheap if you consider that it s made by water and milk.

Update day 13: bathrooms are still out of order. Busy location near Borough tube station and a busy intersection. Lots of students here. Problem is: the restrooms are out of order and despite what the staff claim that it’s just a temporary problem, it appears as if they just closed down the restrooms so they won’t have to bother.

Starbucks is always great and the staff here were super friendly and super helpful highly recommend going to this Starbucks as I know you can get ones were you get rubbish coffee. This one isn't one of them.

An average Starbucks. What little seating there is has long-term laptop users setting up their office for the day. Better to grab and go than sit and stay.

Lot of choices of drinks. Tables are cleaned regurlarly.

Over the past few years this place has become much busier, and it is clear why. If you like coffee that is a little different, Venti, 4 shot, whole milk, extra dry cappuccino, they get it. The get that many of us have our own way we like coffee, and they get that as a premium product (i.e. expensive) we expect it to be as close to perfection as possible; and they get it....they deliver what you ask. Fantastic coffee from professional staff.

Always love this place. Always clean and tidy, never too crowded. Staff are really nice and friendly and the coffee is as you would expect. The food is great too, have a bite from here now and again. You must visit if nearby!

Really impressed of the fast service. Baristas are really nice and welcoming as well. The iced caramel macchiato I ordered was one of the best so far I had compared to other stores. The place is clean and neat as well. It also has a great location with a nearby bus stop and it is just in front of the Borough Station.

I was really impressed with this Starbucks. The staff were quick to welcome me... and the barista was kind and friendly. I was served quickly and efficiently. It was really nice decor inside - modern, bright and made for a pleasant experience. :)

Damı and another Asian girl at this location were amazing, also Mijinie and Cherris are amazing. They drew a little unicorn on my daughter's babycino (Damı and other girl) while Mijinie and Cherris offered my 3 year old a treat:) amazing work at this location.

Brought two coffees and was served at the front door due to corona I believe. Carmel latte was ok but cup wasn’t filled more than half way. They took the card from us to touch the card machine which I really didn’t like and also did tell the price but I guess that’s to keep Uncle covid away! Thanks 🙏

The shop was clean plenty of choice for sandwiches and cakes at 6pm. The staff were friendly.

They make a wicked almond milk latte here! They have the blonde roast, so it's less bitter than their signature blend. Nice n smooth and if you get a favouring you can ask for 1 less pump as its kinda sweetish with this blonde blend. The food is fresh and the staff are really friendly. If you take your own keep cup in (or purchase one of their new environmentally friendly ones for £1) then you also get £0.25 discount. Yay! Only let down is the extra for almond milk and the excessive prices in general otherwise I would give 5 stars

Nice staff , clean with available toilets for customers

there was some coffee on my cup, so my hands got all wet and sticky. this i do not expect when buying a 6,- euro + coffee

Coffee not to my taste and too expensive for a simple sandwich

Coffee nice and overall staff okay. However toilets had no soap. Toilet rolls not in place and overall toilets not great. I asked if they could refill soap to a staff with pinkish hair colour. She said okay but not sure if she did refill. I would have liked her to do what the customer had asked and report back to me with a smile saying thank you for letting us know all done now. This is good CS and I would have given 5 stars for that...
