The best restaurants serving Default food in Southgate Enfield London

This restaurant used to be very nice but having visited this evening, I was left feeling very disappointed. No atmosphere, bland service and below average food that masquerades as authentic Lebanese. The food was entirely edible but was not nicely presented and not particularly enjoyable, it is also over priced for what you get and there is a 12.5% service charge on top. Feedback was given to the manager who seemed a little defensive but appeared to take in what was said. Explains why there was only 3 tables on a Friday night. We would not return.

Winchmore Hill has outstanding pubs. The W is my favourite. Best food, best drink, best hospitality and best dog.

I have been to this place quite a few times as it is very local for me.I usually come here for lunch after my volunteering shift,the fish is very nice and very reasonably priced.

We had one of your waiters Miran and he was remarkable. I’m quite a fussy eater and he had all the patience in the world to get my meal correct. Thank you Miran Elite worker.

This is an honest review I’m not just being a Karen I promise! Firstly can’t be the only person that thinks this man is rude and has angry issues I’ve never seen anything like it. The food was extremely salty like they forget that the soy sauce is salty then add normal salt and msg I come here like once every 2 years I try avoiding this place as much as possible but the Chinese Take away (oriental chef) is even worse taste wise so I’m gonna either stop eating Chinese food or out out of the area to find something decent

Servicio atroz. Teníamos una reserva para 11 personas y porque todos éramos hombres nos negaron el acceso. Todo porque éramos 11 hombres. Habíamos viajado lejos para llegar allí y nos rechazaron. Atroz comunicación y nos dejó a todos decepcionados y un dejar hacer arruinado. Sexismo indignante.

Now trading as G. Astrologia we visited on a quiet evening earlier this month and - despite being the only guests on the evening - had a great time and would definitely recommend to anyone watching. The service was exceptional from, I believe, Angelika. My T-Bone was perfectly cooked, my companions also vouched for their meals and the dessert was sublime. Special mention for the Aires Andino Malbec - nectar at the price - perfect serving temperature - enhanced and complemented a good night out. Quality.

Good food, friendly staff. Not many seafood restaurants in the area, this was a good shout. Wouldn't be a regular visit, but nice to eat here every so often. Prawns were chewy and overcooked, not a deal breaker. 4 stars.

Below average fish and chips. Really greasy and tasted like the fryer hasn't been changed in months. Can only assume that the flurry of 5 star reviews here were done by friends and family. Go literally anywhere else for fish and chips.

Reasonable prices. We got fair amount of food for a good price. Food was tasty, I got calamaris and steak, both came quick and were nicely done. Good selection of wine. Service was quick and very friendly. We will visit once more for sure.

A guilt free meal. Healthy, fresh and cheap. As always, subway is highly customizable. We enjoyed our lunch!
