Pret a Manger store visit | Energy charging station for workers When you're tired of walking around the streets of London, head into this Pret a Manger. I ordered the signature avocado sandwich and egg salad, but I didn’t expect that they would be eaten right away! 🥑The avocado sandwich is made with super solid ingredients, fresh avocado slices are spread everywhere, the soft and mellow taste is paired with crisp vegetables, the bread is toasted just right, and the bite is full of wheat flavor. 🥗The egg salad is perfectly seasoned, delicate, dense and not greasy. The mellow aroma of the eggs is cleverly stimulated. There are also a lot of chopped vegetables in it, which is refreshing and nutritious. The environment in the store is bright and clean, and the food is served quickly. After one portion, fatigue disappears instantly. Although the price is not low, the quality and taste are completely worthy of the price. I recommend it to busy migrant workers in London!

Meant to close at 18.30 today. Staff started mopping around our table and pushing in chairs and moving tables at 17.50. Extremely rude and unwelcoming.

I had one of the most unpleasant experience with the "Manager" at this Pret. Unfortunately the manager himself was serving me. I had a pret subscription and while i was trying to use it, he told me the other side and when i moved my phone the full amount got deducted for a coffee. I told him i was trying to use the subscription, he said its too late and now the payment is done. I told him but you only told me to move my phone and he got extremely rude telling me " you don't know how to use your phone". And then he said if you want take your refund and LEAVE. I must say it was extremely humilitiating. If offering a refund was possible, he could have simply done it earlier without having such a heated conversation and without telling me to LEAVE. Even while i was walking out of the store he kept shouting from behind " you don't know how to use your phone". Response to the owner Thank you for paying attention to the incident that happened with me this morning at your store. I really appreciate. However, i must say i will always hesitate to enter this store again and the thought of going inside makes me uncomfortable. I have been a long time customer of Pret and had recently renewed my subscription to be able to enjoy a coffee everyday but unfortunately this is the only pret near my office where i wouldn't want to go and buy anything. I guess this is the end of my association with Pret.

Nice little Pret. All the usual options with clean seating inside and out. Had a very friendly.member of staff.

After our long walk along the river, this was a perfect place for a break. The match latte was disappointing. However, they quickly changed it with a maple pecan latte. Staff are very friendly. Nice place by the river.

Swift service. Food as with all Prets - decent. It’s a great location, but for the love of god, they have got to stop playing the inane no-name, almost-alt pop music. I love music of all kinds. I’m not even old. But you can’t think or enjoy the atmosphere over the supermarket playlist. Please.

It's a great Pret location near Millennium Pier with plenty of seating and a cozy, clean atmosphere. Perfect for a relaxing break or a quick bite!

Terrible food, horrible coffee, but bad bad, and on top of that they don't even let you enter the bathroom. The staff is very dry and unpleasant. I will not return nor do I recommend it.

They refused to take cash cos the till was closed.

Coffee quality is good. Sandwiches are OK.

Me and my friend went in to grab our too good to go bags, only to be told by I believe the manager that they only had one and to pick who was going to get the bag and did not apologise for the inconvenience and was rude about it.

Not the best coffee what you can get,is very …..no coffee flavour,just milk…. And this is a Flat white,I can’t imagine how is the Latte.

As a non-Brit I finally dared to try the porridge and with adding a pack of brown sugar actually enjoyed it. Place was already well stocked shortly after opening on a Sunday, very attentive and friendly service. First time we were offered a tray at any of the Prets we have frequented so far during our stay in London.

6£ for sandwich?Pret prives are getiing ridicolous

Coffee is middle of the road, wifi doesn’t work, the bathroom is broken, and they asked me to leave 15 minutes before closing. When I asked about the bathroom after buying coffee, the server suggested I go to Starbucks and ask to use their bathroom with my Pret a Manger coffee in hand… not the most realistic proposal.

A regular cafe with street food. The sandwiches are not bad, the size is enough to fill you up. The coffee is average. Prices are still overpriced. There are several tables both inside and outside.

I bought a salad from pret today for my lunch but surprisingly there was a bug in my salad. It is really bad and unhygienic. I guess, I won’t be able eat at all today. When I headed back to the store to tell the staff about it, they started accusing me of putting the insect. Seriously is this how you behave with your customers?

Great service, a lot less busy during peak times than other stores nearby.

It said it opened at 10am, waited outside in the rain and cold til 10.25am and still did not open.

È un fast food, che offre cibo preconfezionato e caffetteria a prezzi accessibili, molto diffuso in tutta Londra. Ideale per una sosta, in questo caso anche per godersi una vista sul Tamigi e Londra. Pulito, personale gentile, ci sono posti a sedere al coperto e all'esterno, i clienti possono accedere ad una toilette chiedendo al personale di farvi accedere (consumando qualcosa di naturalmente)

Food was really stale tasting and there was this girl named.Sylvia who served me and my friends and she was super rude and really impolite. Please if you cant serve people with atleast a polite gesture dont serve people then just work somewhere you dont interact with a lot of people on a regular basis

Great location, comfortable indoor & outdoor seating, magnificent view and the best of Pret’s food. Not my ultimate favourite Pret but definitely in the top-five ones

Pret A Manager -Southwark. Make that two branches in close proximity of each other both closed on the weekend… it’s not nice guys!!

One of my favourite coffee shops and this branch is right on the river, sit outside overlooking the Thames.

I accidentally dropped my drink (which I hadn't touched) and made a mess downstairs! I sought help from one of the members of staff, Vesna, who not only cleaned it up but also brought me a new drink free of charge! I am eternally grateful.

Pides algo para tomar en el lugar y poder entrar al baño y no te avisan de que el baño está roto. Preguntas si lo van a arreglar y de forma muy maleducada lo único que te dicen es, sorry it's broken...

During 4th wave staff with masks not covering noses approaching customers in close proximity. Please train your your staff in simple respect and courtesy, not everyone has the same risk appetite to covid.

Friendly staff, but shop wasn’t well organized. Toilet and seating seemed as if it hadn’t been cleaned all day.

這家咖啡廳在莎士比亞環球劇院旁，很適合去換完lodon pass 劇院導覽票後，來這邊喝咖啡打發的時間，PRET是連鎖咖啡廳，咖啡品質穩定，座位數量也蠻多的，是令人安心喝杯咖啡的地方。
