Enough place to sit on a busy day, and the food is excellent. The lasagna is one of the best I've ever tried.

We looked blindly on Google because we really wanted to eat pizza and this restaurant was close to our hotel. We were there twice and both times it tasted delicious, even our little son ate the whole pizza. We taught the waiter some German and Croatian ;-) Very friendly service, nice atmosphere, we had nice seats both times. We had to laugh with the waiter because the word rocket is translated in the menu, but it is correct in England 😅. There are pens and books for the little guests to draw with, which we thought was a very nice gesture. Thank you. Would love to come back

It's a great place to eat, nice and spacious and has a great atmosphere. Weverre Happy to find a seat and the service is incredibly nice. It is actually the perfect restaurant to have a fancy and tasty meal. We were served by Sergiu who served us perfectly. I must add that he was super friendly and helpful, I have never experienced that in a restaurant as good, just wonderful. I can only recommend eating here because you won't be disappointed, but see for yourself.

This is close to my abode and have been many times, always delighted when we get Suzanne who remembers our orders especially my partners weird anchovies fetish and my need for gluten and dairy free pizza so it’s easy to order .

Ordered my usual Calzone (I know) but oh my what was that good. Same for the Cheesecake at the end with a sweet Limoncello. Will definitely go back, loved it all.

Went in for a quick meal before a gig, and it was great. Food was delicious and team relatively helpful, though we had quite a long wait to be seen and to take our order despite the place being quite empty. That said we were found eventually and fed in time, and the team made up for the delays. Good experience overall

We had a pizza party on the 16th of December for my daughter’s 5th birthday and it was great. The manager on duty Anthony and our waitress Nadezhda looked after us so well and went above and beyond to ensure we all had a good time. They managed a group of 11 4-5 year olds very well. The children were kept entertained and they loved every moment of it. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Cannot rate the food as we left before ordering. Its quite a narrow pizza express in a busy area of London, we had booked in advance and arrived on time but struggled to get through the queue by the time we arrived and the waiter was annoyed with us for being a bit late. We waited for a while after being shown a table but noticed the staff were swamped and taking a long time to take orders. In the end we left and grabbed a McDonald's instead. At lunchtime on a busy day it just didn't look like a good place to either eat or probably to work in either.

food was amazing and good atmósfere and really good service we visit it with our daughter who is wheelchair user she was treated like a queen and we are very thankful with the waitress her name is Susana she is amazing person and very aware of how she should treat people. Xxx

Sergiu was the name of our waiter, he was fantastic! He was so helpful and kind. He put us at ease and had a good relaxed sense of humour and our order was perfect so delicious!!!! Could not recommend highly enough! When you go ask for Sergiu, he's the best!

Great place for snacks and pauses in your exploration of London

They should all be the same but they are not. This is one of their best. Great location, great layout inside. Pizza top notch too (one of the best Pizza Express I have eaten). And served by Miah. What a delight - helpful, attentive, reactive and just a lovely guy. I will be back.

The pizzeria is not bad, but you can try better pizza elsewhere. The food was not very tasty. We ordered a non-spicy pizza from the waiter, but it turned out to be quite spicy. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The restrooms are clean.

I visited this Pizza Express 2 weeks ago with some friends and we opted for the pizza making course which allows your group to all make pizzas together and then eat the finished products, along with some drinks, appetizers and sides. I'm writing this review to explicitly thank the staff which took care of us that night, Sergiu and Gejsy! For chains such as Pizza Express, I feel there's not much point commenting on the quality of the food itself, as I'm sure you will know to some extent that if you visit, you'll get classic Pizza Express cuisine. That is, quality pizza with super fresh ingredients for a reasonable price, along with some very tempting appetizers and decent desserts. So I will spare the details on the food itself. In fact, I'll say everything from the atmosphere to the food was great, as expected - no complaints at all. I would like to comment further on the service however. Especially from Sergiu and Gejsy who were in charge of taking care of my group for that pizza making session. I truly think they made the night very special; they were absolutely exceptional with us, making us laugh and smile throughout the night, while also making sure they upheld superb service standards. Sergiu made sure we got every course promptly, was always there when we needed one extra drink or oil. He was also very friendly and really set the tone so well for the evening. Gejsy was in charge of showing us how to make the pizzas and was clearly very skilled, throwing dough into the air and catching it, while also being able to supervise our group when we tried to do the same, with much less experience. All of our pizzas came out perfectly and promptly, even with some of our special requests to make our pizzas into Fiorentina pizzas (with an egg in the middle). I will absolutely be coming to Pizza Express again to do the same pizza making session with other groups too as I had such a great time and I thought it was good value for money, too. I highly recommend anyone reading this to try this specific branch, as I had such a great experience here. Thanks not only to Sergiu and Gejsy but to all the staff!

Lovely food, we each ordered the pizza which was very tasty and arrived quickly, which was good as we was off to the theatre. We had Liza as our server who was extremely attentive, efficient, and very kind in helping me navigate through the Pizza Express app. All staff were very welcoming, and helpful. I had a delightful experience at Pizza Express. The service from Liza was exceptional – she was attentive and friendly. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was cozy.

The location and ambience is good. Ordered a margarita pizza. The pizza was cold when it arrived and upon telling the staff, the reheated the same pizza which didn't taste good or fresh at all. Very poor food quality. The staff was also very laid back and not friendly.

Abbiamo ordinato una pizza al prosciutto e una Napoli. Non sono nomi presenti nel menù: si parte dalla base Margherita e si aggiungono i prodotti desiderati. La pizza e mangiabile, poco cotta (la base rimane morbida e quasi cruda). Il conto si è rivelato importante. Pizza, bibita e caffè a 21 sterline a testa + mancia. Non ha convinto del tutto.

I was in the mood for some comfort food with an inviting atmosphere after a long day of exploring the city. I came without a reservation and was promptly seated. My server Sergio was fantastic, providing a recommendation for the best combination of food & drinks to suit my taste (I’ve deemed it the Sergio Special!). Both the service I received and food I ate did not disappoint. Would definitely come here again if I’m in the area - ask for Sergio as your host!

Ms. Nadia is a very good employee. He has a very good communication with customers. He is very knowledgeable about the place and the products. He attaches great importance to your satisfaction. Designer pizzas for children are a great choice for collecting memories. It is a rare place where we are delicious and satisfied. BBQ pizzas are my favorite.

We hit this little pizza place after an afternoon of pub crawling. The pizza was actually very good and moderately priced. We enjoyed it enough to try another location a few days later near our hotel. Price was reasonable. Pizza and beer for two were about £2 / $33 US.
