Servicio atroz. Teníamos una reserva para 11 personas y porque todos éramos hombres nos negaron el acceso. Todo porque éramos 11 hombres. Habíamos viajado lejos para llegar allí y nos rechazaron. Atroz comunicación y nos dejó a todos decepcionados y un dejar hacer arruinado. Sexismo indignante.

booked my daughters birthday get together we live in south east london .. traveled all the way to north with friends . my daughter turned up there said they didn’t have booking even tho we had a confirmation email. made her feel uncomfortable they left . my self rung them rung number number of times no one answered texted and left voice message on mobil . they landline does not connect wont be going there again not reliable place to keep to bookings or getting back to you. disgusting

Was not impressed at all, the service was terrible, we were not even given chop sticks or soy sauce with the sushi. The sushi platter also came with the end part of the roll which had no filling on it, it should not have been served on the platter. The burger my friend had looked and tasted like it came from a cheap kebab/chicken shop. There was also barely an meat in it and it was stuffed with soggy lettuce. The music was also way too loud, waiters and staff were unfriendly too.

Nice shisha lounge , good atmosphere. Great place to go on a date or on a night out with friends. Also a bar separate to the lounge which gets popping after. Nice food as well, and drinks, but fairly expensive

As per usual amazing service great music good shisha and of course parissa one of team members makes the evening as comfortable as possible

This place provides the most refreshing drinks aswell as a unique dining experience. The staff are so accommodating and provide additional features if necessary. Highly recommend!

I went to Hart Lounge last night with 3 friends for drinks and shisha. We ordered the shisha and waited about 30mins before asking one of the waitresses where it was. The waitress then proceeded to tell us that the shisha is not coming and that the shisha is now ‘closed’. This was to our surprise because why weren’t we told this sooner? We then spoke to a different waiter. He managed to sort it out and get us some shisha. We then ordered a second round of drinks. They eventually brought over 2 out of the 4 drinks. We then asked where the remaining 2 drinks were and were told they were coming. We asked multiple waitresses but the drinks never came. When it came to settling the bill, the order was far from correct. They didn’t just try to charge us for the 2 drinks that never came, but they also added 6 more drinks! The waitress stated she and other waitresses, brought our drinks over multiple times and that we drank them… this was all lies. We ended up disputing the bill and had to argue with the waitresses. It got to a point where we suggested they check the CCTV footage. (Whether or not they did or not is unknown and unlikely). In the end a different waiter (or manager, I am not sure of his position) agreed to amend the bill so that we paid for only what we received. I drove an hour to visit Hart Lounge and left very disappointed. Awful service.

Simone is so friendly and helpful, as are all the staff. Beautiful venue with great drinks and events. Definitely recommend!!

First time been out in a long time! Went out with my friends as the staff was extremely rude and immature because me and my friends were dancing. They were laughing at us!!! And my other friends who walked past a couple of immature girls with their partners, they decided to push my mates, because of there insecurity! No support from the staff!! Never ever will go there again

Had a really good time with my mate. Anna was really good and looked after us. Greeted us with a smile and helped us whenever we needed something. 5*

I loved the food! And the staff made me feel welcome, the manager explained all the menu and was really careful regarding all my allergies! She was great!

Amamos ir ao the Haart! Atendimento maravilhoso, local limpo, lindo e bem decorado. E o melhor: a comida! Super bem servido, e tudo que pedimos estava muito saboroso. Equipe super descolada e bem humorada. Com certeza voltaria, e recomendo aos que querem ter uma noite divertida e com boa comida em Londres!

Fantastic new menu and decorations. Really impressed with the refurb and the atmosphere will be coming back again very soon!

Came with a few friends for dinner, really enjoyed the pan asian style cuisine. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere.Definitely worth a visit if your in the area.

So disappointed by this place, food was awful and service non existent, half the menu was not available and not even loading on the phone, we should have left but decide to stay and support as empty place ordered pan Asian food super dry and tasteless, no one asked if we wanted more drinks and pretty much no service for the prices they charge, super expensive not worth it guys unless you are into lounging and loud music then go for that and not the food, needs a massive improvement.

What a shame, had great expectations and a lot of planning went in to this night out to celebrate my birthday. Firstly, the venue looks nothing like the Instagram stories and pictures. Secondly, we tried to order our food, to be told after every request that they didn’t have it available. As the majority of starters and mains unavailable we made a decision to leave, to then be met with a hostile waitress telling us we had to pay for the untouched water that was ordered (when we thought we’d be having a meal there). Instead of apologising for half the menu options being unavailable we got told the manager must be called. The manager came and stated that on this occasion the water was on the house. Very patronising. Any other newly refurbished restaurant would have been apologetic and invited us back with complimentary drinks when a full menu was available. Shame as we had great hopes that this place would be a regular spot for us but the attitude of the staff was appalling and off putting.
