Stumbled across this hidden gem! The food was so good and the service even better! Sanhija was so nice end her recommendations were on point.

A quiet little spot in London. Near Tower Bridge, We went for lunch, the food was delicious, and the service was ok. On top of the meal and drinks, we asked for tap water, but that didn't arrive.

This is a good place for a quiet business lunch midweek close to Tower Bridge

Just enjoyed a pizza and a cocktail with my wife. We were served by Sannija and Janna. They were both good fun and attentive and really made the experience enjoyable. My thanks to them both.

I recently had another delivery from Pizza Express. The pizzas were absolutely delicious, with a wide range of flavours to choose from. The standout feature for me was the base, thin, crunchy, and perfectly cooked. To make it even better, I received a discount on the dough balls, which were served with a generous helping of fresh butter. It was the perfect accompaniment to a lovely evening in, especially on a warm night near Tower Bridge. The combination of great food and good company made for a truly memorable experience

The Restaurant was not at all worth it. We waited over an hour just to get our starters. the food was bland at best and the lasagna we ordered tasted like fish and had a sour aftertaste. the personals atitude was unfortunate. they showed no concern for their customers, or the wait time. in conclusion the wait was not worth the food and the food was not worth the price. i wouldnt recommend going here. rather go pick up a sandwich on the corner store.

The margarita was SO tasteless and the deserts were just bad. Service also took ages.

The food here is very tasty and it was served quickly. The pizzas are large and if you prefer not to have an ingredient on or in your dish, you can replace it and choose an ingredient that you do like instead.

Came here for a quick meal before our Tower Bridge tour. Service was great and food was good. Pizza had cheese that stretched which we loved. Portions can be a bit bigger for price, though! Great deal for kids meal.

Very poor customer service - cancels bookings without a reason

They cancelled my booking for 6 people made a week in advance because the day "looks busy". What is even the point of making a booking? Shameful. Avoid!

Came for lunch with the family and had a lovely time food is amazing, service it’s also amazing there’s nothing I could point out.We were served I assume by the manager tall, well dressed very professional young man told us all about the app and rewards and all the perks we can get by using the app. Amazing team will definitely be back.

Definitely one of the best Pizza Express - consistently good food, service and atmosphere - and I've tried a few! Special mention to Nadia, as she always takes great care of my Mum, which means it's her go-to neighbourhood restaurant. Recommended!

Our local Pizza Express and always a lovely experience. Sunny is a fantastic server- she always has a smile and a recommendation. My preference is when the pizza is more well done- if you ask, they are happy to oblige. We will certainly be back!

From the moment I made a large booking some weeks in advance to paying the bill staff could not have been more charming and helpful. Special praise for our waitress Janna who was calm and efficient throughout.

Horrible experience. Ordered via uber eats- it took the driver 1.5 h to inform me he’s too scared to ride a bike ! I called the restaurant and the lady called Madzia said she can’t do anything to help ! An apology to start would be nice. Or at least an offer for a complementary item. Rude service, won’t be ordering again

We went to this restaurant on December 27, 2024 for dinner. Magnificent restaurant with a very warm welcome. We ate very well: the truffle pizza and their cannelloni are delicious. Special mention for the dough balls which we were served hot. Thanks to Sannija who took great care of us and took the time to explain in detail all the dishes we ordered (always with a smile). I recommend this restaurant.

The pizza was cold and not worth the price

A great address not to be missed, the neighborhood is great, and the pizzas are copious and delicious! As for the perfect service! We were received by Nadia who is kind and smiling, to do again during our next stay in London :-)

