Caffe Nero London Bridge Shard in Southwark

My recent visit to Cafe Nero for a complimentary coffee left me with mixed feelings. On the positive side, I must commend the cafe for its quick and efficient service. The staff was prompt in delivering my order, and I appreciate the speedy process. However, the overall experience took a hit when the coffee, though complimentary, was served at a temperature that could rival the sun. To add to the discomfort, the heat protection sleeve decided to part ways with the cup. It's a small hiccup that, I believe, can be easily addressed. Despite this minor setback, I want to acknowledge the commendable speed and efficiency of the service. With a bit more attention to the finer details, Cafe Nero has the potential to elevate the customer experience even further.

My boyfriend and I came here for espresso. The espresso was not very good - it was bitter and strong to be point of being undrinkable (and I like strong espresso). Also, the tables and bathroom were quite dirty and out of toilet paper. The service was rude as well. I would definitely not visit again.

Lovely sitting outside and watching the busy goings on. We had coffees and heated sandwiches - both very nice although only option was for take away cups and sandwiches in paper bags. No toilet either but one nearby at London Bridge Station.

This is next to the office I was visiting so stopped in every day for a week. Great chai latte - perfect amount of spice and not too sweet. Breakfast egg and bean cup was "interesting" and tasty. Recommend the carmel shortbread cookie.