Esto fue realmente una experiencia terrible. El restaurante no tenía alma. Nos encanta Pizza y somos miembros Gold. El restaurante estaba prácticamente vacío, pero todavía esperó al menos 20 minutos antes de que alguien volviera a nuestra mesa. Tenía un niño de 6 años que tenía hambre. Estaban sirviendo a la gente que vino tras nosotros y evitaron el contacto visual. Eventualmente nos sirvieron nuestras bebidas llegaron seguido de pequeñas bolas de masa con mantequilla de ajo congelada inutilizable. Cuando mencioné esto y pregunté si había salido directamente de la nevera, el gerente se encogió de hombros y dijo que era debido al frío. Le pedí que trajera un poco que fuera utilizable y regresó con mantequilla parcialmente al microondas. Cuando llegaron nuestras Classic Pizza’s estaban duras como una roca y secas sin apenas salsa y el pepperoni estaba totalmente seco hasta quedar crujiente. Una vez más le mencioné esto a una camarera esta vez y su actitud fue encogerse de hombros y no decir nada, ni disculpas u oferta de pizza fresca correctamente cocinada, pregunté por el gerente para que pudiéramos solicitar comestibles frescos, pero nunca vino a nuestra mesa. Al final pagué por la aplicación y dejé nuestra comida. Nos fuimos con hambre. Nunca volveré a ir allí. Nunca tuve un problema en ningún Pizza Express que hayamos visitado y me gustaría leer las críticas antes de pasar el umbral.

Really nice place to eat. Confortable friendly lots of choice. I highly recommand you the pizza bbq chicken thin paste and as for the dessert the lemon basilic icream. I Really enjoyed them .

The food was fine I guess, small comparatively to the prices but the taste was fine, wouldn’t visit again but it was an experience. Also the water was £5.60 which was insane.

Excellent spot for lunch with kids after a long walk around London. Conveniently located near Tower Bridge, I booked a table online just an hour before our visit, and it was ready for us even though we arrived early. The kids (6 and 7 years old) were kept entertained with coloring sheets, puzzles, and crayons, which made the meal so much more enjoyable)). Special thanks to our waitress, Sannija, for her friendly and efficient service. Everything was quick, easy, and hassle-free.

Pizza Express is always good but this is the best PE restaurant we have visited to date. Lovely building in an historic location. Great food at a good price. Lovely atmosphere and our server, Emily, was absolutely wonderful. Thank you Emily, we will be back and look forward to speaking with you about West End musicals again.

We went here this evening after doing a gig (we are a touring rock band) and had a great meal for our band Christmas dinner. We were served by a delightful lady called Emily. She is also a professional singer. She was charming, friendly and was brilliant with the other. A really nice place.

The best pizza I’ve had in a long time! I ordered a spicy American-style pizza, and it was absolutely perfect—just the right balance of heat and flavor. My wife had the truffle pizza, which was rich, aromatic, and full of flavor, while the kids shared a classic cheese pizza. Everyone was happy, and every last bite was eaten. To finish the meal, we indulged in coffee, ice cream, and sorbet. It was the perfect ending—a refreshing and sweet contrast to the savory pizzas. One of the best pizza’s we had in a while , lovely environment , our waitress Emily was great with kids.

Their garlic bread is delicious, pizza is ok, pasta is not good at all.

Janna was an amazing waitress, we could see it was busy but she was working extremely hard and we were over the moon with her service

polenta was not fried, pollo astra pizza had little chicken, very dry, there was excessive powder spice on top

The delivery man brings the pizzas completely vertically and the two pizzas are overturned and out of the box.

Great food and service from Sannija (on many occasions!). Nestled in a quieter but beautiful area near the Thames, always pleasant path to arrive and leave the restaurant. Inside, it is cosy and typically not as busy as other places. My favourite Pizza Express!

Did a pizza-making kids' birthday party here and the staff were excellent. Nadia the staff member in charge was very good and not phased at all by all the little people being slightly chaotic. All very well organised, with plenty of ingredients for pizza toppings. Would recommend to others looking for an affordable and low-stress party venue.

Great place to eat! The service was friendly and quick and the food was delicious. The atmosphere was nice and all in all it was a great experience!

We got seated and waited 15 mins still no service very bad service offered no drinks, there were 3 members off staff talking and ignored both off us worst service. No one come over to offer any drinks nothing-staff to busy talking and ignoring !!! We both walked out and no one came over to say anything very rude. Don’t bother with pizza express, we went opposite to Zizzi and got seats, seated and staff served within 5 mins much better staff and service at lease the staff don’t ignore you here !!!
